Project
Dialogue is an analytical system that extends the functionality of online stores (there is integration with Shopify) by adding widgets with various offers to online store pages.
Description
The system allows you to choose the design and the purpose of the widget, copy the code to be inserted on the page. The system collects various analytical information about the site and displays relevant products in various places on the site in these widgets on the basis of that information. The system also provides the user with various statistics for the widgets and the rest of the site.

Parking & Repair
Project Description
The main idea of the service was as follows: there are several categories of employees assigned to the parking center (security guards, mechanics, managers and administrators).
A security guard must be able to track the availability of free and occupied parking spaces, have access to information about the tenant and the vehicle occupying the parking space.
The mechanic needs to have access to his tasks, as well as to control the working hours for piecework pay.
Getting started
After discussing the project functionality and possible counterparts, a detailed user flow was developed. This step allowed us to understand the path each user takes to get the desired result.
Design
Many companies use a classic approach to their work: after SRS receiving , they move to mood boards and prototypes, and only then to design. This approach takes a lot of time, and, according to the client's request, we went straight to the design.
Receiving feedback promptly, we synchronized our vision of the product with the client, and in a short time we received several fully developed screens.
The joint teamwork resulted in the development of a unique product for controlling parking spaces and working hours of parking employees. In the future, we plan to expand the functionality for car owners.

This project is a Visual engagement platform that automates customer interactions with a virtual tech assistant.

Legal Nature
A legal services platform designed to create legal documents for different purposes and fields of expertise. Using LegalNature online one can constitute a contract, draw up a will or a power of attorney, as well as obtain an assurance of a lawyer in a quick and easy way.

We worked with this project in 2011. It's a pretty big project with 5 million users. We created beta version of this app and after that investor sold it to AOL, inc for $18.000.000

It is a complex trading web app. This financial tool for covered call traders automatically pulls and updates data on the best-covered call deals, that have the potential of substantially increasing users investment returns.

Zooky is Canada's platform for realtors
Project Objectives
The client wanted to develop a fast, modern, SEO-optimized application that should be also optimized for search engines. But at the same time we needed to make it simple and user-friendly. The old version of the application was an ordinary informational website.
Technology Stack
Dynamic and interactive user interfaces were made on the basis of React.
Google API, Google Maps and Street View were used to work with maps, so you can find and view property in a particular geolocation.
Results
Canada's No. 1 marketplace.

The project is an educational portal
The project is an educational portal to create courses, go through a full cycle of training with lectures, seminars and exams, and communicate with teachers. The key components of the project are a course creation panel, a user creation panel, teacher and student role management, messaging, and a student exam system.
The project consists of 2 parts: the admin panel and the student panel. At the start, we were faced with a static front end and almost no back end development, since we got the project from an outsourced team.
We started with application analytics, redesigned the system structure, developed a plan that allowed us to create an mvp in the shortest time and covered the system functionality:
- user and course creation;
- module for student-teacher communication;
- notification system;
- exams;
On the admin panel, functionality was developed the following functionality:
- Create /edit courses;
- Global search by groups and courses;
- Adding and administering new users;
- Creating groups, training courses and their administration;
- Providing access;
- Notification system.
Summary:
In less than a year we created a working product from a non-working project with a small amount of resources. The project went to our client in Sweden and will delight its users with a user-friendly interface, dynamic operation and well thought-out functionality.

APS is a service inside the task-tracking system
Overview
APS is a service inside the task-tracking system for task management of employees of one of Australia's aircraft maintenance companies. The service allows you to create backlogs for specific purposes. In simple words, since the company is engaged in maintenance of aircraft, this service allows you to link a certain part of the aircraft and the necessary equipment for its repair with the instructions for it; to form and output a checklist for the employee, with which you can conduct maintenance of the specified part, as well as related parts.
The work process
First of all, the analyst and the designer had to create a clear and user-friendly interface, which required the development of requirements on the basis of the project's business logic. That is why there were a large number of calls and meetings with the client to coordinate each new element or proposal.
Outcome
The client purchased the MVP to show to investors for additional resources, thanks to which the project will soon be implemented on the territory of aviation enterprises.
Thanks to this application, the work of employees and the company as a whole will be improved by simplifying work processes.

