We needed help with market research, so we hired AI Bees.

What was the scope of their involvement?
AI Bees produces the personal data of our targets, which includes LinkedIn profiles, email addresses, and telephone numbers. The team then runs communication cycles to approach potential targets like risk managers, internal audit managers, or finance managers. There are different ways to do it, one of which is to present me in a story to trigger a conversation on LinkedIn.
We’ve made a logical construct on how the conversation could run and, in the end, shifted from LinkedIn correspondence to personal communication through phone or emails.
After a certain point, I intend to continue what they’ve begun and will have the team hand over what they’ve accomplished.
What is the team composition?
The project manager is my main point of contact. There are, in total, 3–4 people working on the project.
How did you come to work with AI Bees?
Two years ago, I ran some interviews with similar firms. I decided to go with AI Bees because our conversation made me feel very hopeful and confident.

AI Bees is more B2C-focused, but they’ve adapted to work in a B2B model. There has been an upturn in the last six months, and they’ve since become accustomed to working at a very professional level with my team.
How did AI Bees perform from a project management standpoint?
Their services are meant for short-term material projects and not for large, long-term projects, but AI Bees has been very willing and able to learn. They’ve improved greatly and are good listeners; we give weekly feedback and they adjust their methods accordingly.
We mostly communicate using Microsoft Teams, but we sometimes hop on calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
AI Bees is very flexible and ready to learn. They’re able to listen to what partners are telling them and take the necessary risks to improve. What they’re doing is better than being rigid and not able to change in the long run.

Th4ey weren’t prepared for a strict B2B business. Next time, I’d expect them to bring experience from a B2B and not a B2C model.

Our Account Manager, Ria. She was definatly the backbone of this partnership, she understood our needs and would do anything to ensure we were successful.

We had a great account manager (Ria), and a great responder (Diana) Ria got a well deserved promotion, and Diana left the company. After Diana was taken of the account we struggled to get a responder that understood our business and as a result the quality and the amount of leads suffered.
We never got back to the same high quality that we had gotten used to when our account was under Rias management, and Diana was our responder. Making sure the AM and responder propperly understand the clients business is key in order to keep the partnership going long term.

For what projects/services did your company hire AI bees?
Lead Generation focused around Food & Discrete Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals and high-tech.

How did you select Al bees and what were the deciding factors?
They reached out to me through LinkedIn. I liked their pitch around the combination of artificial intelligence & human touch in terms of driving outcomes of campaigns. I strongly believe full marketing automation leads to sub-par results as messages are insufficiently personalized and this is something that AI Bees stated to have addressed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
we did get outcomes, with link-ups to a number of people that led to some discussions. Due to personnel changes on both sides & the related challenges the program was cut short before it was completed.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I only saw this from 2nd hand but understood most of this worked well, even tho we had a few comm breakdowns where misalignment existed and some communication was sent out in a disjointed manner
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They had a great sales team with nice ideas and concepts.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
When they are working under the persona of a customer representative, it is sensitive to have communication issues as it has direct exposure - this should have been avoided. I can't comment on other matters
