Aladinn Digital Solutions has developed our CRM system for us. Initially, we provided them with documentation and already had the software tool. The team has made customizations using Laravel. 

The CRM enables us to manage our leads and provide them to our sales department and our admin side. On the system, we can categorize projects and engage customers. Currently, we're in talks with Aladinn Digital Solutions to add more modules to the CRM. 

Additionally, Aladinn Digital Solutions has provided us with tools for social media marketing (SMM) and lead generation services. Our internal team handles our social media, and Aladinn Digital Solutions works with that team. They help us with ads on social media and YouTube.

I chose them based on their performance and services. They were the best in the business of CRM software for real estate.

Aladinn Digital Solutions’ work is excellent; they’re the best in the business of CRM. Before working with the team, we couldn’t gather our leads. Aladinn Digital Solutions has created a very good solution that makes assigning leads to our sales team and manager easy. Now, we’re very organized, thanks to the CRM. 

How did Aladinn Digital Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver everything on time, and their process is very smooth. At one point, we had delays with our internal team due to challenges in making certain decisions. Since making those decisions, everything has been streamlined. 

Our communication is mainly via phone, though we’ve had some Zoom calls. We have a WhatsApp group where we share documents and timelines. They use Jira to keep us updated. Aladinn Digital Solutions provides a report at the end of each day.

I’m impressed with Aladinn Digital Solutions’ team and their prompt response. They reply to messages on time, don’t delay anything, and deliver the project professionally. Moreover, they go out of their way to complete tasks, expanding their office time for us by 15–20 minutes.

They can improve their delivery. Although they deliver on time, we’ve had some bugs in the CRM. The team solves the issues on time, though.

The first thing we asked Aladinn to create was a telemedicine video consultation solution that connected remote places to our specialty hospital consultants. It was an iOS and Android mobile app, and it was their main deliverable. 

After that, we asked them to integrate our electronic medical record service into the app. This EMR integration allowed patients to view, save, and access their records on mobile devices or the hospital website.
