Goal: Polish clothing manufacturer wanted to increase the number of sales in Russia and increase ROI / reduce ERS.   Analysis: analysis of Google Ads account showed that there were many things to change, that could help reaching the goal. Agency that previously worked with this company hasn't always followed the actual supply, promotions and discounts, through which it was possible to attract additional traffic.   What have

we done: After analysing basic settings of Google Ads account we saw that the most conversion traffic was from Moscow and Saint-Petersburg (2 main cities in Russia). Due to this, we concentrated all campaigns to Moscow and Saint-Petersburg, except brand keywords like “ + buy”, “ + buy online” and the same. We changed ads where the price was showed and set demographic adjustments, because brand had a strict target audience with a certain level of incomes. These adjustments have led to cut off non-target visitors.   Entry point: April 2018. Google Ads budget - 4 700$, Income - 14 000$. 3 Month later: Google Ads budget - 4 600$, Income - 18 900$

History: Our client had a lot of extra commercial premises and wanted to sell them or lease.   Analysis: It was the first time that client wanted to make Google Ads campaigns for this. So at the launch time we had only landing page with a list of premises.   What have we done: Created Google Ads campaigns by geography and by action (sell / lease). The difficulty was to manually do the process of filtering the premises by

city and sell / lease and correlate the search data and URL with the keywords and ads. But, thanks to this segmentation, we managed to achieve a very good conversion into the bid. You can see it on the screenshots below

Goal: Increase number of installations without increasing marketing budget   Budget: 3 000 euros KPI`s: 10 000 installations Work period: 1.11.2018 - 31.12.2018   What have we done: We`ve analyzed the audience most willing to install this App (this wasn't the first advertising campaign for this App, we had  statistics of the past). We`ve added new targets and disabled irrelevant. That allowed us to increase the coverage

of the campaign twice. On the chart below you can see linear demand and a strong increase in the end. That was because our client increased budget from 1 800 euros up to 3 000. It wasn't possible to spend all the funds, but still, we reached the KPI`s and our client was satisfied.

What was done after reviewing of the campaigns: we’ve worked over the whole product feed to increase the feed quality score and achieve the lowest percentage of blocked products.


There were no Google product categories for some products, we added them for more relevant displays of our ads.


Also, we’ve created a Smart Shopping campaign, which received high priority in comparison with a

regular campaign. Despite the fact that a smart shopping campaign has a higher conversion rate, the value of each conversion is lower than in a standard campaign. So we can conclude that small parts and spare parts that cost less are better sold in a smart shopping campaign.


Based on these data, it was decided to leave the standard shopping campaign, which has a lower conversion rate and ROI but generates more profit, even with its smaller advertising budget.


After testing various strategies and their combinations (keeping a certain ROAS, maximizing the number of conversions), we came to such a combination when the CPA has fallen significantly and the number of conversions has increased.

Main KPI’s: Reaching the largest possible number of users at a certain timing (each time there are new products for different target audiences, so there aren’t any long-term campaigns. Usually 10-20 campaigns lasting from 3 to 10 days per month.) Pay per view.


What have we done: For each campaign, a campaign promo clip is analyzed, a portrait of the target audience is created, appropriate targeting is

selected - demographic, interests, topics, special audiences of intentional customers, keywords or combinations of these targeting. Disabling irrelevant channels from campaigns, optimizing every KPI during the campaign.


Results: For 95% of the campaigns, we keep the price per view at an acceptable level and also increase it to the level of the required number of views at a certain time. Tracking sales conversions are also connected to the advertising account (which is not the main goal of the client, nor is it the key metric of YouTube campaigns), but in the process of advertising, we receive part of the conversions (purchases) from these promo campaigns, which is nice.

Specifics: Model of this exact store is selling products at discounts, it’s a multi-brand store. Due to this only short-terms Facebook campaigns were used. Each campaign focuses on advertising a specific type of product of a particular brand during the sales period of 3-7 days.


What have we done: Mainly used the impression optimization strategy for the selected conversion (sales). Each product is studied:

its target audience, interests, age, etc. After that, we launch campaigns with narrow targeting that exactly falls into the target audience.


Results: Keeping a good enough ROAS for advertising targeting every time, and at the same time get registration on the site as an additional conversion, keeping a certain sales pace.

We got a report and now we have a full marketing strategy The project went perfectly. They help us and explained the following:

  • How to set up YouTube ads, what to say in advertising video to get better results.
  • How to set up Display campaigns in Google Display Network, what to write in the ad titles and what settings to implement
  • How to choose the right audience in AdWords interface.
  • How to set up Facebook and Instagram campaigns, how to choose the right audience.

Then we have implemented the strategy and after 3 weeks of going, we had first requests. Summarizing, we got working campaigns with ROI of 400% (counting for 4 months running). So I can say for sure, that the provided strategy and help were very useful for our company.
