Landfill Group Website Redesign
This project was a complete redesign and rebuild. Built on a WordPress platform, the client now has content management service at their disposal.

Domico Med-Device
Domico Med-Device is a medical device manufacturer who is invested in collaborating with OEMs, distributors, and clinical experts to continually improve the patient diagnosis, treatment, and recovery process.

CMS Oil
A family-owned chain of convenience stores, CMS Oil had an outdated website and needed a content management platform to be able to keep their site up-to-date.
We designed & developed their new site on a WordPress platform so they could easily keep this new site current.

Beacon & Bridge Convenience Marts
Beacon & Bridge Market is a family-owned convenience store chain. When we first talked with the team at Beacon & Bridge it became clear that they wanted a new website that would promote their business, reach a bigger audience, and integrate with their social media pages. Their current site was old and out-dated and they were getting frustrated with the limitations.
With the new website Beacon & Bridge customers can find a location by city, zip code, or through an interactive map, get monthly coupons, look for open positions at their stores, and much more.
There were three components to the solution that we put together for Beacon & Bridge:
- New easy to use site structure and design
- Increase traffic to the site
- Improve the conversions on the site
- Set up a maintenance program that keeps the site current with minimal effort by the staff

Timeless Wedding Bands
This project was started by a jeweler who had a brick-and-mortar store and saw an opportunity to expand his business, online. Up to this point, they had no online presence and this new adventure was a completely new brand so we were starting from scratch with the design, content and the development.
Timeless Wedding Bands features completely custom-made rings for men and women and they make these rings with the highest of quality. This high-end design work and attention to detail had to be translated into a design that supported this brand and the niche that Timeless is filling in the market.
Once we were able to nail the design, we started looking at the architecture and functionality of the site. Because of all of the variables of the rings (size, style, and metals) we had to build a website that could literally compute thousands of possibilities and produce a price, delivery time and then facilitate an order process that would fit into Timeless Wedding Band’s internal order process.
Oh, and did I mention that we built this entire system on top of a custom built content management system so that Timeless could manage every aspect of their new website, completely on their own without the need to know programming language (code).
This was no small feat! But, we’re really happy to say that all of this customized programming ended up working flawlessly and the site is producing the growth that the owners of the business were hoping for!

Flint Public Library
Flint Public Library had a website that was built quite some time ago and they were dealing with a couple of issues with it.
First, the design of the site was old, worn out, and didn’t reflect the Library’s brand positioning.
Secondly, there wasn’t a content management system (CMS) on the old site so maintaining the site was really difficult and time-consuming.
And, the third component of this project was the information architecture which had gotten way out of hand on the old site making it near impossible to find anything.
This project was a true collaboration with the staff at Flint Public Library playing a very integral role throughout the design and development process. Everyone was very in tune with the branding requirements, content needs, and the goals that each department had for this project.
In the end, the Flint Public Library has a new website that they are thrilled with, the users are demonstrating a very high increase in the content that is being consumed, because of the improved information architecture, and the staff is really enjoying the content management system of the new site.

Dort Federal Credit Union
We began working with Dort Federal Credit Union on a new website project. As with a lot of businesses, the site that they had was getting very dated and it was really difficult to maintain.
As their business grew and used their website for more customer interactions the site became really wide and the architecture was so ad-hoc that their customers were starting to get frustrated because they couldn’t find the information that they were looking for.
Once the new website project was completed we went to work on a digital marketing package that was and is bringing a highly targeted and focused visitor to their new website.
To maximize their marketing budget dollars we created a plan that would:
- Attract prospective clients to Dort’s website
- Build Dort’s brand within the community
- Assist in improving Dort’s client retention

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the executive director of a public charity. Our role is to help community members achieve their philanthropic goals and align these with the broader outcomes of the community. I manage the early childhood portfolio for mainly our two demonstration schools, and by partnering with them, strive to improve statewide policies in practice.
What challenge were you trying to address with 3Sixty Interactive?
Our early childhood portfolio efforts were a high priority for the foundation, and we needed additional attention on that matter. We hired 3Sixty Interactive to build effective communication with donors and partners, inform our stakeholders about our work, and generate new connections.
What was the scope of their involvement?
3Sixty Interactive has provided all of our back-office support for communications, from creating a flyer for a parent event to structuring and laying out strategic plans. The team has helped us manage posts for our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts and developed a website for one of our demonstration schools.
