Tripeers Tech Pvt Ltd is a startup that focuses on providing interactive and connected virtual experiences. I am Pradeep Naithodu, Co-Founder & CEO of Tripeers Tech.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ailoitte Technologies, and what were your goals?

As per our product strategy , we decided to develop a cross-platform mobile application within the Travel/Lifestyle domain. We approached Ailoitte with the idea along with first few documentations, UI/UX design and a proposal for Tech Stack. Based on the first few talks, we mutually decided to kickstart the collaboration with a focus on Mobile application development. The challenge was to develop an app based on the Figma design, desired Tech Stack and come up with an excellent responsive mobile app for iOS and Android devices.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We shortlisted multiple vendors based on our network, recommendations as well as online reviews. Ailoitte was shortlisted based on a diverse product portfolio that they had showcased online as well as a productive first contact call. Their experience in Product development and relevant tech stack combined with highly knowledgeable founders, made us decide to select them as our development partners.

Ailoitte was tasked with research and development of the Mobile app based on the FSD, Figma UI/UX design provided by us. We agreed to have our mobile app on Google PlayStore and Apple Store as the final deliverable for the project along with all features as in the FSD and a Basic Admin Panel. After the project contract was signed, we worked closely with the team to refine the ideas, priorities them and to do a technical feasibility studies to come up with Alternative.

The next step was to create an architecture for the app and get approval from us for the same.Team came up with alternatives for some technologies with valid reasoning and it was accepted by us. For most of the requirements, the team had knowledge and was very quick to start the work.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Exact numbers are not discussed, as the project is done on a scope basis. But, 4-5 members were working on the project in general from Ailoitte. Positions of the team members included Technical Lead, Frontend Developer, Quality Analyst, Backend Developer, and Project Manager. Our Interface for the project was the Project Manager and a Technical Lead.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Project is currently ongoing. Ailoitte has been delivering intermediate builds consistently and have been guiding us through the complete process. The Issues are fixed pro-actively and the turnaround time has been quite impressive. Mobile App development has been above par till date.

There were constant exchanges between us and Ailoitte, majorly via WhatsApp and Skype. The team was accessible even late in the night and worked with additional capacity when demanded. Regular weekly meetings set up between the core teams on both sides. On-demand there were additional meetings set up by Ailoitte or by us.

Communication has been quite simple and uncomplicated. Commitments are kept by the team almost every time, and in case the team finds any blockers they never hesitated to address them to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our experience with the Ailoitte has been excellent. We hope that they keep doing the same throughout the project and even beyond that. They have been very professional throughout. Ailoitte Technologies team is proactive and they have gone above and beyond to make a great product. The Management team understands the start-up mindset and is flexible to adapt to new technologies or changes in the development phase. These attributes about Ailoitte makes then a great Technology Partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Reduced development cycles typically comes at a cost of short term impact on quality and documentation. This is something which could be improved gradually by the organization.

We had issues with resource capacity and skill set. This requires that we outsourced some of our development work to Ailotte

Ailotte was selected after rigorous evaluation of several other vendors. Some of the selection criteria include the following amongst others. 1. Experience 2. Level of expertise 3. Team size 4. Tools and technologies

The scope of work includes the following; Development of the front end marketplace for digital lending solutions according to the functional and technical specifications. Ailotte team delivered the web portal and the mobile app in Android and iOS.

We had 6 highly experienced Ailotte team members who worked with our team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Ailotte successfully delivered the application based on the specification given to them. I will rate them 8/10 in terms of project performance.

We adopt an agile scrum project management approach with daily stand up meeting Ailotte team. We use Jira to manage requirements and for defects reporting and resolution tracking.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had and still having a wonderful time working with Ailotte. I think we are on our third project with them at the moment. The team was professional, client-friendly, delivery-focused, and highly competent. Our company has decided to continue to use Ailotte as an extension of our delivery team into the foreseeable future.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We would appreciate it if Ailotte can broaden their resources skillsets a little bit. Especially for the new and powerful programming language like GoLang and databases like Redis.

I’m a co-founder and CEO of a community platform.

We needed someone to help us with pre-development and development for a mobile app

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We evaluated about 5 vendors before coming to know about Ailoitte through a referral. At the scope discussion phase itself we were very impressed by their though process and ownership. Key factors which helped us decide were - previous experience, team structure, QA in addition to the regular cost & time estimates.

The project started with workshops that helped them with a vision of what we wanted to achieve as a business, how we wanted the app to work, our business factors, the roadmap of the application and the design. The team of Ailoitte completed all the design and development work based on the requirements and finally ended up creating an amazing cross-platform application for Android and iOS.

A very well structured team was assigned to our project. Starting with the pre-development phase, we collaborated with their talented design team for prototyping, mapping out the roadmap, strategy and the best possible design for the application. We then worked with the technical team who completed all of the coding for our app.

We’re delighted with the outcome of their efforts they’ve done so far. The contribution made by Ailoitte is of exceptional quality. Their dedication to delivering not just what we desire, but also a high-quality product has been outstanding. They've done a fantastic job planning our company's developments. The product they've developed is excellent in terms of design, and working with them has been excellent.

Their project management skills and overall team spirit are outstanding. They're the sort of team that will discover someone who knows something within if they don't. We receive a lot more value than just having a team allocated to us since everyone helps each other. It's been a fantastic partnership

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They give excellent customer service in general. They're great with people and are really concerned about the client's requirements. The entire team put forth a lot of effort and cared about the project's success. They worked on weekends to make up for lost time if they were behind in development. Also, their technical expertise and rapid grasp of our requirements ensured a seamless project from start to finish
