Our Travel Tech Startup was gaining strength in Hong Kong, but we were unable to navigate the South East Asia social media landscape with our small, local team. We were looking to collaborate with influencers who could produce real ROI though social media exposure. We hired AJ Marketing to identify the right strategy to appeal to Singapore millennials under covidโs travel restrictions, who were open to discover new โthings to doโ in their city.

We did a good deal of Google research to find the right agency. We knew we needed someone who was strong in South East Asia, with a significant number of high caliber influencers in their database. In the end we chose AJ Marketing after a recommendation from a friend who completed a successful campaign with the company and gave fantastic reviews of their experience.

We were sent a questionnaire to better understand our needs and requirements, and then joined a video call where the agency asked some more questions to fill in the gaps. AJ Marketing proceeded to conduct competitor research on brands in our industry and analyzed their social media presence and the types of influencers they employed. We were presented a shortlist of their hand-picked options, and there was a bit of back and forth on choosing some alternates, interviewing and negotiating the terms.
All the influencers selected were very professional and adhered to the agreed terms. Each week we received a recap of all the necessary data points and had a call to check if any part of the strategy needed to be tweaked or realigned. There was a well-structured release schedule which allowed us to make the most of the campaign period.
