Animated Video Production for Aviation Software Company
"I was really happy that we delivered great results because of them."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing manager for QOCO Systems Ltd, and we deliver digital software solutions for airlines, maintenance, repair, and overhauls (MROs), and aircraft original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for over ten years.
What challenge were you trying to address with Animation Explainers?
We were looking for a provider that could help us with an animated video.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had quite an interesting project because it was about aviation maintenance, a technical and heavy subject. Hannah (Content Writer) interviewed a technician who explained what she could write in the script. There were very specific terms that people were using in the industry and Hannah managed to incorporate them.
Hannah’s script had to undergo many corrections and changes, but we were impressed by how she grasped what we needed right away. We used Google Drive to upload our logo, color schemes, and images. We also had a document from Animation Explainers that detailed our project’s key points and identified our selected music and voiceover.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Hugo (Project Manager) who was the project lead and Hannah (Content Writer) who was our scriptwriter. They also had a few more people who were in charge of our animation and design needs.
How did you come to work with Animation Explainers?
It was actually very funny because we were looking for a provider for this project and I had a few offers already. We were selecting between the offers we received when a colleague of mine was contacted by one of the founding partners of Animation Explainers on LinkedIn. My colleague forwarded their details to me.
After that, I checked their portfolio and I really liked it. We requested a quote and since it was competitive enough, we decided to work with their team.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent €4,000 (approximately $4,500 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
Our collaboration ran from September–November 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It would be difficult to share their impact because we only published the video on our website. Our website was also fairly new so we didn’t really have any statistics established yet.
However, Hannah created a really great script right from the beginning. When we started playing the video at a conference, it was quite impactful. We had about 10 important clients that stopped by just to check it out, which allowed us to start a conversation with them. I’d say it would be a bit too early to evaluate the real impact, but I believe it would be a great one. In fact, due to their work, we would partner with them again for another product of ours in January.
How did Animation Explainers perform from a project management standpoint?
They had a great project management process. Hugo was always available despite having problems with his leg. We rarely had any issues reaching him. Hannah was very professional, too.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They offered a really good price and value ratio. On top of that, what they delivered was a little bit ahead of what they charge compared to other providers. In addition, they suggested many ideas to us.
I really liked working with young and creative people. I was the one who chose Animation Explainers so the responsibility was all mine inside of the organization. As a result, I was really happy that we delivered great results because of them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had a Google Drive folder, and I loaded some materials there. I thought I downloaded everything there, but when I followed up with Hugo about it, they couldn’t see some materials I had placed. Perhaps, we could use a different platform to share information next time.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Prepare the documentation in advance. In our case, maybe we should’ve conducted a demo session of how our tool works so that they could’ve written our script based on that.

Video Production for Patient Communication Technology Firm
“Animation Explainers was diligent in repeating their efforts in editing until the final video was satisfactory.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work in a company that specializes in patient communication technology. We empower patients who either have speech disability or impairment or have a language barrier issue, such as not speaking the same language as their provider. Our company provides them with point of care solutions that enable them to experience more equitable care. Through us, they can communicate with their provider with the touch of a finger.
What challenge were you trying to address with Animation Explainers?
We wanted to communicate to our end users the impact, significance, and relevance of our services. Our team needed to provide an overview of our solution’s use cases and talk about the outcomes it could bring.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Animation Explainers helped us digest a plethora of materials and consolidate them into a script and visual cues to be displayed in a video. Their tasks included doing revisions to the video and editing it until we were satisfied with the finalized deliverable. To jumpstart the project, we provided Animation Explainers with information about our product and details that we wanted to highlight on our website. These included what people should expect when they decide to adopt our solution.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Hugo (Project Manager).
How did you come to work with Animation Explainers?
Dylan (Co-Director) reached out to us in good timing because we were searching for companies that could animate a video for us. We did an intake process, and then we took the next steps with them. Our team decided to work with their team because of their readiness in terms of timelines and their prior work experience.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $6,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in August 2021, and the project was complete in September 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
So far, we’ve completed a one-minute-and-40-second commercial animated video. We just published the video on our website, so there aren’t any success metrics available yet.
