I am working as a CEO of Corphics LLP. It works as a accounting firm that provides consulting and services like accounting, GST consultancy, direct tax consultancy, TDS consultancy, etc.

At Corphics, we wanted to create a complete brand identity, website design, social media graphics and market it to our ideal customers. We found Appsrow, as they have all the required experience to match our requirements.

Appsrow solutions was very much involved to understand our startup's branding and development needs and requirements. They helped us to convert our idea into great designs and strategies. Project overall needed to create a complete strategy of our branding, web development and digital marketing. Appsrow started with analyzing our goals and requirements, and then they give their inputs as a top brand identity and web design agency.

They first designed our brand identity by creating outstanding logo, color schemes, web pages and social media graphics. Then Appsrow created a complete web interfaces ideal for both web and mobile screens. They also considered to create a great lead capturing landing page. They also helped us to optimize our site.

Lastly they provided the complete digital marketing services, which helped us to win 5x more clients. I recommend Appsrow for any startup OR agency looking for great brand identity design, web design and digital marketing services.

Appsrow created branding, web pages, landing pages and marketing campaigns helped us to gain 5x more new clients. Also helped us to gain traffic on our website and gain followers on our social media profiles.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Appsrow solutions is great firm when it comes to the brand identity design, web development, and marketing. Appsrow solution was proactive with the communication and delivery they promised.

They were connecting with us on a weekly sprints to provide the demo of work they have completed and to take our feedback. They are always open for the feedback and provide the most appropriate suggestions to fulfill our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Appsrow have great design sense and digital marketing knowledge. The most impressive thing that we liked about company is their proactive behavior and detail oriented approach to the requirements and business need.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We don't see any areas of improvement with Appsrow as they have delivered the outstanding quantity, on time, and with most economical price.

We design and develop mobile apps. I'm a co-founder.

What challenge were you trying to address with APPSROW SOLUTIONS LLP?

We outsource other companies for our development needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They're developing a small social app for iOS. Even before we signed a contract, they took time and built a solid business plan. We agreed on the price, and they created design mockups. The collaboration goes beyond simply what we say; they also make improvements and give us suggestions. The work requires a lot of work in different technologies, and they work on servers, frontend, backend, and user interface.

What is the team composition?

I spoke with two people, but I'm sure there are more developers working on this project.

How did you come to work with APPSROW SOLUTIONS LLP?

Local outsource companies are too expensive for us, so we looked for companies in India. They seemed like a good option, and their pricing was fair. The quality of work they could provide was much higher than other outsource companies we worked with in the past.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2019, and we're still actively developing with them. We hope to do more projects with them in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app will be public soon, but the job is far from finished. For now, the features work well, but we don't have any feedback yet. We provided some wireframes for them, but compared to the mockups they sent back, we looked like amateurs. They have a lot of development knowledge, and they put in a lot of effort.

How did APPSROW SOLUTIONS LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

They're great. Whenever we need them, we can pick up the phone and they help us. They meet all our deadlines, and they plan well. They think about everything, and they provide everything we need.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We've worked with several outsource companies, but none of them compare to the quality APPSROW provides. I'll have a better idea of their best strengths by the end of the project.

There's nothing I can think of that they should improve.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

As I said in the original review, APPSROW SOLUTIONS LLP was tasked with designing and developing our mobile app. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

When we first left a review, we were only 14 days into the project, and they’d just completed the design. We found the designs nice, and they were responsive to our needs.

But soon after we left the review, the collaboration started to change. It was obvious that they were only working on our project part-time, and they didn’t complete their tasks within the agreed schedule.

A month after the deadline passed, they delivered an app that was full of bugs and wasn’t even close to being finished. We asked them to fix the issues and paid extra, too, but they wanted more money. 

Eventually, we stopped the payments and asked them to deliver the source code of what they’d developed. We just wanted what we’d paid for. They became completely unresponsive at that point, and we now have no source code to speak of.

How did APPSROW SOLUTIONS LLP address the challenges that arose?

What was so perplexing to us was that they’d designed the layouts themselves, which meant they should’ve known exactly how everything worked down to the smallest detail. When we noticed that things were missing in the layout, they started to claim that those were extra requests. 

In the end, they didn’t complete the project, ignored us, and refused to deliver even a part of the source code.

Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business. 

Since we’re a startup, we went through financial troubles. We’ve lost about $1,000 because of them and are now negotiating with PayPal to issue a refund.

How did APPSROW SOLUTIONS LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

This has been the worst collaboration, which is hard because I’m friends with Sandeep (CEO, APPSROW SOLUTIONS LLP). He’s a good communicator, but, when it comes to work, I don’t know what to say about him.

We’ve sent them messages on Skype, so I know that they can see my messages. But they just don’t respond. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?
 
I wouldn’t recommend APPSROW SOLUTIONS LLP to any startups. They didn’t fulfill the contract, follow deadlines, nor have the knowledge that they claimed to have. If you do choose to work with them, make sure you pay after you’ve received the final product and source code rather than before.
