I am Head Of Technology at a small size Advertising and marketing company (50 employees). We have an affiliate network to generate traffic for various industries.

We wanted to hire a new development team to develop our products. We hired a full team including a Product Manager and a PMO, Sys admin, web developers, mobile application developers, QA (Automated and manual QA).

We were looking for a company which will hire for us out staff development team which will be with favorable prices, comfortable communication between us to the company management and hiring team. Commitment and reliability were important to us as well.

Anvi provided us great employees which are working with us few months, they are working on our ongoing projects and the employees connected well with the existing teams and there is full cooperation between them.

Anvi's recruitment process is excellent, very effective, and well organized. We are delivering them our recruitment requests and jobs descriptions. Anvi are filtering candidates for us according to our requests, then scheduling interviews, we are interviewing the candidates and providing to Anvi feedbacks and instructions on how to continue. Anvi are following up about the candidates all the time. The recruitment process is very organized and it's always clear to us at which stage any candidate is during the recruitment procedure.

The hired developers keep working with us a few months now and providing us high-quality products.

Very effective, the teams are communicating very well and working together on different projects. there is full cooperation between the teams.

Anvi is a very organized company. we are getting all the recommended CVs from them and they keep following up regarding the candidate's recruitment progress

Employee retention- few employees left our company after a short time for new job opportunities.

I'm the owner of a startup that develops the memorial site for our loved ones that are no longer with us.

The memorial site is based on Wordpres with complex custom features and we needed experts for the job. We interviewed many developers, but we found a great developer that not only is very professional, but he was also willing to help on weekend and evenings to allow us to release the product on time with the highest quality.

We searched for a web developer online, but we haven't found the right company. In the end, we got a tip from a friend that developed complex websites and recommended ANVI- Software.

We planned before developing with a designer how the site will look like. We also defined in detail the desired functionality. After that, we worked using Agile methodology in weekly sprints.

The users of our memorial site liked the UX and UI that allowed them to easily open memorial pages.

We wanted to redesign our brand and improve accessibility for our customers. We also wanted the site to highlight all of the services we provide at the school and salon, with an emphasis on new technology.

Using multiple programs, including PHP, JQuery, WooCommerce, and Figma, ANVI designed and developed our website in WordPress and implemented various functionalities like filters. They optimized it for mobile platforms and provided SEO services.
