A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I own Ads Vantage, and we have been in the video production business for almost 30 years. We started off with TV productions, but as the years went by, we’ve started to receive different projects and have been able to choose what we want to work on. Our company now specializes in museums and permanent exhibits.
What challenge were you trying to address with 75seconds.com?
Some of our clients needed us to create explainer videos for them. When we found that 75seconds was one of the best in terms of service and explainer video quality, we decided to outsource some of those projects to them.
What was the scope of their involvement?
75seconds.com produces explainer videos for our clients. We work closely together on projects to ensure that we reach the quality that our customers look for. Across all projects, regardless of the size, we begin with a debriefing to discuss what creative direction we want to take. From there, we will begin working on a draft. Their team then takes over the production and post-editing phases.
What is the team composition?
We have one main point of contact from 75seconds.com. He’s the one who takes on instructions and addresses our concerns.
How did you come to work with 75seconds.com?
I found them on Facebook and visited their website. Their work samples had the quality that we were looking for, so we decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve paid less than $10,000 for their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
I’m bad with dates but we started working with them about a year ago, maybe around 2019. We continue to work with 75seconds.com on an as-needed basis.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been doing quite well with 75seconds.com in tow. With their help, I and my team are able to not just meet the needs of our clients but go beyond them. A lot of our customers are very happy with our output, which means our partnership with their team is working out really well.
How did 75seconds.com perform from a project management standpoint?
75seconds.com is excellent in this aspect. I love that they’re able to communicate and meet deadlines perfectly. Our only issue is with our slight time difference. We always correspond over the phone and through email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Communication is key to the success of any project, and their team makes it very easy for us to relay our expectations in terms of quality. They’re responsive and understand our requirements well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t think there’s anything for them to improve. Everything is working out okay.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You, as a client, need to understand your project as a whole. If you can clearly communicate your expectations, then 75seconds.com will be able to deliver it to you exactly as you asked.

Animated Video Production for Medical Tech Company
"What really stood out about 75seconds was their ability to go above and beyond to support us."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder and CEO of NEEV Tech Labs Pty. Ltd. We have a telehealth product that serves as an online help desk for patients.
What challenge were you trying to address with 75seconds.com?
We hired 75seconds to create an explainer video for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
75seconds first provided us with samples of their previous works to showcase their creative capabilities. We then briefed them on our requirements and worked with them to lay out the milestones and timelines of the project. They then went on to produce an animated explainer video that covered our telehealth product called Connect2MyDoctor.
Their team handled the process from conceptualization down to the casting of voice talent and editing of the video. We provided them guidance when it came to the script to ensure that it met our overall idea. We kept the whole video within 75–90 seconds and pushed our creativity to make sure that it was engaging for the audience. Once 75seconds completed the video, they submitted different formats of it for us to use across our various marketing activities.
What is the team composition?
We worked with three people from their team: Rahul (CEO & Co-Founder), a designer, and a project coordinator.
How did you come to work with 75seconds.com?
They appeared in my searches for a good animated explainer video company. We figured that they were the right team to move forward with when we found that some entrepreneurs and colleagues from our circle had previously engaged them and liked their work.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent less than $10,000 on this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from June–July 2016. To this day, they remain to be our go-to animated video providers.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
75seconds was brilliant. We felt that the final product really communicated the content that we, as a company, wanted to communicate. The people who saw the video really liked it, and it made it easier and simpler for us to share context during the early days of our telehealth project.
How did 75seconds.com perform from a project management standpoint?
They were perfect on this front. The communication was just top-notch, and the whole team was good at letting us know how the production was progressing. At the time, we managed the project through a tool that was similar to Google Sheets. We didn’t use it in-depth though as this was a pretty straightforward endeavor.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What really stood out about 75seconds was their ability to go above and beyond to support us even on instances that were outside of the agreed scope of work. They were geared towards satisfying the customer’s needs, and they made all of our requested changes to the video even after it was completed.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their scriptwriting and conceptualization capabilities could definitely use some improvement.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t hesitate at all to work with 75seconds. Be clear with your expectations and communicate what is that you really want to achieve. The idea is to let their team know what is required in order for them to support you and creatively execute your concept. Oftentimes, clients will expect video producers to understand their product, but you are still the owner of said product, so it is up to you to break it down for them.
