I am a Product Lead overseeing the full product lifecycle and our development program in MedMinder (MA, USA). MedMinder makes it easier for your parents or loved ones to take their medications in the right amount and at the right time.

With visual, audio and phone alerts, you’ll never need to remind them when to take their meds again. And you will be notified if they missed dosage. MedMinder is the only pill dispenser with Medical Alert, daily weather forecast and the ability to upload family pictures. We make taking medicine entertaining.

ApexTech had developed a cross-platform mobile application (Android and iOS) to fully support device management and control tasks similar to functionality we had with our web application

ApexTech was recommended by our business partner.

ApexTech helped to define the project scope by analyzing the existing tool functionality and adapting it for the mobile application needs. The team created a well-crafted development plan, divided by sprints, and provided deliverables at the end of each sprint - fully functional and tested application modules.

By using existing APIS and by working with our backend team on defining new APIs to complete functionality, the ApexTech team made the project completion fast and seamless

4 developers (up to 3 simultaneously) with different levels of seniority. The senior developer was acting as a team lead. QA engineer who was functioning as a project manager and business analyst. The QA engineer was the cornerstone of the team and helped tremendously in team and project management

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All project goals were completed and all planned app functionality was implemented. The app is ready to be launched on both Apple and Google platforms.

The team was perfect in the amount of communication. They were completely independent but were ready to provide timely updates, ask the right question and maintain a very healthy communication process. We never had late deliveries which were not communicated and postponed by mutual decision.

The team's professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond for the project's success are impressive.

I'm the CTO of Vendigo Finance, UK's leading Point-of-Sale finance platform dedicated to the home improvements sector.

For what projects/services did your company hire ApexTech, and what were your goals?

We need to build a finance point of sale platform. ApexTech did that and they continue to work for us to this day.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have used ApexTech in the past at different companies and they have always performed well, delivering complex systems on time, at high quality and at a reasonable cost, so they were the obvious choice.

We needed to build a SaaS broking platform, that included the frontend, backend, back office system, APIs, databases, caching nodes, etc. The stack was PHP, MySQL, Vuejs, Redis, Docker with everything was hosted on AWS, utilising several of their services.

Backend and Frontend Developers, QA Engineers and occasionally Business Analysts and Project Managers. The total headcount is 12.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Launched v1 of the platform in 3.5 months, at a very low cost and with ncredible quality.

The team is managed directly by us. We use various tools for this, including Jira, Slack, BitBucket, Jenkins and many more.

We design software and services to allow patients to track their biometrics in the home.

For what projects/services did your company hire ApexTech, and what were your goals?

We hired ApexTech to execute interfaces with new devices that we wanted to bring into our platform in order to monitor more biometrics.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor because our CTO had a wonderful experience working with them previously.

We have executed multiple interfaces with them through this project. They not only executed the interface but redesigned the UI/UX in order that our clients would have seamless experiences.

We worked with four to five people from the team, including the CEO, the senior backend and mobile developers, project coordinators, and QA team members.

ApexTech delivered a highly functional product on time with wonderful results in every instance. They were so easy to work with, always responsive to our needs, and flexible as barriers were sometimes encountered.

The management and communication styles were excellent. We were updated each week with progress and had multiple huddles. We also had the ability to contact the team at any time should there be additional questions. They are very easy to work with.
