Assisi is an animal health company that makes non-pharmaceutical anti-inflammatory devices for pets to treat pain, inflammation, and anxiety.

For what projects/services did your company hire American Web Devs?

Web development, website maintenance, and support for our two websites. Any time we need to change something about our websites/ecommerce that we do not know how to do ourselves, any time there is an issue with the site that needs to be found and solved, American Web Devs takes care of it!

What were your goals for this project?

Quality and reliable support. We were in a situation where we weren't getting timely support and solutions for our websites.

When an issue came up we wanted to have confidence that it would be solved soon, and if we wanted to do something new/complicated on the site, we wanted to know that the people supporting us would find the best solution.

American Web Devs continues to support our development/web needs. From making more complicated adjustments to our woocommerce store/pricing, to site backups and updates, they do anything for our websites that we cannot do ourselves.

We interact mainly with Gabe and also Melissa, and then they have others working for them.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

American Web Devs is professional and awesome at what they do! It is so hard to find support that you feel truly confident in and they are it. Any time there is an issue, it is solved in a timely manner.

The team is organized so all of the small things do not get lost in the shuffle. They are highly responsive, their skill set has been excellent, and they have good communication skills along with a solid technical toolset.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Highly effective - their ticketing system allows us to prioritize our needs and helps keep track of everything that is going on. They respond quickly and let us know what to expect. They clearly communicate what is going on with our site, what needed to be done, and why.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

That worrying about whether our support is going to support us is no longer on my mind. This team is highly skilled and cares about doing a good job, so once I send in a ticket the most I need to worry about is maybe giving more details about the problem.

Met Melissa at a networking meeting. Her energy was contagious. When I called her for a quote for my project, she delivered a very specific proposal outlining all the components I had discussed in our initial scope of service conversation. Immediately I knew she was a detail oriented developer who wouldn't leave a stone unturned.

American Web Devs provided a website I am proud to share with current and future clients. It captures my personality, my programs and services perfectly. We spent quite a bit of time working on the wording for the different aspects of the website. During our weekly meetings, we discussed in detail the features I wanted on the website and how I wanted them to flow. They created a tracker which tracks inspirational moments people experience in their daily lives.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I am constantly getting compliments on my website. I launched it one month ago so the impact is not being felt yet, except for the fact that I am very proud to drive potential clients to the site.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

A schedule for weekly meetings was developed from the time we signed the contract. Meetings were on time and effectively managed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their willingness to create exactly what you wanted was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The website was created on Square Space which has limitations for SEO. Perhaps they can work with a platform that has a better SEO feature.

• Amweb delivered two redesigned pages that offered improved functionality and a better user experience. They provided good recommendations for improving the architecture of our platform.

All projects were completed on time and within budget. AmWeb was very responsive to our needs. The Figma system they used allowed us to make changes, ask questions and modify the designs easily.

Personalized attention. Melissa and Cesar were very good to work with and responsive. They were able to answer questions thoroughly.
