Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and CEO of a company registered in Kenya and with an aim of reaching to the neighboring countries in the region. We serve both corporate and individual clients in meeting their Information Technology Custom needs.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ace Creative?

Hired Ace Creative for our company Infomercial project and long to partner with them for the same in the coming days. We could not achieve the best as we do not have much experience and hope to build our team in the same but for now, we are getting the best from Ace Creative.

What were your goals for this project?

To have quality advertisement videos within the office and reach to a wider audience online in a pleasant way where we can capture their attention and disseminate our information.

How did you select this vendor?

This was a referral from a client who proposed the same solution to our services. After a thought process, we checked on their work and it satisfied our initial conditions for such a provider.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

Upon selection of the partner, we sat with their team director who was with us through the process for a discussion on our solution where he captured the same and noted. We provided the initial information and a team of two to follow up and give responses to the final product where Ace Creative were to do scripting, filming and video editing (production) of a video advertisement.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

The company provided three members after the agreed scope: a director, a videographer and a photographer. The director sat from the begining with us to ensure they understand our need, then directed the videographer and photographer in capturing what was needed for the final product before embarking on an edit process. The process of filming to the end result was consultative and the partner made three revisions before the final video.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are in the process of adopting the same in our online platforms as internal use within our office facial has served well. We are dedicating a personnel for online marketing and hope to fetch more. We have already had 6 clients going for the vendor as a referral from us after interacting with the videos in our office. Both internal staff and members of the public visiting our office have had positive expressions and we are thinking of having a number of the videos for every individual function of our company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We do not have much to say about the team assigned to us but all we know is that, the team worked well with our team, being able to manage challenges amicably. The director always got in touch with us and that is how we were able to come to a close within the planned time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It was interesting that the partner was able to capture our industry, understand our working and work process within a short time and more so deliver creative and satisfying product. We may not have a comparative in the same work as we have not done this before but we have had different partners in other items. It could be wrong to compare them but from common perspectives, the give their time and resources to ensure satisfactory service to their clients.

Are there any areas for improvement?

With all done and said, we still do not make it to 100%. We received a good cooperation and coordination and quality work but with a time extension for revision and adoption of responses from our end.