For Animation Explainers’ performance, there was a lot of information to digest. Since the healthcare environment was difficult to articulate to laypeople, it was quite difficult for end users to understand it accurately. However, Animation Explainers was diligent in repeating their efforts in editing until the final video was satisfactory. We were impressed with that.
How did Animation Explainers perform from a project management standpoint?
Animated Explainers’ project management was excellent. They used Wipster to give us access to the video and provide comments on them. It also allowed us to share the video among all of our team members.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their price point and timeliness were impressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren’t any. We were happy with the results.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The script is critical, and you must contribute to the scriptwriting process. Understand what needs to be communicated and don’t rely on Animation Explainers solely. There should be a 50-50 contribution in terms of content, feedback, and guidance.

Animated Explainer Video for Medical Device Startup
"When we asked for changes, there was no hesitation or push-back from their end."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Life360 Innovations is a medical device startup focused on men’s health, particularly in urinary incontinence. My position is VP of marketing and sales.
What challenge were you trying to address with Animation Explainers?
As a newly minted startup that’s just starting its commercialization, we needed to drive the awareness of our proposition across multiple stakeholders. We also needed to communicate our process of delivering products and services to the marketplace in a simple and easy-to-consume way. We’ve seen videos produced in other verticals, so we decided it is what we wanted to do as well, that’s why we turned to Animation Explainers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Animation Explainers produced a 90-second animated video for our startup. They made it in such a way that viewers could easily understand our general offering as a brand.
We started with a creative intake process where we summarized which key messages we wanted to convey through the video. We also provided key insights and value propositions around our brand through a brief. Animation Explainers came back to us with an input document which we accomplished as well, and through those two documents, we were able to agree on the scope and key outcomes of the project.
The team collaborated with us to develop rough concepts and create a general storyboard. They then worked iteratively to complete a final video.
What is the team composition?
We met with the owner of the company but our main, day-to-day contact was Hugo (Project Manager). He would interface with us and relay everything to his creative team.
How did you come to work with Animation Explainers?
We searched online for agencies that could produce animated videos and Animation Explainers were prominent in the results. We compared their offer to that of other vendors.
The quality of their work and their focus on animated videos in particular stood out. Their price was also very competitive, so we knew we would be getting great value for our money. That’s when we decided to work with Animation Explainers.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested about $7,000 CAD (approximately $5,500 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from May–August 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The video made by Animation Explainers did a great job of explaining a relatively complicated process in a simple way. We haven’t yet heavily promoted the video, but our internal experts gave unanimous feedback — that it was easy to understand. We’re all quite pleased with the outcome of the work.
We also had our colleagues and contacts watch the video and get back to us about what they were able to take away from it. These people successfully parrotted the context of the video, which speaks to its clarity.
How did Animation Explainers perform from a project management standpoint?
We had a robust briefing process in the beginning, but we still ended up changing some details as we got into creating the video. This was because seeing the actual work provoked ideas that we hadn’t initially thought of in the beginning. The Animation Explainers team accommodated all of those iterations and back-and-forths to really align the video with what we wanted to accomplish.
We also appreciated the fact that they agreed to extend the video length while still honoring the price for the original, agreed-upon 60-second video. We were having difficulty squeezing in vital information into 60 seconds, so it was great to see that flexibility on their part.
We typically communicated via email and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What really stood out about Animation Explainers was their creative flexibility. When we asked for changes, there was no hesitation or push-back from their end. They would simply ask for the reason behind the change and go on to willingly incorporate that into the product.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing they could’ve done differently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be prepared with a clear outline of what your strategic intent is and what job you want the video to do, and then let Animation Explainers use their expertise and experience to tailor a solution for you. Don't be afraid to work with them collaboratively because that’s the only way you’ll bring a successful product to life.

Animated Video Production for Robotics Company
“Animation Explainers is one of the best vendors I’ve ever worked with.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing director of Harmonic Bionics. We manufacture and sell an upper-extremity rehabilitation exoskeleton for movement disorders.
