Cookbook
Short cookbook, how do you design the spirit of Christmas?
Christmas is a time when family members from all over the world gather at one table. To make it special, we came up with the idea of creating a cookbook filled with recipes from various countries and cultures.
In Admind we have colleagues from different parts of the world and thanks to this book we could get to know their Christmas traditions, food, and customs.
Our cookbook consisted of great recipes and outstanding illustrations. We also used paper with a linen texture, like in old cookbooks. All this created an amazing climate and let us literally taste the magic of Christmas.

Recruitment Campaign
We needed to energize our recruitment campaign. The goals were clear: make it unique, inviting, and outstanding.
We asked renowned Polish illustrators and our in-house designers to create a range of graphics and posters that highlighted Admind’s core values: trust, cooperation, responsibility, adventure, satisfaction, and kindness. All artists were free to interpret our values and show them in their own distinctive visual style.
What was of particular importance to us while creating the campaign was the emphasis on our design DNA and the values that we abide by every. We opted for a unique approach in the realm of employer branding campaign inviting various illustrators to depict our values. It was the openness to interpretation, form, and artistic means that initiated the discussion about how we understand these values.
The campaign also provided the opportunity to discover illustrating talents in our team and to enable them to be promoted on an equal footing with such well-known Polish illustrators as Ola Niepsuj, Kuba Banach, or Paweł Mildner, who were invited to participate in our campaign as outside illustrators.

Wayfinding signage design for ABB
Admind creates dynamic environments designed to inspire. As consultants and designers, we merge branding energy with clear direction assistance and wayfinding signage that complement existing architecture and layout plans.
We did a wayfinding signage project for the ABB’s GBS office in the High5ive building in Kraków, Poland. To transform an ordinary office into a friendly space that is conducive to work and easy to get around, we created a clear system of signage and a wayfinding system that facilitates finding one’s way around within the building. The project is suited to the architecture and spatial design and at the same time consistent with ABB’s brand identity.
Challenge
When the global engineering giant ABB needed new wayfinding signage to help their employees and partners navigate an expansive new office complex, they asked us for a clean and inspiring design that merged their branding principles with their physical environment.
Solution
To ensure continuity with the existing architecture and design, we created a signage and wayfinding system of signs that were easy to group. They were also scalable and – regardless of role and meaning – looked unified at glance.
Result
The finished office spatial design was well-organized with a clear navigation system that was perfectly tailored to the existing architecture and office layout, creating an aesthetically welcoming brand experience. The project was very much enjoyed by the client and was implemented in the ABB office.

Lunapark
Can brand experience be cross-generational? Definitely.
When we were invited to co-create one of the coolest, hippest culture and entertainment complexes the Polish capital has to offer, we knew it would be something special. Everything there from its infrastructure through attractions to aura oozes with cheer and bliss, provoking nothing but positive emotions and creating a safe refuge from reality and escape from everyday routine.
While fun, it didn’t mean easy. We needed to create a unique, universal, and captivating brand identity that would appeal to a cross-generational and diversified group. Kids in a play area, youth having fun at concerts, the Weekender festival crowd, clubbing aficionados, and street food connoisseurs may not seem to have a common denominator. Yet they do.
We realized Lunapark’s allure and charm lies in the extraordinary atmosphere the visitors get to experience there. As soon as they enter, they instantly lose themselves in the stunning scenery and vibe. It feels like walking into a magical and vibrant world through the looking glass, and so we drew inspiration from the Alice in Wonderland tale.
Mirrors, zigzags, and colors
While a mirror was our creative and imaginative entry point, a zigzag roof over the park’s entrance became the driving force. Throw into the mix an acrobat – the brand hero and tribute to the circus, one of the Lunapark’s most beloved attractions – and there’s your logo.
To better support and drive brand experience, visual identity is consistent, balanced, and based on a system of overlapping elements. It’s further emphasized by kaleidoscope-like vibrant colors to seamlessly bring out the inner child in everyone.
The kaleidoscope was also our starting point while developing the system of icons that now creates the complex’s coherent visual language. The whole strengthens and deepens the nostalgic value and impact of a sentimental journey the visitors get to experience.

Theater Scena STU
Do visuals play a role in a theater? You bet!
Supporting Theater Scena STU’s legacy and mission through visuals
With over a 50 year-long tradition of entertaining generations of theatergoers, Krakow’s Theater Scena STU is one of those institutions you’re dying to work with. So, we were ecstatic when they approached us to create a visual communication system for their whole 2019 season.
Since its beginning, the theater has been part of the alternative counterculture and follows this path until now. It was obvious our visual ideas had to fit in not only artistically but also ideologically. As a result, the key visual based on living typography came into existence.
We were deeply inspired by the actors’ ability to transform into so many different characters and deliver their lines in a perfect dramatic manner. To better convey this theatrical magic, we’ve chosen the Prospectus font, using its different variants to emphasize the meaning of titles and quotations.
Letters as the supporting cast
The main concept was built around the synergy between each play’s leading characters and typography, using their combination to further strengthen the dramatic effect. By keeping the background toned-down, dark-shaded, aesthetically undisturbed, and elegantly pure, we’ve managed to successfully accentuate the actors’ faces, expressions, poses, and silhouettes.
This intentional and deliberate use of the subtle play between uncanny typography, artistic photography, and the intensity of human emotions invites the readers into a mental state similar to that of being in the audience while watching their beloved characters under the spotlight on stage.

