I’m the owner of a transportation services company for executives and consultants.

What challenge were you trying to address with AdsRole?

We wanted to be on the first page of search results to generate more traffic to our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AdsRole did our SEO. I had very specific parameters that I wanted. They also provided suggestions for improving and managing our website. They made various corrections to the site and generated content.

We worked together from October 2018–March 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

AdsRole got our website on the first page of search results, and we’ve achieved the traffic results we wanted. It’s been a very moderate improvement.

How did AdsRole perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email and phone calls. They gave me weekly reports on keyword progress.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AdsRole offered a complete service. They didn’t just do SEO; they delivered great suggestions, feedback, and website corrections. We were very pleased with the content they created.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would have liked them to be more responsive and proactive in their communications. I wanted to see better results too.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of the largest hunting operation in North America We have grown to being the largest by using aggressive marketing, of which Ads Role now leads the way.

For what projects/services did your company hire AdsRole?

AdsRole is in charge of new Web Design, Google ad words, and other marketing efforts.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal is to continue to see a positive growth in business from year to year. This is our 18th yr on Business.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed several companies at the end of 2016 and felt that Adsrole could give us more personalized service.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Building our new website, with optimization as primary goal. Intergrating several plug-ins to make it more user friendly. Also tracking our budget with google and keeping it optimized.

What was the team composition?

AdRoles has different team members, but I only deal with Anish.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Budgets are being utilized efficiently, and our returns are good.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Adroles is very responsive, and always available. We have a 12 hour difference, and it has not been an issue.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They always go the extra mile with recommendations to improve our efficiency and profitably.

We are happy with the relationship, and they are doing everything to gain our confidence for an ongoing relationship.
