We had a kick off meeting where Altum spent significant time learning about the intent of our content. Though out the process there was regular updates and wireframes to discuss and adjust. Leading to a final Wordpress version.

Karina was our project manager and was outstanding at keeping the project moving forward. At all times the CEO was engaged to ensure we were pleased and Vlas the web developer was excellent bringing the website live.

After launching our site we received overwhelming positive feedback about the look and feel but also our messaging.

We had periodic communication weekly via slack and email and a weekly summary meeting to ensure we were all on the same page. Everyone at Altum Agency was always timely in responding and completing the required actions.

They took the time to understand what we wanted out of the website up front with diligent listening sessions. Along the way offered great suggestions on how to improve further our messaging.

After a long research and development, using my experience and passion, I have created the Dahara Silk Thread for hair removal. When I decided to sell my silk thread online, both for professionals and for lovers of the threaded hair removal technique, I had to look for someone who was able to interpret and convey the passion, attention to detail and love for people who represent me in this project.

We had a first meeting to let understand objective and my person. I would a Wordpress website with e-commerce in 3 languages. We start to set the style, the design and the elements to reflect the identity. For each section and page they really went deep in the details to reach exactly my expectations. The details I like! I could not ask more. We end testing the the cart section. Everything was working well.

I'm proud of the website as it reflected all my desires. My Silk Thread is visible for the world. I quickly started to receive orders from beauticians and request of information about the technique.

The communication was easy and good, by zoom and slack. The project manager was continuously in touch with me for proposal, work progress and feedback.

Altum Agency delivers perfectly functioning and very stable websites. Furthermore Altum Agency does everything to stick to timelines, no matter how tight they are. They make it possible with a very talented and big team and are willing to bend over backwards (work late nights, weekends) to make it work.

When we work together we have frequent meetings with the project lead and the development lead via zoom. For quick communications we use Slack.

I highly value their can-do attitude, skills, friendliness, discretion, and on-time deliveries of top projects.

Overall we are 100% happy with them. And the more we work together, the better we get to know each other, which makes working together even more successful.

I’m the marketing and business development director of a software company that provides business intelligence solutions.

We needed help with web dev for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Altum Agency has been providing us with web development and design on WordPress. They’ve been assisting us with SEO, making updates, and creating graphics and custom material that we ask them to do. They took over an existing platform and were instrumental in making suggestions and cleaning up a lot of features that the person that preceded me added to the site.

In terms of added features, we’ve created an online training portal, the ability to implement e-commerce, and other functionalities that would make things more engaging to bring up our website.

Currently, they’re providing ongoing maintenance, support, and add-ons that we need.

The leads that we’ve gotten thanks to their work are essential. Before engaging with them, we had 75 digital conversions, and in the last year, we grew that to 121 — that’s a massive increase because we wanted to grow by 50%, and we exceeded that. Overall, we’re 100% satisfied with their work.

How did Altum Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is exceptional; we’ve never had a problem with them going over budget or being delayed with anything. In terms of communication, we use Zoom, Slack, and Asana. They were also able to adapt to our tools, making our process very effective.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

They’re easy to work with, and that’s outstanding — this is how development should be.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Scope only a project with them, and after you see their price-effectiveness, you’ll end up scoping more work.

We mainly communicate via Slack and email. Altum Agency is a responsive team that promptly caters to our needs despite our time zone differences. It’s valuable to us that we’re constantly updated with the progress of our project, may it come from their project manager or developer.

Altum Agency is a very communicative team — I never have to chase them for updates. We’re able to manage the project well because of their frequent responses.

There were some instances wherein our code process was misunderstood, and we had to explain it thoroughly to their developers. Altum Agency could consider working on refining their understanding of our code and deployment process to avoid such challenges. Additionally, our team could also work on providing them with clearer outlines and explanations of our in-house processes.

Be clear in providing directions and information —  this was something that I could’ve paid more attention to. Altum Agency is an offshore team, so they would appreciate specific and detailed instructions to streamline their work even when your team can’t be reached due to schedule constraints.
