Our aim for this project was to establish sufficient and workable baseline technology resources that we had confidence in and could leverage in commencing partnerships discussions with large-scale retailers.

We engaged applickable to develop and integrate a range of technologies required to enable the operation of our grocery delivery marketplace platform. This included two mobile apps - an on-demand e-commerce app and an order fulfilment app used by personal shoppers. This required the development and cross integration of unique payment processing and fintech systems through multiple APIs.
What was the team composition?
We worked directly with Ken, although made occasional contact with his team members.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our key metric has been the feedback from large-scale supermarket retailers we wish to partner with to offer cost-efficient and convenient grocery delivery services. The response has been highly encouraging and they shared their enthusiasm for our forward-thinking system designs and fintech. We continue to see upward-right trending downloads.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communication was frequent with weekly video calls to update on development progress and address any problems that arose. We used Trello to communicate feature development status from 'idea' to 'released'.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We're impressed by the "can do" attitude applickable brings to the table. We were faced with a range of issues and challenges in the development process, but the team was always able to tackle them as they arose. The flexibility was fantastic and nothing seemed too complicated or hard to solve.

Once we chose applickable, we had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals. Within one week, we provided mockups and designs for the iOS and Android apps. applickable helped us refine our UI/UX. After a few iterations and discussions with our product team, we finalized the design and provided feedback.
They created a development roadmap and integrated the solution with our server systems through API. applickable always checked with us and provided UI/UX feedback to ensure that the project met our objectives.

Throughout the project, we dealt with one primary point of contact. Our internal team included our CTO, CDO, and two other developers who worked on API integration.
