OZiTAG is an IT company that engages in Web App Development, Cross-platform Mobile Development, E-Commerce Development. Our team mostly consists of young, but experienced developers; our programmers are working on projects of all sizes and shapes.

We needed to create a new online shop from the very beginning.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to create an online shop that helps people save their time and money. The goal was to solve the main shopping problems, to help people save time by shopping online and within one site. Also it was important to create clear attractive and predictable interface.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We researched several design agencies to determine which ones had the capacity, experience and reputation as an experts in e-commerce projects. Once we narrowed down the list to five companies we contacted them and asked for the detailed portfolio and feedbacks.

Our team met with each of the companies and discussed their e-commerce projects. We were impressed at interview with their approach to work and research experience. Their ideas upon some problems impressed us greatly so we decided to work with them.

Describe the project in detail.

We met together to clarify our goals and expectations from the website, and how it would integrate with existing systems. The customer wanted to have predictable, simple and airy attractive and interactive modern online-shop for people of all ages. 69pixels are to think over the UX/UI design to do the competitor’s analytics, make CJM, prototyping and adaptive versions.

What was the team composition?

There were art-director, project manager and a group of highly skilled designers and illustrators.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is too soon for us to provide outcome data and/or information. But the customer was very happy with the result, all tests were done successfully, the shop works perfect and looks great and modern at the time and this is the best possible outcome at the moment!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole team was very easy to work with, keen to understand the customer’s needs, and always available to discuss and understand the changes the customer was making to his original requests and formats.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by their excellent communication and the fact they kept to a timeline and delivered on schedule. The level of service delivered was really excellent.

None at the moment, if there were anything wrong I even can’t remember this.

We didn’t want just web designers but our aim was to find a partner that could provide the services, expertise, and creativity necessary to bring clarity and help to develop our business and our clients’ business as well.

How did you select this vendor?

We did our research and learned more about the industry, and then we did an extensive review of digital providers on Clutch. After that our team held telephone interviews with several companies and contacted their client for the references. After reviewing the submitted proposals, we chose 69pixels as their range of expertise met our needs greatly.

The process began with a workshop aimed at better understanding business, vision, opportunities and all the rest important things for the business. This helped us determine how to deliver all messages better.

69pixels then provided us with sketches of their ideas that we discussed with them. Following this phase, we moved into wireframing, which allowed us to see how our customers would come to understand our business and ideally make a purchase.

What was the team composition?

We worked with an art-director, project manager and a team of designers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Analytically, we are getting significantly more clients and site visits. We are now consistently on the front page of search engines. We have received many compliments from our partners and clients upon the results of our collaboration.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working out of different projects didn’t impact our partnership because it was easy to communicate and stay in touch. The project manager oversaw the project and managed communications. We had daily contact with the designers working on different aspects of the project.

We held meetings over Zoom and Skype and shared work through apps like InVision Miro, Figma and the like. All of our communications were collected and saved. We also used email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

69pixels put together an incredible team for all our projects. Their individual talents resulted in work that met our high expectations.

I am the head of marketing for LeapXpert, a messaging platform that helps companies keep up with their clients.

We approached 69pixels to build a website for our company. They did the website design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we explained what we wanted on our website. We showed them our current one, what we wanted to keep, and what we wanted to change. Then they made it. We did two drafts and now we have a functioning website.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three people.

How did you come to work with 69pixels?

We did research on the net, and I consulted with friends of mine in the field. They gave me a recommendation. I got in contact with 69pixels and they showed me their websites that they have done in the past, so we moved forward with working with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about €45,000 (approximately $50,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

While we continue to work with them, we finished work on the site in February 2020. We began work in November 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It was good! They listen to the feedback, which they implement quickly. They do good work. It’s hard to evaluate traffic because of the global economic shutdown, but we think it’s successful.

How did 69pixels perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication is above what you see elsewhere. They’re good at meeting deadlines and sorting things out ahead of schedule. It was smooth communicating with them to find suitable solutions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They do good design. That’s why we went to them and that’s why we hired them. They’re serious people who create good work. They made a really good website for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were no serious issues. We’re quick to drop a company if they don’t perform, but we continued to work with 69pixels. They’re well above the average design company.

You should invest in taking the time to describe what you want. They deliver a better product if you have a clearer idea of what you want.

The main goal was to create an elaborate design, taking into consideration all important features.

Our project was led by a project manager. We discussed all stages with a highly skilled UX/UI designer and art director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’re very satisfied with the result, which our customers describe as a very convenient, pleasant-looking, and user-oriented app. It’s the best possible outcome.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All processes were great. The manager was online all the time, so we received information about the project almost daily, and sometimes even multiple times a day. They presented all deliverables (analytics, prototypes, designs) online and on time. We’re very satisfied with the timing and the result.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive aspect for us is their involvement in the process. They were really interested in our project and tried to make it perfect. The whole team generated a large number of ideas about how to make it better, which was wonderful.

After conducting market researching and getting feedback from key market players, we came up with the concept for a new venture investment platform. It’s a marketplace platform that also serves as a communication hub and a project database. Our solution would be sure to satisfy investors, experts, and startups alike. We brought on 69pixels to create all of the designs for our platform. 

What were your goals for this project? 

We needed them to produce several designs, including new personal profiles, startup one-pagers, and a step-by-step registration process for all platform roles.

How did you select this vendor?

We learned about 69pixels from our partners and chose them because they understood modern design trends.

69pixels worked closely with our creative director for six months to develop a unique design concept that would allow us to further scale our business and attract new customers. The team listened to our comments, made edits, and suggested possible solutions to produce a modern design.

What was the team composition?

They assigned a project manager, two designers, and an art director. On our side, our art director, project manager, and co-founders participated in discussions and coordinated revisions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform is currently under development, so we can’t speak to the results yet. However, key stakeholders have noted that the new design is much more efficient and would help users quickly navigate our product. 69pixels delivered a modern design that demonstrated a high level of professionalism and impeccable work technique. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs? 

Our companies interacted closely throughout the project. We kept in constant contact through telegraph and monitored their work with Worksection. In the event that we needed to clarify our logic or presentation, we met in person. They made sure to perform tasks on time, delivering daily progress reports to update us. 

What did you find most impressive about this company? 

Without a doubt, our collaboration with 69pixels was fruitful and productive. Their exceptional ability to adapt to dynamic requirements stood out. The team responded promptly to changes, made edits, and suggested alternative options. 

Are there any areas for improvement? 

No, not that I can recall. We were absolutely satisfied with their work.
