I’m the founder of Apple Pie, LLC. We’ve created the Apple Pie app, a social media application for teachers, currently available for iOS. This app functions like any other social media; we can add friends and post and share content.

What challenge were you trying to address with Agicent App Company India?

I needed a team to build my app. In this time of virtual school and remote learning caused by the pandemic, we thought that this would be a valuable tool for teachers. They would be able to share resources digitally and talk about some of the challenges that have been arising in the education world.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I provided Agicent with some drawings that I had done and all of my ideas, and they built a native iOS app from the ground up for me. We worked in four stages, starting from the original design and concept.

I wanted this app to be a Facebook-style place for teachers to connect and have a profile with pictures and information about themselves. They can also post content and make friends, and Agicent added a private messaging function as well.

One of my most important requirements was that teachers could link their external social media, blogs, and resources to Apple Pie to generate money from the other things aside from education. For example, there’s a website called Teachers Pay Teachers, where teachers can upload lesson plans and sell them to other teachers that might find them useful for their classes. I wanted them to have direct links to their shops in their profiles, and Agicent was able to integrate that function as well.

As the project progressed, they added things to the app and took others away, and eventually, we released a beta version. Now, the app is finally live in the App Store. The development process was long, but Agicent wanted to get it right — I really appreciated that.

What is the team composition?

Sudeep (Co-Founder & Director of Business) is my main point of contact. I mostly worked directly with three people during the development, and I know that they were other people working on the project.

How did you come to work with Agicent App Company India?

I posted on an app group on Facebook, looking for recommendations. Sudeep contacted me via Facebook, we chatted, and he told me about his company. I looked them up on Clutch, had a meeting with them, and went from there.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent around $12,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working around March 2020, and the app is now live in the App Store, but we’re still adjusting some details. As they’ve only built it for iOS, I will hire them again for the Android version.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The teachers that I’ve talked to have told me that they were appreciative to have a space to post content. However, as far as the app usability goes, we are still working out some issues. Some crashes and search problems have popped up, but the app has only been live in the store for less than a week, so we’re still finding new things to straighten out.

How did Agicent App Company India perform from a project management standpoint?

We went back and forth with ideas, and Agicent was quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern. We added and took away a few things by their suggestion, so they were really helpful in looking at the big picture; they saw, understood, and translated to me what a user might want and expect from an app like mine.

We communicate mostly via email, and we’ve had a few Skype calls. Agicent is very accommodating with the time difference, which I appreciate greatly. Additionally, we’ve talked over Facebook a few times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sudeep is very accommodating and quick to respond, and he always wants to make sure that we’re happy with the product. He runs a tight ship — I appreciate that.

Agicent is really dedicated and committed to my project, and they believe in it. Additionally, they’re incredibly kind and patient.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I could tell that Sudeep had to repeatedly explain what I wanted to some of their team members because he copied me in emails about the same thing a few times. That’s not necessarily a reflection of the company, but of a couple of their employees. I’m comfortable enough to hire them again for future endeavors, but I might request a different team.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be prepared to email a lot. Be organized about the list of things that you need and your expectations, and make sure to refer back to them when sending an email. I had to go back, copy, and paste some of the things that we had previously discussed, so it’s better to be organized. Additionally, the time difference can sometimes be difficult because you cannot pick up the phone and arrange a meeting, so be aware of that as well.

We needed help creating a platform for a new concept for our new company.

They’re helping us create a new concept; it’s a platform that provides a bridge between loan-lending companies, loan officers, and their vendors. They’re doing all the programming for a fintech service, primarily using API technologies and React.js framework.

We’ve been working with two people on this project.

It was a big deal for us to find a partner to work with in this project because we wanted to make sure that we got it right on the first try. We interviewed different companies, but we went with Agicent App Company India because they seemed to understand the key details of what we wanted.

We started working together in October 2020. The engagement is ongoing, but we’re about to wrap up.

Their low cost and attention to detail are what distinguishes them from their competitors.

The deadlines weren’t always met, and there was a bit of delay with understanding the concept of the project due to the language barrier — I think those are their improvement opportunities.

Any advice for potential customers?

Stay on top of them in regards to meeting deadlines, and reiterate when you want things completed so they can get things done on time. Also, share as much detail as possible so they can develop a full vision of the project.

Their cost-effectiveness and their working hours impressed us. The cost for the quality delivered is minimum, and It feels that they work 24/7.

Communication. I was maybe an issue of English or even technical vocabulary by our side but sometimes there were misunderstandings that delayed the process

I’m the founder and CEO of DollarPot LLC, an app that allows users to create rotating savings clubs. The idea is that friends and family can come together to save money as a group.

Agicent App Company India is developing an iOS app. They integrated the app with social media platforms and a payment gateway that runs in the background. We work hand-in-hand on colors, the logo, and other aspects of the app build-out.

They communicate very well. I’ve gotten more than my money’s worth.

Correspondence has been prompt. Whenever I have questions, they offer a lot of clarity. They keep me updated on the development progress by providing notes every 3–4 weeks. We go back and forth with ideas, and everything has been on-point. We’ve had a few Skype sessions, but we communicate primarily via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m amazed at their ability to take a concept, create a fantastic design, and develop a functional app. They developed the app in less than seven months.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This is very minor, but we’ve experienced a few grammatical errors because their first language isn’t English.

Any advice for potential customers?

They would be my first choice if I had to choose again. Everything has been very trustworthy; they provide receipts with all monetary transactions, answer e-mails quickly, and provide clarity to all of my questions. If you’re looking for a company with solid communication, I would choose Agicent App Company India.

I’m the founder/owner of Goals4Glory, a social fitness app that keeps track of core exercises, goals, and daily progress.

I needed to hire an external developer to build out my app and get my project up and running.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to create a working fitness app without spending too much money. I needed my charts and graphs to work, people to be able to log in using Facebook info, and allow users an opportunity to interact with each other.

How did you select this vendor?

I found Sudeep (Mobility Consultant, Agicent App Company India) on LinkedIn after several companies in the US over-promised and under delivered. I decided to go with him after research and multiple conversations. He also quoted me a price that was much lower than others.

My app was initially pieced together by three previous developers. I had almost given up because they were unable to produce actual results. Agicent App Company India started by having numerous conversations to understand my vision of the app. Sudeep then went through the code and found many errors. They created a plan of action and delivered it on time.

Over the next few weeks, we had conference calls and email conversations to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted. I was updated constantly throughout the entire project, and he made any needed changes almost immediately. They continue to make additions to the app.

Sudeep was my main point of contact for any questions. There were numerous other people working on the project as well.

People have begun using our app, and the results are incredible. Clients have used the app to lose weight as well as to document workout statistics and work ethic in order to earn a Division 1 scholarship. Their workflow was seamless. Calls are returned quickly and email responses are prompt. Most importantly, deadlines are always met. Agicent App Company India delivered not just as a company but as a team. I can always turn to them with any questions.

After so many failures with this project, everything about Agicent App Company India has been impressive. The cost is so low compared to companies in the US. They actually deliver results. I can't wait to work with them again in the future.

Then they used that to develop a type of flow chart of what the app would look like. Based on that mock up, we made changes and clarified the functionality. The app is mostly for my own private clients. I judge its success when it helps them make habits.

Agicent App Company India took the time to understand what I wanted. I always felt like we were on the same page in what we were trying to accomplish. I also really liked their aesthetic. The simple designs make my app look professional.