The team has done videos that explain different aspects of our work and share student stories. In terms of scripting, we use an open-ended format; they are in charge of all the production processes, including several rounds of editing with feedback from us.
They write content and support us in laying out the newsletters. The staff has gone a step further and has actually met with individuals to understand what the stories are and suggest a communication strategy. We are currently working on a communication project in which our goal is to reengage donors and stakeholders that are not as active as they used to be.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is Dean (Chief Creative Director).
How did you come to work with 3Sixty Interactive?
I had some experience working with 3Sixty Interactive, but they were already the firm that was hired when I started in this role.
How much have you invested with them?
Our organization has invested around $50,000–$70,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership started in January 2020, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In general, we’ve been measuring the success of the partnership by their outputs — like annual reports, monthly and quarterly newsletters, and video productions. 3Sixty Interactive has been quite effective at achieving the goals that we have set forth in the design phase of each project and has delivered high-quality products as well.
The staff is irreplaceable by now, and the partnership has been a win for us in terms of value and ROI.
How did 3Sixty Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?
We have a one-hour weekly meeting with 3Sixty Interactive where we check how the projects are going and provide feedback to keep processes moving. In case we have any requests, the team has a general support email to contact them, and they pass the information to the corresponding department — I find this method to be very effective.
We use Google Docs and Google Sheets to do annual reports, collect content for newsletters, and create any other needed documents.
What did you find most impressive about them?
One of the most impressive and valuable aspects of 3Sixty Interactive is their willingness to go back to the drawing board if necessary. We’ve had several iterations on projects that started in one direction and had to be done from scratch because I didn’t like the final product. This positive approach has allowed us to engage with their staff as if they were members of our internal team.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The team could improve on their journalistic skills and the quality of their writers. They should be able to bring a story to life rather than merely reporting the facts.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m one of the owners of a floor covering, carpet, and furniture retail business. We’re located in Flint, Michigan.
What challenge were you trying to address with 3Sixty Interactive?
They maintain our website and do most of our digital marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
3Sixty Interactive (3Sixty) does all of the SEO and changes out whatever promotions we’re displaying on the website. In terms of digital marketing, they do all of our Google Ads, as well as YouTube advertising.
Also, they actually helped us develop our brand new site, which was a big improvement. They didn’t build it from scratch; they worked with a third party who provides sites for stores like ours. However, 3Sixty customized it and did a lot of the technical work, so they did everything to get it up and running. We’ve had occasional issues, but they’ve been with the other company. They host the website, and 3Sixty communicates with them to get the results.
What is the team composition?
We work mainly with one of the owners, but sometimes there are a couple of other people.
How did you come to work with 3Sixty Interactive?
We’ve been with them for a long time; it was before I began here. We’re a local company, so whenever we do anything, we try to partner with other businesses in the area. They’ve been around a while, so that was a large part of how we first got connected with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $50,000–$100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together five years ago, and the relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I don’t have the exact numbers, but our website traffic has increased a lot year to year, especially since we launched the new site.
How did 3Sixty Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?
We have Zoom calls once a month. Anytime we think of a new idea or want something from them, we shoot them an email; they’re very responsive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We haven’t worked with enough companies to be able to compare them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything that comes to my mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t be afraid to take the initiative. As long as someone is willing to keep on top of things and reach out to 3Sixty, it’s going to be a good partnership.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of a building exterior restoration and maintenance company. We work in locations throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
What challenge were you trying to address with 3Sixty Interactive?
We don’t really have a marketing department. I’m not that tech-savvy, but one of the members of my IT team was quick to recommend 3Sixty Interactive when we wanted to focus on digital marketing initiatives.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They had worked with our IT department three years ago to help rebuild our website, so we brought them back in to help with continuous upgrades and maintenance for the site. The site was built in WordPress.
When they came back to help us with the site, we also asked them to help us define an overall digital marketing strategy. With their coaching, we’ve worked to figure out how to approach the different market segments within our target customer base. They’ve also helped us with outreach. For instance, we supply them with content that is then sent out in email blasts to direct traffic to our website. They track all relevant metrics related to the engagement as well.
What is the team composition?
I work primarily with Dean (Chief Creative Director) but have spoken with others on their team via the project management tools we use.
How did you come to work with 3Sixty Interactive?
Our CIO recommended them to me.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $12,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve worked together since October 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We don’t track any metrics related to the engagement internally, but they provide us with regular metrics updates. One statistic that stands out to me is that our emails are getting about a 15% put-through rate.
