Arca 2030 needed the development of our ecommerce store to sell products to our users. They created a membership system with various plans and positioned us on search engines, providing us with increased visibility resulting in sales. Deliverables process:

The results were a customized and highly professional ecommerce site, offering a great user experience that translates into increased sales conversions. Since launching the store, digital channel sales have represented a 40% increase in our revenue. I believe this is also due to the excellent organic positioning we are achieving.

I’m the marketing manager at Ipsum Broker de Seguros, an insurance brokerage firm based in Argentina. We work directly with brokers, and while we have our headquarters in Buenos Aires, many of the people we work with are based in different regions of the country. Agencia Buffalo provides us with marketing services, including social media marketing (SMM). Initially, we had numerous sessions with their team to define our target audience and provide them with guidelines for what we wanted to achieve. 

The team mainly does SMM on LinkedIn, which is a key tool for us to connect with our prospective clients, other companies, and brokers. Agencia Buffalo has also helped us with website development.

Juan (UX & Visual Designer) and Gonzalo (Founding Partner) are in charge of everything related to our website. We also work with another teammate from Agencia Buffalo who’s in charge of LinkedIn.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Agencia Buffalo’s work, our website has more traffic. Besides improving our metrics, our goal was to consolidate our brand identity and strategy. When we started working with them, we weren’t very clear about the message we were transmitting, and Agencia Buffalo has helped us change that. Therefore, they’ve met our goals so far. 

How did Agencia Buffalo perform from a project management standpoint?

The team respects our established budget, so we haven’t had any issues. They’re also very good in terms of deliverables and deadlines. We have periodic meetings to discuss schedules and address our needs. 

Agencia Buffalo has been very flexible in adapting to our requests and last-minute needs, which often come up in our industry. We communicate mostly via email, Zoom, WhatsApp, and meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Agencia Buffalo is a young and flexible team. They’re great at planning but also have the flexibility to adjust as things change. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our business is very specific; we don't sell products but services, and they’re not directed at the final consumer. Therefore, it has been hard for us to explain our company and for them to define our end clients. However, we understand that this issue is due to our hard-to-understand business.

Agencia Buffalo started the engagement by developing and designing our website from scratch. After that, they’ve been providing us with SMM support; they manage our Instagram, Linkedin, and Facebook accounts and create content for each platform. Additionally, their team helps us create communication pieces for different purposes, such as when we plan to participate in events or when we need merchandising materials.

We work with four people from their side, including a social media manager and two content managers.

Our LinkedIn followers have increased by 300. We’ve just started our online journey, so we’re not investing in advertising yet; the main goal of the project is to establish a presence. We also recently participated in an event to get new contacts and leads, and we’ve surpassed our expectations thanks to the tools they’ve provided us with.

We didn’t have any issues with them from a project management standpoint. They work with us really well, adhere to deadlines, and stay within budget. We use Trello as a project management tool and communicate using Google Meet and Zoom. We also have in-person meetings at times.

We’re impressed with their proactiveness and readiness to help us meet our needs.

I’m honestly very happy with their work, so I couldn’t point out anything that Agencia Buffalo could improve on.

In addition, their team designed the site, created animations for it, and took over brand development tasks. We had a prototype of the website, and they worked over that. Once we approved it, they started developing the product.

We’re a small company, and thanks to Agencia Buffalo’s work, we now have a website. Our manager used to be in charge of social media, and now that Agencia Buffalo handles that, we have more ideas, good follow-up, and an agenda, so they’ve helped us improve in that regard. 

We’ve continued our collaboration with the team because they’ve always delivered on time, and we like the content they create. Moreover, the team is flexible, so we feel comfortable working with them and trust their results.
