Our Company name is Accountants On Air and my position in the company is one of the managing partners and member of the board of directors.

For what projects/services did your company hire AKAVEIL Technologies LLC?

Our Company was quickly growing, and we'd outgrwon our previous domain on google. We decided to migrate to Microsoft 365 and needed a vendor who could handle our IT needs. This included upgrading our Cybersecurity, maintaining our Microsoft account, and more.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for MSP Providers in our area and shortlisted 4. After interviewing them, we chose Akaveil based on their service package and experience.

They made sure that our IT infrastructure was set up by the time we migrated in the new domain. Once they configured everything, we kept them on to manage our IT needs. Now, if we have any technical problems with our Microsoft 365 account we go to them. we pay a monthly fee based on the services required.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their CTO, Ariel Perez is our main point of contact for the move, and he is always active and attentive to our needs whenever we need him.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They finished the migration ahead of schedule, and everything was fully functional when we migrated. Now that they are managing our Microsoft 365 account, there hasn't been any downtime, and our cybersecurity has improved a lot more than before. We also appreciate that they are able to work independently, which means we can focus on our core business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

During the move, we had weekly zoom calls with their CTO and Coordinated by Email. Now, we use their ticketing system to submite any requests. If we have any issues, they get back to us within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having a managed service provider has saved us a lot of money. They are more cost-effective than having a full-time IT specialist in office.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes their reports can be hard to understand, but they do their best to communicate technical ideas in an accessible way.

I needed software migration and regular monitoring.

AKAVEIL Technologies LLC conducted a switch from our G Suite platform to Microsoft Office. They got it situated, installed, and set up on multiple computers. The team monitors them monthly.

I was connected with them through another company. I thought Ariel was great so I continued to use their services.

We began working together in December 2020 and the relationship is still ongoing.

It has been a great experience so far. The transition was relatively smooth.

My position is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for New Beginnings Window and Door, a full-service premium window and door distributor proudly serving the tri-state area since 2008.

We have both a Homeowner Retail Division where you can purchase product and we will install for you or we can just be a distributor in the New Construction/Remodel Division and work with the contractor, builder, architect, or property manager.

Manage IT Services. We had no technology infrastructure here when I joined the company about a year and a half ago.

There were bottlenecks within our organization and we needed to address our IT Concerns as quick as possible to maintain the volume and growth that was coming our way.

What were your goals for this project?

For Akaveil to train us on any new IT related services or programs that could help our business Thryv and also manage all of our devices from a security standpoint. Having a team of professionals in the IT Space is vital.

What was the team composition?

Assigned Ariel to assist us where ever needed within a monthly budget we had allocated and planning on growing with Akaveil and all of their support services.

Our IT environment is much more streamlined and safe for our multi-million dollar window and door business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

An absolute smooth transition and we are all operating at a more quicker and efficient speeds. Our company revenue is showing too.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are impressed with their communication and true professionalism. Dani is a friend of mine through Master Networks so I trusted her to bring in Ariel and got to really like Ariel and the way he operates his business.

Not right now. Just to continue to look for better ways to do business from an IT Standpoint

My firm is now ready to move forward with the LEAP cloud software. AKAVEIL made this possible and insured everyone's data was properly transferred.

Excellent. They were very responsive.

They followed up on issued that were important to me and solved problems for me.

Anything that was important to me, they took care of. Any areas for improvement are just a matter of personal preference.

We were working on antiquated hardware with similar software. We need to be brought up to date. This allowed us to use new software and cloud based products that we weren't using.

We were completely successful - it was a great process.

I would kept informed of everything that had to be done from correcting they way another company set up office 365 and the implementation of all products without an onsite IT person.