What challenge were you trying to address with Animation Explainers?
Our exoskeleton and, in general, our robotic technology are sometimes difficult to explain and illustrate succinctly. We had seen some videos created by Animation Explainers in the past, so we saw the opportunity to create one that could capture the essence of our technology. We wanted to share our message with a visually appealing video that we could use on our digital channels.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Animation Explainers produced a 90-second 2D animated video for us that described specifically our exoskeleton Harmony SHR™. I first had a discovery session with their project manager, and they then wrote the script for the video.
They were also in charge of getting the voiceover talent and the music, and they designed and created all the animations. Basically, they did everything, from start to finish, within two months.
What is the team composition?
I first worked with Dylan (Co-Founder), and he helped me kick off the project. Then, I mostly worked with Hugo (Project Manager), who was in charge of everything, from the script and storyboard to the delivery process at the end.
How did you come to work with Animation Explainers?
We had seen a couple of their videos on LinkedIn, and I connected with Dylan through that platform. I also talked with two other animation agencies, but I was really impressed with Animation Explainers’ portfolio and communication. Additionally, their price was reasonable, so I went with them. Now, I’m really happy that I did.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $6,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from June–August 2021. They delivered the product within eight weeks.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everyone within our organization is very pleased with the video and the outcome. Our CEO loves it, and our sales director thinks that it can be used for multiple purposes. It doesn’t only explain our technology to prospective customers, but hospitals that purchase our exoskeleton can also use it to attract more market share.
We just started using it in some of our social media advertising campaigns, so we don’t have any metrics yet, but we hope to have them in the future.
How did Animation Explainers perform from a project management standpoint?
From a project management perspective, Animation Explainers was one of the best vendors I’ve ever worked with. They were extremely communicative upfront; they told me the timeline and respected it.
Hugo was also extremely communicative. He asked for my feedback constantly and told me how long every step was going to take. Overall, working with them was one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had.
We communicated via email, and they used Google Docs to keep everything organized nicely. Additionally, they used a tool called Wipster that helped us review the video and provide feedback.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Although our technology can be a little complicated, Animation Explainers picked the point that we were trying to get across very quickly. They understood the problem that we were addressing, the solution, and the message that we wanted to convey very quickly, and they made a great animated design of our product.
Their great work helped make the process go fast because we didn’t have to spend a lot of time editing, and the first version of the video that they gave me was spot-on. Overall, they were great at what they did.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re great to work with, so I encourage other companies to do that as well.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a medical device startup company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Animation Explainers?
We were trying to describe our technology to potential business partners, investors, and medical institutions through a video that basically explained the problem that we were solving, our goal, and our hypothesis of how to solve it.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I got a grant to cover a portion of the video's cost, and there was a big investor showcase that I was presenting at, so I had a really short time to turn it around. Animation Explainers worked with me to make that happen.
I gave them a summary of the things that the video needed to cover, and they provided a lot of feedback and gave me more ideas, which was helpful. Their feedback was excellent, so we went from there.
Animation Explainers then created the animated 90-second video for us. During the creation process, we did a few iterations where we met to go through what we wrote and agree upon the script and what the frames would look like. When they gave us the first edition of the video, we met again to revise the little details and the small things.
What is the team composition?
Hugo (Project Manager) was my main point of contact.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent $6,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together during May 2021. It took a week and a half to complete the project.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We received very positive feedback from everyone on the video that Animation Explainers created, including our investors and people overseas seeing our website. The people thought that it provided a polished and great explanation. It was done in a very impressive and quick way, and it ended up being really solid and helpful.
How did Animation Explainers perform from a project management standpoint?
Working with them was an excellent experience. We used Crisp and communicated mostly via video calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I don’t have a comparison point because they were the first company I’ve ever worked with. However, Hugo was great, and they turned everything around super quickly — I highly recommend them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I don’t think I have any advice for working with them. Every single project that Animation Explainers do is different, and each client is trying to accomplish something different.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm a project coordinator and executive assistant for a renewable energy company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Animation Explainers?