We weren’t doing any digital marketing activities before partnering with them, so we’ve been really happy with what they’ve been able to do so far. Since we’re not marketing people, the insight and feedback their team has been able to give us are invaluable.
How did 3Sixty Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?
Dean has a great team working with him, and he clearly leads them well. Working together, we’ve been able to take ideas I wouldn’t have known how to make real and turn them into legitimate marketing content. We have a weekly Zoom meeting where they provide relevant feedback and updates. Outside of these meetings, we communicate via Microsoft Teams. We use Loomly to schedule social media posts as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The consistency with which they’ve worked to keep the project on track has stood out. We’re definitely getting strong value out of our weekly meetings.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It’s a little early for me to say if they could do anything differently. I’ve been pleased so far.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make the commitment to doing the weekly calls and listening to their feedback and suggestions. It may seem like a lot, but their team will do everything they can to help you get acclimated to the world of digital marketing.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of sales and project delivery at Landfill Group. We’re located in Michigan, and our headquarters is in Charlotte, North Carolina.
What challenge were you trying to address with 3SixtyInteractive?
There were multiple challenges that we were trying to address with 3SixtyInteractive, including refreshing our outdated website to help us achieve a better web presence. We were also looking at rebranding our group of companies, especially on how they were presented in the market and social media.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The scope was pretty encompassing and entailed a complete rebuild of our website and the content that was included in our web pages. They didn’t simply refresh what we had in place and worked towards creating a new platform.
For the website, the team continues to improve what we’ve built. We also have an active digital marketing campaign with 3SixtyInteractive which involves scheduled social media posts, SEO, content generation, and more. They also perform design services including graphic design and document design.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact throughout the entire process has been Dean (Chief Creative Director). I’ve also interacted with a few other folks in the initial evaluation, but in a very limited manner.
How did you come to work with 3SixtyInteractive?
My wife runs a nonprofit property development company and utilized 3SixtyInteractive services for their website. My wife introduced them to me since they did a good job with their project. The team’s philosophy and approach to organically grow a website and keeping it fresh impressed us.
We also talked to other companies, but they were only interested in building our platform. Since the 3SixtyInteractive was also interested to develop digital content and marketing campaigns for us, we chose to go with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent in the neighborhood of $20,000–$25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2019, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
For content generation, there’s no objective metric against which we measure against. However, our management does review the vast majority of the content they've generated, and we hold 3SixtyInteractive in high regard for what they produce for us.
On the other hand, for awareness and traffic generation to our website, we’ve seen a substantial increase. I don’t have the exact numbers, but we track their performance through Google Analytics and other sources. Our social media presence has also dramatically increased.
Overall, external stakeholders say that our website is very professional-looking, provides a great message, and helps us build our brand.
How did 3SixtyInteractive perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve outperformed expectations many times. I have never been in a position where I feel like I’m waiting for 3SixtyInteractive to deliver something. Instead, it’s always the opposite because Dean and his team are trying to extract information from us and help us out, and we tend to be the bottleneck in the process.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re a highly capable organization that has a lot of arrows in their quiver.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Perhaps, the portal where we interact can be upgraded or expanded to be all-encompassing. It will be helpful to have a one-stop-shop and have one link between 3SixtyInteractive and us because there are just multiple platforms where we interact with each other. However, I haven’t found it to be detrimental to anything that we’ve done.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be prepared to step up to the plate. If you’re looking to improve your digital presence and marketing, it is incumbent upon you to put in the effort to get the results that you want.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of marketing, merchandising, and sales for Jarbo Carpet One. We’re a family owned and operated floor covering store and have been in business for 65 years.
What challenge were you trying to address with 3Sixty Interactive?
We contracted 3Sixty Interactive to handle our digital marketing efforts because we didn’t have time to do it ourselves. Not to mention, some of the services like paid search and automated emails went above our skill sets.
What was the scope of their involvement?
3Sixty Interactive provides a comprehensive digital marketing package that includes web design, social management, and search strategy. Rather than asking for specific deliverables, we typically discuss the areas where we need support, and they determine the right metrics to target.
One of our major projects involved rebuilding our website to be more secure. The team integrated tools to help us monitor our online promotions and coupons in addition to updating our information. They’ve since continued to administer our site and update it as needed.
In terms of digital marketing, they handle our local search, paid search, and automated emails. They also go over our online reviews to track our brand image and manage our Facebook posts. Recently, we’ve started implementing display ads.
What is the team composition?
Dean (Owner, 3Sixty Interactive) serves as my primary point of contact.
