We are running Packers and Movers company in the Relocation /shifting, Transport & Logistics industry across the PAN India & Global. Our company provides the moving services of every class at an affordable rate. Reaching a potential customer is our motto.

For what projects/services did your company hire Alphanumeric Ideas Private Limited?

We struggled to catch the right customer for our services and effectively manage and scale our Ad campaigns to maximize user acquisitions and streamlining digital channels. Traffic was there, but we need actual business: traffic matters but Revenue matters always on top, and that's what I believe for a long term business plan.

Concluding the objective, it was more about optimizing our digital presence and optimizing cost over Search Engines, Managing Social Reputation, to name a few.

We wanted to improve the sales of packing and moving services in India and grow the brand value. We are looking to create a convenient advertisement for every region in India, majorly for the metro cities with ROI .

Handling PPC Campaigns to optimize cost and handling some policy prospects was our foremost concern at starting point but moving forward, they took business like their own business.

We saw remarkable YoY Growth even during Pandemic times and experiencing more. Cost Saving for our digital paid media buying efforts

I want to appreciate how the team works and how year by year, we are growing. I am always majorly focused on revenue numbers, and leading business growth as vital opportunities instead of prioritizing for own profits makes them unique.

The team's analytic skill is right, as we use to get many suggestions beyond their work scope with the only focus to improve our business.

Nothing as such for now, but we are looking forward to experiencing better success in organic outreach for our business, majorly on the Google Organic side. I sense we are on track to excel on that part as well. and will be achieving excellent results in that section as well very soon

I run small a diet and weight loss program online that caters to the Keto diet and helping clients successfully lose weight.

We were struggling to make our PPC campaigns profitable as the CPC were just too high in the market and conversions too low. The traffic was there and the sales were coming in but at a loss. We needed to optimize our campaigns and that is when we found Alphanumeric.

They handled all our Google and Bing ads campaigns from start to finish. Creation of ads, structuring the account properly, and even more importantly constantly optimizing to increase and maintain positive ROI.

We spoke with Zippinderpal most of the time and at some points would have live meetings with the Google Ads team (another benefit of working with Alphanumeric)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Not too many days after getting started with Alphanumeric we started seeing positive ROI that was scaled as far as it could be and maintained throughout 2019.

Very relaxed and easy to communicate with. Responsive most days, even on the weekend.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We really appreciated how much thought and care Alphanumeric put into our campaigns. Definitely went above and beyond what any other company had done for us. It felt like he was a significant part of our company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Only thing we could ever complain about was every now then, not too often, but sometimes there were days of non-responsiveness after questions were asked.

Most of the time it was due to being out of town or under the weather but we were not given notice of the absence. When running live campaigns and dealing with non-responsiveness it can get very stressful at times. It was not very often this happened though.

I am the Vice President at a school franchise-based company. Providing educational solutions to all the preschool related matters and to guide you through the set up of the preschool is our expertise.
