For over 20 years, we have been supporting our Customers in developing their businesses. Megabajt is one of the oldest distributors of computer accessories on the Polish market. Our company has brought numerous leading distributive brands and own product lines to the Polish market.

We needed an advanced B2B e-commerce platform that would be fully integrated with our ERP system

Quick and efficient implementation of a modern online sales channel for our business partners.

They had extensive experience in this type of projects. He made several other similar implementations of B2B systems for other distributors in Poland.

First, they conducted an audit and performed a detailed business analysis of the project. Then mockups were made and after their approval programming work began.

What was the team composition?

We worked exclusively with Marcin (Project Manager ) who led the team. This was great because the only think we needed was to consult with him, and he took care of everything else.

The project carried out for Megabajt is a key element of the business model. It provides comprehensive support in serving clients and meeting their needs. The system has been very positively received by both the customer, operators and users.

In this peculiar workshop management, the Project Manager was responsible for supporting Business Analyst and managing the communication between us and 7Apps

They’re flexible and happy to adjust to our needs. There is nothing that comes to my mind that needs improving. I am satisfied with how the entire process had been going.

GL-Soft company have been establish in 2001. We offer a wide range of services such as IT audit, consulting, service and sale of equipment. We create dedicated software and help our implementation. We work with software house that create dedicated software for us as part of related projects.

The task of 7Apps was to prepare a mobile application for merchants and desktop applications for accountants, which will account for delegations. The application is to work under IOS and Android.

The mobilan application is part of a larger system for a large trading company that sells around the world.

the mobile application performed had the following functions: - the application takes pictures of invoices, processes them and automatically converts the invoice amount to the settlement currency - all data is available in the panel for the accounting department, thanks to which the process of verification, accounting and booking of delegations has been very optimized - the system analyzes costs and creates various cost statements - the application works under Android and IOS, Panel for accounting as a Windows application

The project was implemented in accordance with the guidelines and in accordance with the agreed schedule. Because it was part of a larger large project - timeliness was very important. We had no major comments during the implementation and testing of the solution.

Due to the rapid development of the company, we needed a new, dedicated Warehouse Management System with a production module that would operate efficiently on two different continents.

To implement a stable and efficient WMS system with a production module, designed for our specific needs.

We knew the vendor from other Project and we knew that he had performed similar implementations.

They designed, developed and launched a new WMS with a production module. In the first stage, they performed a pre-implementation analysis for us. They started programming works when all points of analysis were refined. We worked in 2 week sprints

What was the team composition?

The team comprised around 5 people. We have closely worked with a project manager, who was our primary contact person.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Thanks to the system we exactly know how many components we have ordered, how many are on the way to warehouse, how many are on stock and also in which warehouse (we have a few localizations in world). We are able quickly and precisely plann production and verify each stage of it. The system also allows us to analyze many parameters related to production, production costs or products movement.

Digital Core Design is a leading IP Core provider and System-on-Chip design house from Poland. The company has been founded in 1999 and since the early beginnings have been considered an expert in IP Core improvements. DCD mastered more than 70 different architectures - among them World's Fastest 8051 CPU, fully scalable 32-bit CPU and 100% safe cryptographic system. I am a Business Development Manager in DCD.

We hired 7Apps to develop a proprietary mobile app (Android & iOS), then to integrate it with the cryptographic module, with the usage of NFC transmission.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal was to achieve an innovative cryptographic system that is based on our company's 100% safe cryptographic CPU. 7apps mastered for us a unique NFC app whose aim was to authenticate original products through the app in a real-time environment.

7apps has been recommended by other companies and the company itself has been well known for more than a decade.

VOLTA Ltd is one of the biggest distributor of security equipment in Poland. Company have been establish in 1987. Currently we have all territory sales network (11 branches) and good recocnizing e-shop (www.ivolta.pl).

For what projects/services did your company hire 7Apps?

We cooperated we many manufactures and distributors. Because they very often change their product prices (MSRP and purchasing prices) we need to upgrade those prices to our ERP system. Until now we did it manualy (for small quantity of items) or with help of our IT staff (for mass upload). Then we decided to found company who will be able to prepare for us software module which will be able to mass upload of new prices.

What were your goals for this project?

Save time of our staff and be able to do it without any delay.

How did you select this vendor?

We know 7Apps from other job. Because previously they did it correctly then we decided to do this job with them. Additionlyy they know our ERP system well. It is big advantage because our ERP is not easy to integrate.

In simple words software module prepared by 7Apps transfer prices from excel file to ERP price list database. In detalies there were many additional functions and features. First of all we need to made few type of prices uploads. MSRP prices and purchase prices. The purchase price list must be assigned to a specific supplier and currency.

After upload software module should prepare report where operator can see changes and calculation of changes. Due that Operator will decide what is the next step. Upload or prepare correction. Two step checking give us better control of proces and save operator instead of any mistakes. After upload software module create backup of previous database. It could be helpfully if they did unexpected errors.

Finally system create excel file with list of changes. We can use it as report which we can send to other VOLTA staff. To anounce price changes to sales department for example

Because it was not big job we made it with two dedicated person from our company mostly for testing of beta software version

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

At the moment our Product Managers are able to upload new prices within few minuts. Previously was sometimes few hours or days... Thank's that they save a lot of their time. additionally we are able to change prices very quickly and without any delay.

Without any comments. Was good.

We got fast responses and clever suggestions for changes in GUI or functions.

Yes, I think that we can continue our cooperation especialy for our ERP improvement