Affilify is an international platform for online
Affilify is an international platform for online education. This service allows you to place an educational course in the format of lectures, video sessions and learn from any device. The platform integrates several payment systems, such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and AmericanExpress, for easy purchase of an educational course for students and withdrawal of funds for authors.
Task
We were joined to the project as an outstaff team to support the current team. We were tasked with developing payment functionality for Affilify, as well as support functionality for student learning (media).
Results
All the necessary functionality of the application was accepted by the client. The tasks have improved and simplified the process of using the service, which by now has attracted a large audience of experts and students.

One Plan is a task manager for employees

The application allows:

At the moment, we’ve analyzed the project and developed a plan for its realization.
Tasks
The client's idea was to create a simple and easy-to-understand application for an aviation enterprise, capable of tracking employee workload. At the moment, the clients use an off-the-shelf application based on Oracle JDE, but it was quite complicated to understand and lacked some functional elements. Employees had to spend a lot of time figuring it out, because the logic of the application was not very clear to an unfamiliar user.
We had to create a clear and convenient architectural model of the future project, based on the wishes of the client and to develop the design.
Outcomes
We developed the design and specification of the task manager for an aviation company which met all the requirements of the client:

Elephant Stock Backoffice is an online store selling paintings by local artists and designers. The platform is integrated with Google and Facebook search, which allows the site to be displayed at the top of the search.
Task
Our developer was joined to the main team as an outstaff specialist to refine the existing and create new functionality. We had the task of making changes to the admin panel and implementing new elements to make the work and the application management easier.
Results
The client received new functionality, which simplified the work with complex category trees and increased the speed of designers' work. There was developed a new approach to code organization and reusable components accelerated the process of developing the frontend part of the application. The client was satisfied with the result and left positive feedback about working with us.

In 2020 the rating agency "Expert RA" assigned the financial strength rating of "BCS Life Insurance" at the level ruA- (moderately high level) with a stable outlook. This rating was assigned to the insurance company for the first time. Among the main positive factors the agency singles out a confident growth rate of insurance premiums - 53.3% in January-September 2020 compared to the same period of 2019.
Moreover, since the company was founded in 2017, we have entered the top 150 and ranked 46th among Russian insurers, which was possible largely due to the rapid development of our digital products. I’m a co-founder and the COO of the Kazooky Media Inc. We’re the parent company of Zooky.ca, a neighborhood search portal and marketing platform supporting real estate agents across Canada.

We needed to move from the POC phase of our system to the production phase, but to do this, we needed a frontend team skilled in a JavaScript framework. Lodoss helped us choose the right framework (React JS) and was suited to work with our backend team.

The system consists of a property search engine and a private real estate agent marketing console. This was a rebuild of the entire frontend, which uses React JS and is integrated with Zooky's custom API.
How did you select this vendor?
Vendors were vetted based on their proposal for our phase one requirements. This considered development methodology, technology, cost, and timing. Initially, we had about a dozen serious contenders. We narrowed this down to three and then chose Lodoss because of their business lead. She was able to not only understand our business requirements but also to consider the stage our company was in.

The project consisted of building a frontend framework for our platform and integrating it with our custom API. The entire site is built dynamically through the connection with our API. We had requirements and technical documentation for the project. However, when we were short on documentation, Lodoss was patient and helpful in that process.

The Lodoss project team has consisted of up to five people: two developers, a QA resource, a project manager, and a business lead. To date, team size has changed based on the requirements. Lodoss has been flexible as our requirements have changed in intensity.

We’re still in the early days of our commercial release, so we don’t have any metrics that illustrate the impact of the project. That said, we can now start the process of onboarding customers. Also, our portal has been approved by industry regulators, which is due, in part, to Lodoss’ work.

The project management process with Lodoss has been exceptional. Communication has been clear and consistent, and delays and technical barriers are discussed well ahead of time.

Their speed and accuracy stand out the most. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Lodoss understood our requirements and, subsequently, how quickly they implemented the changes.
