Urban Opulence Hair Co. is a full-service salon and spa located on the far east side of El Paso, Texas. I am the salon owner and currently work as a cosmetologist in my salon.

For what projects/services did your company hire AdAppsion?

I hired AdAppsion to provide digital innovative marketing and advertising.

What were your goals for this project?

I was looking for a NEW and FRESH advertising campaign. When I came across AdAppsion, this awesome company caught my attention with how modern, eye-catching and professional AdAppsion advertises their client's businesses.

Not to mention they listened to my needs and got to know what audience my business caters to. AdAppsion came up with the BEST campaign to fit with WHO my audience is and also stayed within my budget.

How did you select AdAppsion?

Innovative, modern, GREAT customer service, professional!!! These are all words I would use to describe why AdAppsion has my business.

We had our first meeting via Zoom. We were able to discuss expectations and goals before, during, and after my campaign. AdAppsion provided me with their professional opinion as to what would work best for my business.

Shortly after our meeting, I received an email with the details as discussed in our Zoom call. I also received a timeline for the next coming weeks.

What was the team composition?

I have been working directly with Ed through the process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My project is due to go live March 1.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We set up our Zoom Meeting to discuss expectations and to give an opportunity for AdAppsion to do a presentation. They pulled up my website and we were able to discuss in detail how my campaign would work.

Every time I have a question, AdAppsion gets back to me in a timely manner. I have had nothing but AWESOME communication.

They listened to every step of the way and gave their professional opinion as to what would look best. We came up with a game plan and also I received a timeline as to what to expect in the coming weeks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I have never seen this type of advertisement in El Paso. It is unique!

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think this company does an amazing job.

Infinite Fun Entertainment is a mobile and cross-platform game developer. I’m the owner and CEO of the company.

What challenge were you trying to address with AdAppsion?

The challenge was with promoting our products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AdAppsion provides social media marketing services, and they’re running ads for our games on car billboards.

What is the team composition?

Ed (CEO) is my main point of contact.

How did you come to work with AdAppsion?

I came across their Instagram page and checked out their past work. They had a unique approach to getting organic traction.

How much have you invested with them?

They gave us a two-month period to check out their services, and we’ll make a financial agreement after that, for around $120 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with AdAppsion in December 2020, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

So far, we’re happy with them. AdAppsion’s advertising is attracting attention to our games.

How did AdAppsion perform from a project management standpoint?

They have an effective way of managing projects, and the communication is clear. We mainly use email to communicate. AdAppsion delivers on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their approach to marketing is impressive. They have a good way of getting organic traffic or public attention. They meet targets, and they’re very easy to talk to.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m happy with what they’ve done so far.

It’s important to openly communicate what you want.
