We were looking for a company which will hire for us out staff development team which will be with favorable prices, comfortable communication between us to the company management and hiring team. Commitment and reliability were important to us as well.

Anvi provided us great employees which are working with us few months, they are working on our ongoing projects and the employees connected well with the existing teams and there is full cooperation between them.

Anvi's recruitment process is excellent, very effective, and well organized. We are delivering them our recruitment requests and jobs descriptions. Anvi are filtering candidates for us according to our requests, then scheduling interviews, we are interviewing the candidates and providing to Anvi feedbacks and instructions on how to continue. Anvi are following up about the candidates all the time. The recruitment process is very organized and it's always clear to us at which stage any candidate is during the recruitment procedure.

The hired developers keep working with us a few months now and providing us high-quality products.

Very effective, the teams are communicating very well and working together on different projects. there is full cooperation between the teams.

Anvi is a very organized company. we are getting all the recommended CVs from them and they keep following up regarding the candidate's recruitment progress

We searched for a web developer online, but we haven't found the right company. In the end, we got a tip from a friend that developed complex websites and recommended ANVI- Software.

We planned before developing with a designer how the site will look like. We also defined in detail the desired functionality. After that, we worked using Agile methodology in weekly sprints.

We wanted to redesign our brand and improve accessibility for our customers. We also wanted the site to highlight all of the services we provide at the school and salon, with an emphasis on new technology.

I was familiar with them and their previous work through a mutual acquaintance.

Using multiple programs, including PHP, JQuery, WooCommerce, and Figma, ANVI designed and developed our website in WordPress and implemented various functionalities like filters. They optimized it for mobile platforms and provided SEO services.

I co-managed the project with the head project manager, through whom I forwarded all requests.

In addition to positive feedback from existing customers, the new website has generated increased traffic and interest in the school’s programs.

To develop 3D versions of outfits and bodies that were prepared by our designers.

I found them on Upwork. The key factors were:

• Organization of the work on their side;
• The right selection of 3D artists for the task;
• Ability to get the really right result, because they had similar cases in this.

The key steps in project development were/are:
Receiving reference images;

• Developing 3D models of these images;
• Preparation of 3D renderings for viewings by our team;
• Work on the corrections, if any. Further, there will be a few more stages, but we have not yet reached them.

At different stages of the project, it was the different number of staff, unchanged were:

• Project Manager;
• Personal Assistant;
• Lead 3D Artist. The number of 3D artists varies from stage to stage (5-9)

It was developed:

• 10 body variations;
• more than 120 different hairstyles.

It was and is an excellent and very effective method of cooperation, with daily progress updates on their part.

A very talented team, they always offered the best solution to the problem or improvement of certain points, explained everything accessible and clearly. They are always attentive to the client's needs and requirements. They clearly understand the needs of the business. Always demanding their work and having interesting ideas for solving problems.

ANVI wasn’t the least expensive option but their quality is solid, which will save you in the long run.
