I’m a manager at a chain of hospitals.
What challenge were you trying to address with Aladinn Tech?
We were trying to bring telemedicine to locals — awareness wasn’t there — so we teamed up with Aladinn to create a white label telemedicine solution.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The first thing we asked Aladinn to create was a telemedicine video consultation solution that connected remote places to our specialty hospital consultants. It was an iOS and Android mobile app, and it was their main deliverable.
After that, we asked them to integrate our electronic medical record service into the app. This EMR integration allowed patients to view, save, and access their records on mobile devices or the hospital website.

We spent around $7,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement lasted from May–June 2021. Our solution was live on Google Play Store and App Store by the end of the engagement.

For success metrics, we calculated our ROI by measuring the number of patients on the telemedicine app and checking how many of them went to the hospital after using the solution.
