Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a CMO at one of the largest real estate development company in Ukraine. Since 2001, the Alef Estate company create commercial, office, and residential real estate from their design to commissioning and further service.

For what projects/services did your company hire Advanced Team?

Our website was created almost 20 years ago. During this time, we have built dozens of objects, many of which have been awarded national and international architectural awards. Therefore, we really wanted the company's website to be the best in its niche as well.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Initially, I considered web designs on the dribble site. I paid attention to the Advanced team, as they have a well-designed portfolio. Their designs are presented not in a static but in a dynamic way. It was love at first sight. I really like their style and vision in design. This makes them very different from other designers.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The Advanced team provided me with two different design concepts. After the approval of the concept, we quickly moved to the next stage and within a month we approved the design of all pages of the site, including the hover effects. I consider it very valuable that the Advanced team provides not just pictures with designs, but animated videos so that it is clear how the site will work, transitions between pages, and all the effects. In general, the development of the site and transfer to the domain went pretty quickly. All the delays were on my part, as we simply did not have time to fill the site with updated content and photos.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with two people, including a designer and a project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got SOTD on Awwwards. In addition, the new design is now absolutely in line with the vision and ambitions of our company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very fast communication at any time of the day. We communicated with messengers, the guys responded to any request and were very friendly and professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

First of all, I am impressed by their vision in design and a clear understanding of how design works. These guys create really magical websites, but they don't create beautiful designs just for the sake of beautiful design. Their marketing competencies help create beautiful and most importantly effective web tools.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not sure. Our cooperation was flawless.

After a detailed briefing and discussion of our goals, we received 2 ideas for the implementation of the design and future style. After agreement, the team returned to us with the design of other pages. After we agreed on the animation and proceeded to the final layout of the site.

4 people worked with us, including a project manager, a designer, a developer and a quality control specialist.

Our site met all the criteria that we set at the beginning of the project. We have received more than 4 awards at sites such as Awwwords, FWA Awards ...

What was real teamwork, we erased the boundaries between our team and theirs, becoming truly one.

The team was able to defend their decisions at a professional level.

We maintain friendly relations to this day and I can say for sure that they themselves know their mistakes and improve their work processes every day!