We were looking to create an entertaining and informative video to explain the technology being utilized in our project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We commissioned them to create a three-minute animated video for one of our projects. In addition to animating the video, they also hired a voice actor from their catalog of performance artists. The video describes what the project entails and energy savings. Then we hired them to create another two-minute video to present general knowledge about our company.
What is the team composition?
We worked primarily with two people, but a third person came in when one of our partners left.
How did you come to work with Animation Explainers?
They reached out to my boss on LinkedIn. We set up a preliminary meeting with them and enjoyed their enthusiasm. Based on that meeting, we decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent a little over $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project began in February and ended in April 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Overall, we're satisfied with the videos.
How did Animation Explainers perform from a project management standpoint?
We appreciated that they’re very patient. When tackling projects like this, last-minute changes are common, but they went back and fixed things multiple times to make sure we were happy with the results.
Their communication was pretty good. We generally used Microsoft Teams. During the initial planning phase, we spoke every week or two, but now I’ve only reached out to them a few times recently. There was a five-hour time difference between their team and ours, though, which occasionally led to delays.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their teamwork was really great.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They may need more staffing. They seem to be a little overworked so they miss fine-tuned details.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have an open mind and allow them to guide you. Do that, and you’ll end up with an excellent animated video.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the executive assistant and administrator for Encepta, a telecommunications contractor.
What challenge were you trying to address with Animation Explainers?
We wanted to produce an animation about the new service we’re providing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started the collaboration with some discovery meetings so they could understand our needs. Animation Explainers sent us a Google Doc form for us to describe everything and the steps for storytelling if we wanted that. They also offered us music options for voices to select. After they got the writing section done and understood our product, they began working on the animation. Animation Explainers then sent us a PowerPoint version of the animation so we could begin making any needed changes.
What is the team composition?
Our main point of contact was Hugo (Project Manager).
How did you come to work with Animation Explainers?
We reached out to them because we were referred by my CEO. We exchanged some emails and booked a call. On the call, they showed us several examples of their work so we could see if any of them matched our needs. Their style was good, clean, and what we were looking for. After they told us the price, we decided that they could be beneficial to us.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested about $6,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from November 2020–February 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The project went really well and the experience was excellent. Everyone inside of the company really liked the video and thought it was cool.
How did Animation Explainers perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management skills were really good. They had all of the files ready, which helped speed up the process. Anything that was delayed was on our end because we had to get the CEO and COO to approve. They laid out the timeline and promised to deliver in a certain amount of time, which was great. Asking questions and providing us with the background, they followed the timelines and knew what they were doing. The team had really good communication skills and we kept in contact through email. They also used Google Drive and Dropbox to change gears and work with our system.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Animation Explainers was really open to our change. Our team is really busy and they found time to hear us and had patience. When we first started out, we thought there was no way they would be able to understand all of the technical details of our company but they got everything.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were so many choices for music, which made it challenging for us to select the exact one that we wanted to use, but that's not a huge deal.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Go for it; they’re awesome and easy to work with.

Video Production Services for Media Firm
“The engagement has really exceeded my expectations.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a product marketing lead at The Media Trust. I put together a lot of content to promote products as well as help build new products that can better address our client's concerns and the market’s needs in general.
The Media Trust is a firm that really looks out for the safety of users on the internet. We do that by doing multiple things including protecting users from malicious advertising, malware, and other bad stuff that’s floating through the advertising sites.
We work with publishers and ad tech companies as well as work with enterprise clients, a lot of retail clients, and e-commerce clients. We offer a wide range of services from data compliance, creative blocking, and categorization of advertising creative; it’s a wide packet.
What challenge were you trying to address with Animation Explainers?
We were trying to find a cool visual way that simply described one of our top products, Media Filter. We needed something that really hammered home the benefits of the product, blocking malicious creative coming through advertising pipes, in a succinct and exciting way.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Animation Explainers spent a good amount of time talking to me and asking all about what my product is and what we were looking for. Then because of some of the feedback they gave on the project we were working on, it was clear that they did their own research too.
