I am a HubSpot administrator and marketing manager for 10EQS, a strategic consulting firm.
For what projects/services did your company hire adWhite?
I needed outside assistance to leverage HubSpot's functionalities and facilitate a significant website migration project.
What were your goals for this project?
I needed to execute a seamless integration of our former website onto HubSpot and use HubSpot as a CMS tool. The modules needed to be built correctly on the newly developed pages. And we hoped to see continuous improvement using Growth-Driven Design methodology.
How did you select this vendor?
I interviewed three Gold-level certified partners based on HubSpot's partner directory.
Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?
Taylor (Founder, adWhite) was friendly and easy to work with from the beginning. He helped me negotiate a price and find a top-notch project manager from HubSpot. Once we completed the migration, Taylor helped ensure the quality of the new website templates. He and his team were available at all times once we were ready to connect to the domain host and enforce HTTPS on the new site. Because of their input, we experienced zero downtime for the user during the migration.
What was the team composition?
In addition to Taylor, the adWhite team consisted of a project manager/account lead, graphic designers, and a group of developers.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Although the website remains somewhat similar to the previous website from an aesthetics standpoint, it is finally on HubSpot’s CMS. Because of that, we are now able to build new case studies, make faster updates to the pages, and add team members without a delay of several days.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Our collaboration was seamless. I have worked with many other organizations on similar projects, and they were always a bit of a challenge from a coordination standpoint. adWhite’s team was on the same page and was dedicated to the project.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Not many companies can afford full-time developers. The adWhite team is well-versed in HubSpot's code and other languages. They are generous in providing advice for website improvements and overall digital marketing tactics. It’s valuable to have somebody in our corner that knows what they’re doing.
Are there any areas where they can improve?
Overall, it was a successful project. I have no areas for improvement.
