A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a former manager of Nochlegka, a charity organization.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Aidem?

We hired Aidem to create two websites for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

For both websites, their team handled the design and development processes. For the second site, they helped us create the overall idea and made all the integrations for us, working heavily on the UX aspects. It’s a fundraising website, so they helped create the IT infrastructure to allow people to make donations on the site.

What is the team composition?

I worked with their managers, the director, web designers, and others within the company.

How did you come to work with Aidem?

Their director was a volunteer in our organization at the time, so they did the web design for the first website for free. For the second site, we chose them because they did a good job.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over 1 million rubles (approximately $15,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement has been ongoing since 2015. Although I don’t work there anymore, the organization continues to work with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The sites are beautiful and functional, making us feel like one of the best in Russia.  We noticed that after launching the charity site, donations to our organization greatly increased.

How did Aidem perform from a project management standpoint?

They get back to us very quickly. Communication primarily takes place through email, phone, and in-person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their web design expertise is the most impressive aspect of their team. They are also very skilled in UX design, which is great. It was a pleasure for me to work with them. Their team is very empathetic and work well as a collective partner.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their web design is perfect, but enhancing the quality of the development would be good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I highly recommend using them if you have web design needs.
