My team partnered with the production manager. He lined up the creatives on the project in a swift fashion. The feedback process was efficient courtesy of the production manager who served as a bridge between us and the artists working on the project. 

We started with the scripting and gradually moved on to storyboarding and asset production, which was a time-intensive job. Since it was a work in 3D, asset development can take time. With a couple of revisions going back and forth, we moved on to storyboarding. 

I’m glad that the artists from the team gave their insight into every stage of the production process. The creatives were delighted to share their experience and enhance the quality of the work as and when required. 

Lastly, we moved on to the animation and render phase. Again, being the most critical part of the job, this took most of our time. I found the team flexible to do our revisions on our request, which was fine.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our goal was to cut through the noise effortlessly and get our message across in the minimum possible time. So, we tapped team Animated Videos to share a proposal and initiate the creative process for the job.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were more satisfied with how they created assets and invited our feedback now and then, especially when they wanted us to give them a green signal on how visual elements sync with our branding. 

We were also satisfied to see that no pre-made templates were suggested to wrap up the work in a rush. They did pretty much everything from scratch. Project management was agile, open to feedback, and always there to help. 

Rescheduling meetings was not a problem. And, we proactively received updates on our work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Animated Videos Inc. could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything that could have happened differently for us. For one 3D production is always time taking. Yet, there is always a chance to finish the job beforehand. Which I won’t prefer over the quality we got in the end.

In the beginning of April, we reached the animation studio, communicated with them bout the project, and sent them the details. The script was written by them, which, unexpectedly, I loved. When they were storyboarding, drafting, and finalizing the project, they always kept me in a loop.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The response was overwhelming when our team sent it to the client from whom we wanted. We hope to receive more leads due to successful videos delivered to our clients.

They did an excellent job. They’re communicative and interactive and give my project on time. They used to talk to me via Zoom meetings to clear out things if needed and get feedback for ongoing processes.
