For what projects/services did your company hire Amazon Consultant, and what were your goals?

We were required Amazon Account Management services. Our goals were to boost up our sales on Amazon.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got their website on Google, we did a brief table meeting in Manchester with them and discussed all the requirements, visions and goals for our brand on Amazon.

As we required Amazon full services, they were helping us in all operations.

There were 3 peoples attached with our project. One of them was Team Lead and other 2 was Amazon Brand Assistant

After getting their services, we have seen a boost in sales. It was almost 45% of rise in total sales.

They were professional, polite, and passionate. They used all modern tools to get the desired results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided me the all the reports and kept us updated with all the operations all the time.

I got them perfect in every operation.

We was having problems with our store front on Amazon platform. We required Amazon consultants help to fulfil a revamp of our store and helped with listing and variations of our products. The goals were to get traffic to our product which was gained with also other goals which were met nicely.

This vendor is UK based which is 1 of the most important reasons for hiring. Also this vendor is an expert in ecommerce work.

First a meeting via zoom, discussed all issues goals and milestones of the project. We then gave limited access to out Amazon account. The team from Amazon Consultants had a look at our store for a day or so. Another zoom meeting to discuss what the team found wrong with our store. A action plan was made by the Amazon consultant which detailed all work to be carried out. Various tools were used by the company to fulfil our work requirements

Our contact was a project manager who controlled 3 backend staff working on our project.

We saw a increase of traffic to our store within the first month sales went up as accepted. All listing pictures and variation was now all user friendly.

We was in direct contact with our down to earth humble project manager.We used slack, Skype, WhatsApp. The project manager was so friendly and helpful he would answer whenever we wanted. He would deal with this team and get the milestones met in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication was key. Best listener ever didn't have to keep repeating ourselves. They knew each and every hurdle they come across on the e-commerce platforms.