How did you come to work with 3Sixty Interactive?
Another floor covering dealer referred us to them, so I set up a meeting and went from there.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent just over $100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Their work started in 2012 and is ongoing. We have them on a monthly retainer.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve been an enormous help. We’ve seen far more traffic and engagement on our site than ever before, and our display ads are helping with visibility, too. 3Sixty Interactive is especially good at managing social media and getting customers involved. As for emails, they’ve helped us with the content and scheduling, which has increased our open rates.
How did 3Sixty Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?
I call Dean once a week to go over our plans and address anything that needs attention. It’s a great way to communicate and keeps me on top of our efforts.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their customer service is great, and they’re very responsive. If I ever need something outside of our weekly calls, I know I can email Dean and his team, and they’ll take care of it immediately. There have been times when I’ve had issues on the weekend, and they’ve resolved them quickly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not at the moment. They handle a lot of things for me, so I’m not sure if there’s anything else I could ask of them.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
GST Michigan Works is one of the 16 workforce development agencies in the state. I’m the director of service excellence and work with our communications, PR, and business services teams.
What challenge were you trying to address with 3Sixty Interactive?
We initially engaged with 3Sixty Interactive to build our website and various tools. Over time, I learned about their digital marketing services and those developed throughout our relationship with them.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Along with building our website, Dean (Chief Creative Director, 3Sixty Interactive) and his team developed our strategic marketing plan and assisted with creative consulting. Over the last two year, 3Sixty Interactive created our Google display ads for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Their team organizes our distribution lists. We connect the information to their team that comes out of our CRM system that is used to develop automated marketing programs.
We have two web components. One for job seekers, and the other we recently launched a business services side. The job seekers’ portal offers free resume downloads and allows us to connect with users. A challenge we have is committing customers to our services. We use the site to build our image as the primary place for workforce and talent development where people can find job and training connections, and career coaching. We want the business services component of our company to be the premier talent attraction for businesses in our region as well.
Dean and his team are developing various concepts to advance our business and website forward. We’ve discussed a magazine and monthly podcast, as well as offering registrations to free events like business forums. Those events provide free resources and bring our partners in the business realm collectively closer to our region.
What is the team composition?
Dean is our main point of contact. We’ve had interactions with Dale (Partner, 3Sixty Interactive) as well.
How did you come to work with 3Sixty Interactive?
Initially, our agency was two separate organizations. When we merged, Dean and his team already had been working with the Michigan Works Agency. They relayed to me that their team was responsive and provided excellent work, and recommended that the partnership should continue as we blended organizations. After around six or eight months of our combined website running, Dean met with us frequently, discussing statistics and analytics and what we could improve on. That’s where the conversation sparked about their other services, and our relationship blossomed from there.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested between $150,000–$160,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
3Sixty Interactive has been working with our business since 2011, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s been fantastic working with 3Sixty Interactive. Unemployment is low, so one of our biggest challenges is keeping people engaged with using our services. I believe the digital marketing work we’ve done with 3Sixty Interactive keeps a steady flow of job seekers coming in the doors.
Previously, we only had a Facebook page. 3Sixty Interactive changed the way we thought about social media and how we spend our money on marketing. We’re in the beginning stages of our business services component. It is exciting to see that take off. We’re building a brand as a true resource for businesses that can connect them with whatever they need. 3Sixty Interactive has become an integral part of our daily lives. I don’t know what we’d do without them.
How did 3Sixty Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?
3Sixty Interactive is an extension of our business. I can’t say enough about Dean and his whole team. They keep us on task, staying true to our vision and goals. It’s impressive to have a partner that genuinely understands you and finds ways to improve your process.
Dean looks for recommendations and improvements that we never even thought about. It’s refreshing and helping our business significantly. Sometimes I feel like I’m pushing the envelope, requesting additional things that might be outside of the scope. I want to give Dean a call and see what he thinks. It’s become that strong of a relationship. They also offer various professional development events at their office. We’ve networked with other communication and marketing professionals through these unique events.
What did you find most impressive about them?
3Sixty Interactive embeds themselves in our daily work. They’re a constant for my business. Whenever we’re shifting gears or something changes, their team moves quickly right alongside us. If there’s a hiccup, it’s on our end. I can’t say enough great things about 3Sixty Interactive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There are none that I can think of.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would say not to be intimidated by the amount of work it looks like it. That’s what held us back from jumping in deeper; talking about specific timelines for more significant projects can be daunting. Working with Dean and his team, your company will have the support and flexibility to drive things forward. They allowed us to be creative and innovative to stand out in our industry. I would encourage customers to take the leap with 3Sixty Interactive.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
We're a family-owned third-generation rug and cleaning services provider. I'm an advertising coordinator.
