Develop tone of voice for microcopy and other content, design interface interactions, and help users to overcome fears of using apps and managing money via mobile devices.

and feed of transactions, payments, account statements, corporate cards, and a service store.

Visual accents derive from the principles of attention distribution on web services.
For structure and navigation, we applied the insights from user testing of 5 web banks for business.
Research user portraits of individual entrepreneurs and self-employed persons — identify their needs and pain points, the app’s USP and potential promotion channels, set directions for content strategy — and build a StoryMap based on feature priorities.
Develop the app's product concept and a strategy to encourage users to rely on app-initiated tasks for their business needs and, thus, to close the needs gap of the new self-employed segment that appeared in Russia in 2019.

Verified the need for this service and created a task RoadMap for product development.

Design a mobile bank for medium-sized businesses — companies with around 20 employees and an in-house accountant, that use foreign currency transactions, deposits, and corporate cards. Implement only essential features that a CEO would need.
Avoid cluttering the interface with unnecessary features, settings, and design elements.

ANGRY is a well-known design studio for fintech companies in Russia. We've made a request and they've responded. They've provided their portfolio, cases, and pricing information. After we've told them the details about our project they gave us the estimation - terms, and pricing. We got all the needed information: the results, pricing, terms - and were able to make a decision.

The goal was to design all of the following: UX scenarios: opening an account current balance check and transactions feed payments and tax payments account statements signing payments corporate cards service store UI design Adapted version for mobile devices Chat with a bank manager
What was the team composition?
ANGRY team for this project was: three designers a senior designer (team lead) an art-director a project-manager
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The ANGRY team was able to meet all the deadlines and all the project requirements and we were able to start the development according to the roadmap.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was very effective. ANGRY has a document that regulates every step of their work - we knew exactly when and what will happen and when our participation will be needed. And they follow it flawlessly.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The quality of their work and the way they work through every detail. They've researched user portraits and 16 user scenarios, designed more than 2950 screens and states and thought of more than 200 messages and texts which we use for communication with our users
Are there any areas for improvement?
ANGRY is a small studio with a limited amount of designer's teams - sometimes the waiting time for them to be able to take a new project could be a bit long.