Arpol: creating a cinematic experience for product
As a family-owned business based in Barcelona, Arpol has built a strong international brand based on its versatile and innovative line of coupling products. In 2021, Arpol’s owners decided to create a stylish campaign to promote their newly upgraded NEO 2.0 model. Our mission was to create a fresh new vision with a cinematic feel that captured the improved strength and versatility of the product. As the designs began to take shape, Arpol expanded the project to include a logo refresh and other campaign materials, content creation, and a brand guide.
Challenge
Since 1976, Arpol has been a leading pioneer in the design and manufacture of flexible couplings for all kinds of pipes and industries. For the launch of NEO 2.0—a strengthened and upgraded version of the company’s most popular product model—we needed to implement a complete product rebranding process by incorporating inspiring elements from previous campaigns and adding an elegant and modern touch.
Solution #1: the concept video
To create an engaging product rebranding campaign and a video that incorporated the dramatic narrative style that Arpol wanted to see, we outlined 3 entirely different creative concepts. Each of them offered its own tone of voice, visual style, and emotional impact. We then created short teasers for each concept to showcase the look and feel of the animation we would produce and the story we would tell.
After the Arpol team made their final decision, we created the 3d models and textures, and the advanced Houdini visual effects that would be needed to complete the video’s signature look. Our team prepared the script, the storyboards, and the animation before adding rhythmic music for a mesmerizing overall effect.
Solution #2: positioning NEO 2.0
After the video concept had been approved for NEO 2.0, the Arpol team requested assistance in rebranding the logo, website content, and designs for both digital and print applications.

Cities of innovation – animation for Creative Labs
Admind's work often includes presenting the identity of brands and their unique characters. This time we did it by preparing an animation entitled Cities of innovation for the Creative Labs business incubator.
Creative Labs is an innovation lab that fosters entrepreneurship and implements innovation programmes. The team focuses on unlocking the potential of employees through training, workshops, and ongoing mentorship. It’s worth mentioning that Admind has previously prepared the entire visual identity for them, including the website. So, we had a great starting point when working on the animation.
Challenge
Our challenge was to create a corporate image that would reflect Creative Lab’s character, identity, and innovative approach, as represented by the company’s offices in three different European cities. We wanted to capture the colour palette, architectural style, culture, and sounds of each city, along with the spirit of its history and residents.
Solution
At the very beginning of cooperation, we did the conceptual work and chose the isometric style, which can be seen in the second part of the animation. It was a natural choice because this point of view emphasizes Creative Labs’s key values, such as development and constant change, and the Creative Labs logotype perfectly fits this style. Many sketches were produced at this stage, which you can see below.
In the animation, everything revolves around two words: creativity and lab. Our goal was to place Creative Labs in the very heart of the city maps. The viewer should have the impression that Creative Labs harnesses the energy of the city, inspires its residents, and contributes to its vibrant culture.

ABB Rebranding
Our experience with the previous brand identity, expertise in the field of branding and a close collaboration with the client over the past few years gave us a good understanding of ABB’s needs and values. Thanks to our dedication and successful projects we have been invited to step in and contribute to the big changes on the ABB horizon.
Don’t let the challenges stop you
ABB organized a dedicated in-house system to gather all the companies working on this particular project, to enable flawless communication and successful collaboration between the sides, on a daily basis.
This turned out to be the best solution and the easiest way to delve into the topic.
Joining the client and all partners, and going through the drafting/conceptualizing/correction processes together ensured a close business relationship with the people involved including ABB and its Global Management Team, Meta Design, Globe One, and ServicePlan.
Nothing comes easly
A date for delivering all the basic brand principles was set for March 2017 with the assumption that all the other major touchpoints will follow.
Following the ‘Digital First’ rule, we developed a set of pixel-perfect pictograms and a new look for the system isometric illustration.
We also supported Landscapes development, which was designed to present every area of the ABB industry in a modern and interactive way. The backgrounds and colors have been lightened to emphasize one of the key ABB messages – unlimited space for innovation.
Our presence at the Client’s location and close collaboration continues as the process of brand development, rebranding, and migration is still progressing. Nevertheless, even now the memory of this ever-so-expanding project still makes us shudder of excitement and seems to us as a huge amount of work and a big success in the end.

OEC Employer Branding Campaign
For our first project with OEC, we were tasked with preparing an Employer Branding campaign. It was aimed at strengthening their position on the Krakow job market and positioning OEC as destination employer.
We started at the core
In order to both understand the client better and help them get a clearer view of their strengths and weaknesses, we started with an employee workshop. The conclusion was that we need to properly assert OEC’s presence on the Krakow job market and show what the company is all about.
Internal comms
We also prepared a set of posters to let emloyees know what they can expect to see around town and where it’s coming from.
