For what projects/services did your company hire TripleDouble, and what were your goals?
We were seeking to update our UI to make the website easier to navigate for our customers as our sales moved online. Managing multiple locations and different third party delivery options - we needed to improve the user experience.
How did you select TripleDouble and what were the deciding factors?
We have worked with Chris in the past and he was instrumental in helping us create a more robust online presence and his perspective on the consumer interface was invaluable.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
For this project we moved the hosting of the website and rebuilt the site from the ground up so that we could steer our customers more easily to the proper destination on the site. The site was built tested, tweaked and released in a matter of weeks.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Chris was our main contact and project lead
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have had less erroneous orders placed through our site and we have had more success in generating direct online sales to the stores, steering the customers away from third party delivery options. We have also increased our mailing list and our social media following.

Chris was communicative throughout the process and worked with us from start to finish. He was sensitive to the timing of the project and worked with us to meet our goals.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Chris was thoughtful to our goals and gave us some great ideas to help us get across the finish line. He also brought up some ideas that we had never considered.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
This project went so well we are reviewing our other sites and planning on a refresh to incorporate some of the ideas we implemented in this project.

For what projects/services did your company hire TripleDouble, and what were your goals?
We hired TripleDouble to help build out a software platform, as well as create a digital marketing presence for us. We were carving out a new niche in an existing industry, which made the project uniquely challenging.
How did you select TripleDouble and what were the deciding factors?
We selected TripleDouble because we like Chris, the founder, and CEO. He took it upon himself to learn and fully understand the nuanced and highly technical industry sector where our business fits in. He spent time learning about exactly what we do, how we do it, as well as, most importantly, "why" we were building service in that space.

He helped us configure a secure client platform for our clients, build automation into the process under a tight timeframe so that we would be ready for launch within 2 months of starting the project.
He also helped us market that platform as well as the services we were providing. He created a go-to-market strategy that we still use today. He also helped us set the right operational framework with our team that we could continue to use to grow in an intelligent and effective manner.

The client service focus is excellent (for both Chris's clients and, more importantly, his client's clients). Chris goes above and beyond to help his clients by first getting a great grasp of their business and the value it provides and then learning the landscape of that business's industry sector and the clients it serves so he can support your business and your clients every step of the way.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Everything was great and we hope to collaborate with them again!
The restaurant has had fewer erroneous orders placed via the website, and online sales have increased since TripleDouble's involvement. The client's mailing list and social media following have also grown. Overall, the team is highly commended for their efforts and ideas.
