Monitor and report on sales growth (or retractions) in each market. Manage all advertising and spend for products in each market. Ongoing keyword analysis and optimization for each product. Competitive analysis.

In only two months, sales in Canada are already 10% of USA sales, exceeding our goals and expectations. Other markets are in process of getting set up with their guidance.

All projects have been delivered on time and as scheduled. In addition, amzprep is proactive at setting weekly meetings for updates on progress. Weekly reports are also provided which is fantastic, far and above the performance of any other agency we have worked with in the amazon space.

Responsiveness and proactive work on our account should not be the answer, but it does set them apart!

We wish we could move faster in launching to other markets, but we seem to be restrained by importing processes. Lots of international hurdles - but amzprep is guiding us as fast as possible.

We worked with AMZ Prep to provide a suite of fulfillment services for our clients, servicing them on the Amazon marketplace. We needed them to warehouse and store products, prep them for FBA, kit them when needed, prep or clean items that needed cleaning if damaged in shipment, send into Amazon's FCs, and provide us with a portal to manage it all.

We provided a service to our client with minimal interruptions and with relative ease. Team was super helpful by also creating co-branded marketing materials.

Project management moved along well. Communication was solid, and they were very polite and accommodating. Items were typically on time and if they weren't, they communicated and made adjustments when needed.

Overall, great customer interactions and they were involved. They also asked before hand about additional billing so there were no surprises.

At times there were some miscommunications but it was all stuff we figured out. Mostly humans being humans and not always on the same page, which comes from our side as well.

AMZ Prep provided a distribution hub to help drive our business through Canada on the Amazon.ca marketplace. They were responsible for the receipt of goods, booking in goods accurately and in a timely fashion, product prep, repalletizing and preparing outbound shipments to be inbounded to FBA Canada. AMZ Prep also has provided us an efficient location for returned merchandise and gives us a hub for reverse logistics.
