They are slow to respond to updates, over charge our credit card regularly, and the quality of the operators has drastically decreased. The operators have to push "1" to accept the call and regularly don't or hit other buttons leading the incoming call to go unanswered. They pronounce our company name incorrectly and are what seem to be purposely dense when talking to the callers.

They are unorganized and do a very poor job specifically with the business side of sending invoices and charging the correct amount but the operators have gotten worse as well.