I wanted to make sure they were fully stocked with as much information as possible because my feel with ad tech is byzantine and confusing. However, Animation Explainers asked a lot of great questions and definitely wanted to understand exactly what was going on.
It began with a sales call explaining the different offering levels and how we could customize things. We couldn't quite justify their premium offering, but they customized it a bit to the way that we wanted. They gave us a form that was clear on some things to fill out as well as ideas with various projects they could work on. Animation Explainers gave us an idea of how the process would work and a list of candidates for voiceovers. We wanted to get this done in a quick manner, and they gave us all of the tools to make it happen.
Following that, we got onto a call with the project manager and walked through exactly what we wanted. I had an idea for the story of the video, and I threw it at them letting them know that was what I saw in my mind. Then I asked them what they thought would work with that. From there, we were able to put something together.
After that, we had a storyboarding process. We were clear to each other and got through the storyboarding very quickly and then began the animation. Animation Explainers used a video platform that made it easy for us to comment frame by frame, so I put in all my feedback in a way that was very understandable for them. The next round looked almost exactly how I envisioned. They really turned an idea that I had into an even better reality. All the animation was them.
What is the team composition?
There was a salesperson I was initially in contact with. Then Hugo (Project Manager) became my main point of contact. There were others doing the animation behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Animation Explainers?
My boss started having conversations with them before I joined the company, but I believe they reached out to us either on LinkedIn or by email. Our team had a couple of conversations with them. We liked their work with other companies, the price was perfect for our budget, and on top of that, the people we initially talked to were very forthcoming on all explanations, answered all of our questions, and were really pleasant to talk to. I knew exactly what I was going to get from the first meeting.
How much have you invested in them?
We invested $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started around November 2020. Our CFO is just rubberstamping the payments, and as soon as he does that, we will get the finished video. The project will be completed soon.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our estimate was that this was going to be finished in early April 2021, and we ended up being way ahead of schedule. I was expecting it to take longer and was pleasantly surprised when Hugo kept coming back with results early.
We will have this video on a variety of pages on our website as well as on our YouTube page. We’ll be tracking leads that come in via YouTube. Our team predicts that the amount of potential business will be about $250,000. We loved what we saw during the storyboarding process.
A highlight of the project stems from a couple of asks I had. There’s a part in the video where a character starts doing some Kung Fu moves. Hugo said they were able to try out something new that they hadn’t tried before, and I really appreciated that. I was a little nervous going into it because I had never done a project like this, but they made it easy.
How did Animation Explainers perform from a project management standpoint?
They are excellent. Communication is extremely easy. Hugo is always eager to jump on a Zoom call and talk things through. They are never long, unending calls; we are able to knock stuff out really fast. He is extremely clear.
Having one contact made the communication really seamless. Hugo was filtering everything to his team very well. I’m juggling lots of different projects at the moment, so one easy point of contact was a blessing.
What did you find most impressive about them?
This is the first animated video I’ve ever worked on for a company. What distinguished it for us was the price, the quality, and their ability to turn things around fast. We didn’t invest that deeply into competitors because what Animation Explainers gave us from the start was in the budget, and we liked everything that they had done so we went for it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t have anything. The engagement has really exceeded my expectations. I expected to be caught up in a lot of edit rounds, but Animation Explainers took every suggestion I had and ran with it.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
For anyone who is going to do a video like this, come in with an idea and some potential narratives that you could potentially put out. The second thing is to fill out all the forms and give Animation Explainers the research ahead of time. Give them as much information as you can because they’re asking for it. The more information you give them, the better the service is going to be.
Come to the table with ideas. They took what I gave them and turned it into their own. Part of the reason they can offer the service in a very affordable way for a small company like mine is that they had a lot of templates so they can program things very easily. Be active in the process. It’s a collaboration in the end, and it isn’t just them throwing ideas at you. However, they do have a giant stock of ideas themselves.

Explainer Video Production for AI Company
“The first draft wasn’t far from the final versions, which saved us a lot of time.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the growth and marketing manager at a Taiwan-based AI company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Animation Explainers?
