I'm the founder of AIQL, a company founded in September 2023 with the aim of helping small and medium-sized businesses leverage AI tools to generate more leads and sales. We've transformed into an AI consulting company that is getting ready to launch.

What challenge were you trying to address with ONTO Agency?

We needed to create video content to use across our social media and blog posts. Our goal was to improve our brand awareness, brand engagement, and secure meetings with leads.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I worked with ONTO Agency on three different initiatives for two end clients. ONTO Agency committed to shooting four hours of video and using that content to create 15 shorter clips. The final videos were around three minutes long, sometimes shorter. The end client wanted videos that were around two minutes long. ONTO Agency delivered around 10 cuts using secondary videos and the materials from the four-hour video. 

One of our end clients worked with belt and screw conveyors and required content specific to their industry. ONTO Agency was responsible for filming product demonstrations and scenes with talent and editing the videos according to the end client's requirements.

I only worked with Liam (Founder & CEO).

How did you come to work with ONTO Agency?

We found ONTO Agency through a Google search. I was initially recommended to another video production company, but their prices were too high for my end clients. After finding ONTO Agency, I engaged with them because they seemed cool.
How much have you invested with them?

We spent almost $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with ONTO Agency from March–July 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ONTO Agency's work met our expectations. Initially, I thought it was great, but the end client pushed back when they wanted more. I was impressed by how the team reacted to the end client's requests because they fixed it without making a big deal. The end client was nitpicky, and I was satisfied that ONTO Agency made my end client happy.

How did ONTO Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

ONTO Agency delivered the project on budget and jumped on work when I had a request. I was happy with the team's response. We collaborated through Google Docs, and the team uploaded videos to Google Drive. Our collaboration was efficient, and we had a seamless experience.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to highlight Liam's work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Although our project has concluded, ONTO Agency continues to cut and edit the video material even though they aren't getting paid. The team went above and beyond to ensure their customers were happy. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I'd like ONTO Agency to provide a set of next steps and current state through a personal email or other channel. My use case was small, but I would like to have had a portal where I could see the project's next steps. I don't mean to say they didn't communicate effectively because they did. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I suggest having a methodology when engaging with ONTO Agency. The team does a great job, and it'll be helpful for clients to discuss the project's steps to bring more value to the project.

It's been a pleasure to work with ONTO Agency. They helped create over 100 FAQ videos relevant to our customers search intent. Their usage has been threefold: capturing organic traffic (SEO), use on social media, and streamlining of our sales process. Our products and services are complex and need a lot of explaining. Because of this, the content and communications developed by ONTO Agency have been invaluable.
