We had some new ideas for new features during the development period that weren't previously planned. The development team responded to all requests and changes were also modified according to our wishes.

AppAspect was introduced to me by my business mentor. After gathering some competing quotes I appreciated the style and approach of AppAspect. They were able to clearly lay out their proposed timeframe and where funds would allocated. Perhaps the most important, they were interesting in helping me build a complete service including some aspects I hadn't considered.

The project was written in PHP and laravel, hosted on Heroku, sendgrid for emailing, and stripe for payments. The scope of the work involved building an entire functioning service complete with user login, 24 hr free limited trial, subscription payments (coupons and gift card integration), custom admin panel that allows me to manage users and update my database, and set up google analytics.

AppAspect began with html design and built the backend concurrently. Feedback was constant and positive once the service started to "function". They focused first on the deliverables of the service before fine tuning the user experience.

A project manager oversaw the deployments and feedback, a developer built the service, and the CEO was constantly monitoring feedback to ensure a smooth experience. They are a great team.

This is a new service that is just launching now, but the website they built is a near perfect interpretation of what I had in my mind. Anecdotally, almost everyone comments on the ease of use and professionalism of the service.

Everyone from AppAspect was timely, courteous, and professional. Not once (even during a pandemic and hurricane) did their team fail to clearly communicate. We spoke via email and google meet / zoom calls. Their clear communication is by far their strongest attribute which is very impressive when communicating across many timezones.

Their dedication and willingness to help get some of the project's ideas out of my head with my limited technical ability (particularly at the start). As stated above, their communication is second to none. I have never had a contracted company in any endeavor be able to communicate with such speed and clarity. I would choose to work with them again and again due to this ease of communication.

Not really. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

We hired our own project manager with deep experience in website launch and web development. He facilitated four quotes from local developers and three from overseas options.

AppAspect was immediately responsive, demonstrated a strong team of professionals qualified to complete the work, at a price that was an order of magnitude better than our local companies.

AppAspect allowed us to complete all of our goals within budget and on time.

We used WordPress, PHP, community accessible calendars, customized GoogleMaps with pins, photos and links, counters, video in our header as well as libraries for content and videos.

The objective was completion within 8 weeks of selecting a template. We started with a WordPress template and some examples of the types of features we desired--working off a shared outline.

Content was copied from our existing site to the draft site and we began providing content and specification of needs from there. We used GoogleDrive to share information as well as email, phone calls and web calls with their team and ours.

Some more complex widgets required videos to train our staff on use for the future. All customization was done by AppAspect for us during the term of the project with no delays. Following launch, which happened on time, we have a grace period in which they will make changes based on any needs we have or errors we find.

Then, any future needs will be handled at a fair price.

The pages were forwarded so we would not lose SEO. Our google analytics report is robust and as a non-profit, our sponsors are all pleased with the pages and the many links to their pages.

Everything has been running smoothly with several hundred clicks in the last few days. Pages we were expecting to perform well are performing well.

In my opinion, perfect. The AppAspect team was immediately responsive, always. We preferred email and occasionally web chat via GoogleMeet. We also shared a google document.

MOST is hard to say. Immediate responsiveness was probably most impressive. We never waiting for anything. If we had a request or a need, it was done almost always in less than 24 hours.

Ltd had to pick up an unfinished mobile app from the previous developer, continue development and, as we later found out, correct quite a few serious mistakes made by the previous company. AppAspect's team managed to bring all the pieces together to create a fully functional app! All features, including the new added ones work perfectly now!

The workflow was smooth, but still very effective! AppAspect's team is a group of real professionals. They were always respectful, flexible and informative. The founder would step in, if needed. There was never a single confusion throughout the development process, not once. Working with AppAspect's team was a pleasure.

There were many things! They had a difficult task at hand within our project. Not only did they have to create new features in the app, they also had to correct someone else's mistake and errors. We had a discussion about what still had to be done with the founder and the team! They offered a very optimal solution with a step by step plan and went straight to work. And they delivered on all accounts. Communication was great! Quality of work was excellent and always on time! The mixture of the team's talent and smart management created an image of a fine-tuned mechanism.