Our management team requested that we come up with an easy-to-understand video that explains our product offerings and mission to customers and potential investors.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They produced an explainer video for our website. After the introduction, the video covers four of our products. They used animation to explain how each product works and how they can help us solve problems, followed by an interactive product demo.
In its entirety, the video is nine minutes long, but Animation Explainers helped us divide the video into four different videos to highlight each product. They used the introduction plus each product demo to come out with four different videos. Now we can put different videos under different product pages on our website.
What is the team composition?
We worked closely with the co-founders and they assigned two animators to help with the video.
How did you come to work with Animation Explainers?
I called all the vendors on Clutch before choosing to work with Animation Explainers. They provided the most reasonable price and were able to deliver the final product within two weeks because we were in a rush. Animation Explainers cost 1/3 the price of the highest vendor. They also understood exactly what we wanted. We did some reference checks. One of my friends had used them and was happy with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $35,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from February–March 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We told them our needs and expectations and they were able to fulfill them as expected.
How did Animation Explainers perform from a project management standpoint?
We had a kickoff meeting and five rounds of discussions. They were very responsive to our requests. They showed us their draft and overall design mindset and we provided them with feedback. They responded to us with an updated version within 24 hours.
We used Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides. They also provided software that allowed us to point out directly on the video where we’d like adjustments made.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They knew what we expected. The first draft wasn’t far from the final versions, which saved us a lot of time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The voiceover actors pronounced certain words differently so we asked them to re-record them a few times. However, that was the only thing that needed to be improved. Overall, I’m satisfied with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
State your needs very specifically so that they can come out with exactly what you want. For example, we usually share an image online that shows the feeling we’re trying to achieve. The more specific you get, the more efficient it will be when it comes to the final product.

Full-Scale Promotional Video Production for Security Company
"Animation Explainers created a great core product, but it was also easy to work with them on edits."

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Integrated Protection Group, which is a security company that’s a subsidiary of Ollivier Corporation.
What challenge were you trying to address with Animation Explainers?
We started a staffing division in the company. Animation Explainers helped us with our promotional video to kick off the new division.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We gave them examples from other websites, and Animation Explainers had us review other videos to understand what we wanted to do from a theme standpoint. They then helped us the entire way – from concept and storyboard to music and voiceovers. Their team helped us create a storyboard, script, and visuals for the video. They then produced and edited a one-minute video for us to use on LinkedIn to introduce the division and market it.
What is the team composition?
We initially worked with Jessica (Business Development Officer) who introduced us to the product and helped us decide what we wanted to do. She then handed the project to Hugo (Project Manager) who helped us create the storyboard, finalize the script, and make the post-production edits.
How did you come to work with Animation Explainers?
Animation Explainers contacted me about potentially using their services.
How much have you invested with them?
The video cost $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We engaged them at the end of November 2020 and then had the final product in February 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
On LinkedIn, we received a tremendous response to the video. We ended up with 1,873 views on the post, and I have about 3,500 followers on LinkedIn. People also liked and commented on it. That was by far the best response we’ve gotten on LinkedIn.
How did Animation Explainers perform from a project management standpoint?
It was a collaborative process. They listened to what we wanted and then helped us create a product from those ideas. We edited the script on Google Docs. They also used Wipster, which allowed us to earmark and make comments on the video. We did three rounds of edits to the video, and they didn’t charge me more for them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Animation Explainers created a great core product, but it was also easy to work with them on edits. I made initial edits and then sent it to other people to review. Other people requested edits, and we actually changed the emphasis in the dialogue. Their team made all of the changes in days, so it was an extremely fast process. I was extremely happy with the project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I have no complaints. The final product was exactly what I hoped to create for a launch video.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I used their storyboard portion of the process and would recommend it because that helped us eliminate a lot of issues. Rather than going straight from script to video, the storyboard process allowed us to hone the project.
Thanks to Animation Explainers' video, the client was able to present an impactful film to their customers. Their professionalism, creativity, and accessibility were hallmarks of their work. Overall, the partnership's positive results allowed the team to secure another contract with the client.
