Digital Marketing That Works
Since 2010, we’ve been helping businesses reach their full potential through the power of digital marketing. We know you have a great product or service. But in today’s complex, fragmented digital world, it takes more than that to succeed. You need to get the word out, bring traffic in, and convert that into sales. It’s a constant puzzle with moving pieces, and challenging to keep up. It’s not enough to simply put money in paid ads, invest time into SEO, or redesign your site in silo. You need an integrated approach to attract customers and engage them every step of the way for your digital marketing to reach its greatest potential. We’re here to help you increase your visibility, translate that into sales, and help grow your business.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of a company that runs errands for our customers on a daily basis. We do things like buy groceries, go shopping, and offer courier services based on client requests through our mobile app.
What challenge were you trying to address with AdVisible?
In order to have our brand name more well known, we needed to address our digital marketing strategy and web presence. Our team was looking for a partner with expertise in choosing keywords and phrases to enhance our advertising campaigns.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We needed help with social media, SEO, and Google Ads. In our first meeting, we communicated our goal of increasing brand awareness in regional areas and suburbs. We wanted people to start using our application and keep track of how we were performing over time.
They have a funnel process that involves building the brand name first and then targeting customers within our desired market. So far, we’ve devised the marketing plan and are now moving into additional work with them surrounding Google Ads, SEO, and social media strategy.
What is the team composition?
They established a team composed of an account manager, social media specialist, and a graphic designer. The account manager operated as our main point of contact.
How did you come to work with AdVisible?
After vetting a few other digital marketing companies, we determined that they had the expertise we needed for the project.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $16,000–$18,000. There’s a monthly spend, and we’ve just established the marketing plan at this point. We’ll be upgrading with them soon to a higher tier.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since April 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
So far, we’ve only created a plan for their future work. However, I can already see that they’re experts in their field. They know what they need from my developers and understand how to implement their work. If we don’t understand what they want, they’re able to provide resources to explain what needs to be done.
One of their main deliverables so far was a database filled with keywords and topics related to our business. It’s a pretty substantial amount of data, with about 2,000 terms relevant to our field. I was amazed at their knowledge of targeting specific customers within certain regions. Their expertise is strong there.
How did AdVisible perform from a project management standpoint?
I’m solely in touch with the account manager, but they have a great communication system. We’ve developed a strong relationship. Our account manager keeps in regular contact with us and has even offered to visit our offices to explain certain concepts. We’ve taken him up on that twice since we’ve started the collaboration.
I’ve already recommended them to others based on their excellent services and project management skills. One friend of mine has already started working with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
In the vetting process, I really cared about how vendors presented themselves as a partner. They were approachable and friendly, willing to clearly explain their processes. That encouraged me to stick with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have anything in mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Explain details about your business as needed. From there, let them build the plan and explain it to you. As long as you communicate your goals, they can take you to them.
