Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Accretion Consulting, an HR placement agency. I’m also the owner of Karmafal (also known as Karma Speaks), an astrology consultancy.
What challenge were you trying to address with AdsBazaar?
I engaged AdsBazaar to generate leads for Accretion Consulting at first. Once I was happy with their team’s work, I brought them on to run social media promotions for Karmafal.
What was the scope of their involvement?
For my HR placement firm, I asked AdsBazaar to run Google Ads campaigns for a specific area that I wanted to target. The team includes calls to action to encourage people to reach out to me, increasing the number of leads. They also manage my website. For my astrology practice, AdsBazaar creates promotion campaigns on Facebook.

How did you come to work with AdsBazaar?
I was looking for digital marketing partners, and a sales rep from AdsBazaar reached out to me to offer their services. He listened to my requirements well, and their operations team took the time to fully understand my business needs. Their patience impressed me, so I chose them to do this project.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent less than $5,000 on the campaigns and their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2017, and the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’ve received more clients to both of my businesses since I started working with AdsBazaar. Several callers have pointed to my advertisements on Google and Facebook as the reason for their interest. The length of my collaboration with AdsBazaar is a testament to their reliable and high-quality results.
The team explains each package and the data that comes from each campaign. For our Google Ads campaigns, they send me emails about how many clicks we’ve received and how much money they have spent. They also charge a fixed amount for each sponsored ad and then a service charge for additional work, maintaining transparency.
How did AdsBazaar perform from a project management standpoint?
Our communication is 40% over email and 60% over the phone. I prefer one-on-one conversations, and AdsBazaar is highly responsive to any calls. If they don’t answer right away, they will send a quick note explaining why and then follow up later that evening or early the next morning. I’ve never had a problem with their level of communication or accessibility.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’ve worked with larger vendors before; they did not deliver the ROI that AdsBazaar has on my limited budget. The AdsBazaar team makes sure that I know where my money is going and what I can see in return. Their transparency and willingness to work with budget constraints are excellent.
Are there any areas they could improve?
A shortage of employees has caused a few delays throughout our collaboration. However, the team is now expanding to keep up with their increasing workload.
Any advice for potential customers?
Despite being a smaller firm in the market, AdsBazaar delivers on their promises. Give them a chance and go the distance with their team. Their work will not disappoint.
