After choosing Addepto, we had a meeting during which we discussed and clarified the goals of our project and the result we wanted to see. The Addepto team then analyzed our Saas product with AI features and made a plan to expand and improve it. In the next phase, we prepared to implement updated and enhanced AI features into our existing software.

Together, we performed a complex test before final implementation. Addepto also prepared the final technical documentation for us. The first phase consisted of Machine Learning tool use and the 2nd phase is focussed on Natural Language Interaction.

The updated solution has been successfully integrated with our Saas software. Our customer now have the capability to use ML to analyse their Projects and better predict outcomes based upon specific structures and behaviours and to also better refine their Project planning to avoid negative outcomes.

Thanks to the team leader, the main roles and responsibilities were clearly defined. Communication with the Addepto team was easy and fast. Continuous monitoring and measurement of our workflow helped to identify areas for improvement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their approach from the start allowed us to improve the product taking into account all our requirements. The obtained result fully satisfied our company.

I'm the founder of Zendata.xyz. Zendata is a SaaS platform that lets companies stay on top of privacy issues on their web assets. It works across all countries, devices, and browser types. All with zero engineering effort.

Our project focused on a privacy policy document informing users about their data practices, which we needed to simplify for ordinary users. We agreed to an innovative solution based on advanced NLP technology, which was used to create our tool. The Addepto team made sure that it works automatically, gives the results of a complex analysis within seconds and in a fully scalable way. The developed tool uses deep neural networks to detect high-grained data practices.

The team included data scientists, software developers, and deep learning experts. The whole project was coordinated by the team leader who was in contact with us on a daily basis.

We are now able to offer our clients comprehensive privacy policy documents, which has resulted in increased customer satisfaction and improved user experience. As the tool works automatically, we do not spend any additional time on it, and we also managed to reduce the total time spent on customer service due to our privacy policy.

Project management was led by Team Leader Addepto, who was involved from the beginning to the successful completion of the project. He made sure that the work between our teams ran smoothly and that the final product met our requirements.

Flawless communication. I am impressed with their openness to new solutions and dedication to making the tool effective and easy to maintain.

Addepto has implemented Churn prediction and LTV prediction models in our system. Models work on a daily basis and save results into our Database.

Work was progressing well and both teams were in constant communication on a Slack. Project management was conducted by the team leader, most of the issues were consulted at online meetings.

Individual approach and effective communication. Their ability to create custom analytics solutions was impressive.

The models created by Addepto are very promising, but we need to spent more time to validate results and adjust/calibrate them.

We worked with Addepto on a software development project. They built a software tool for us to manage our production lines and optimize waste of the materials. 

We had technical specifications and requirements and they helped us build the solution. They helped us to adjust and implement machine learning and AI. They used Python, jQuery, and Flask. For the rest of the work, we used custom code in PyTorch and TensorFlow libraries.

The project took place from February–August 2020. We’re planning to engage on another project with them.

We had the milestones planned for delivery of particular software parts. The communication was great. Everything was great.

Everything was tracked using Jira. We had weekly online calls. It was an agile, scrum approach.

Once we chose the best one for us, Addepto continued with data preparation, modeling, and then deployment.

There was a project manager from our side that controlled the work. Addepto assigned two senior developers and a middle developer to create all the solutions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to their involvement, we received additional BI and Machine Learning modules for our SaaS product. The reports are interactive, giving us the possibility to analyze all KPIs and see through all the details. The machine learning module for churn prediction is very accurate.

It was easy to communicate with Addepto’s flexible team. We used Slack and Google Hangouts to communicate, which increased overall efficiency and optimized our time. They use Jira for project management.