What challenge were you trying to address with 3Sixty Interactive?
We needed help redesigning our website. We were working with another company, but we were not entirely satisfied with the relationship, so we started looking for a new vendor.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They host our website. We had an old website, so they were able to take that data and use it for a new site that they designed for us. They also added a lot of customized pages, forms that our users can fill out, and an option to make appointments online. They continue to create regular posts for our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
What is the team composition?
We mostly work with Dean (Owner, 3Sixty Interactive), who has a team underneath him.
How did you come to work with 3Sixty Interactive?
They were recommended to us.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in 2009 and the relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our business has grown and the demand for our cleaning services is on the rise. 3Sixty Interactive created an online estimator for our customers, so they can get customized prices for their specific needs. Our revenue has increased as well.
How did 3Sixty Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?
They're very responsive and meet our deadlines. We have a weekly phone call and we also have a Zoom meeting with Dean and a larger group of managers every other week, where we go over the status of the project. We use email to stay in touch between the calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They're easy to interact with and get back to me very quickly, even if I text them over the weekend. I can count on them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything. I'd like them to continue growing because our needs are through the roof.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the e-commerce manager at Dort Federal Credit Union. We’re a credit union based in Southeast Michigan.
What challenge were you trying to address with 3Sixty Interactive?
We initially engaged with 3Sixty Interactive for a website revamp. Our previous design was outdated and hadn’t been changed in a few years. We hired them to redesign then host the site.
What was the scope of their involvement?
3Sixty Interactive built a WordPress website and managed the backend coding. Their team worked with another advertising agency on designing the website and template. We can make our own changes on the site.
After the platform was completed, their team began helping our business with online marketing. They’ve worked with Google Ads, email marketing, display ads, and Google Analytics. 3Sixty Interactive run about 85% of our online marketing services.
What is the team composition?
Dean (Partner & Chief Creative Director, 3Sixty Interactive) is our main point of contact. He employed his own team for the engagement.
How did you come to work with 3Sixty Interactive?
We were looking locally for web design firms and came across 3Sixty Interactive.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $200,000-$250,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with 3Sixty Interactive in 2014, and the services are ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our accounts, deposits, and loans have grown since 3Sixty Interactive took over our marketing. In the last year, Google Ads and paid search drove a lot of the deposit and loan growth.
How did 3Sixty Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management was excellent. Dean is extremely responsive. His team sets out on a plan and follows up relatively quick. We communicate through email and phone calls. I generally email them, but we end up on a call because it’s easier to discuss ranges and updates.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciate that 3Sixty Interactive involves our team on innovations. I managed Google Ads before we hired them, and had issues understanding the capabilities and features. Their team is knowledgeable in that and what is coming down the road. They give us insight into Google Ads and the various ways to use it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, 3Sixty Interactive is a real partner. There have been no missteps, and their work is terrific.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Crim Fitness Foundation, a nonprofit organization that promotes health and wellness through Genesee County and the state of Michigan.
What challenge were you trying to address with 3Sixty Interactive?
We were looking for a complete revamping of our nonprofit’s message and how we communicate our evolving purpose. We were known as a foot race originally and were looking to grow into a general catalyst for community health and wealth. We needed the whole package to create an acceptable communication strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve been working with 3Sixty Interactive for about ten years now, and the work has evolved. Initially, their team planned our website’s content and functionality. Since then, 3Sixty Interactive has begun serving all of our communication strategies and digital marketing as our primary provider.
What is the team composition?
My primary contact was Dean (Chief Creative Director, 3Sixty Interactive). There were one or two others behind the scenes, but I didn’t work with them directly.
How did you come to work with 3Sixty Interactive?
I found 3Sixty Interactive through conversations with other local nonprofits and businesses. Many vendors provide content or are only technology-based. Since they were a relatively new agency, their team was willing to work closely with us in both and address any of our concerns. They were ready to operationalize our thoughts into reality. 3Sixty Interactive enthusiastically wanted to be creative and bold with our company.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested over $200,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with 3Sixty Interactive in 2008, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
As an organization, our nonprofit has evolved in Flint, an economically challenged environment. Many nonprofits suffer in these kinds of times, but our annual budget has increased exceedingly in the past ten years. I attribute that success to 3Sixty Interactive’s understanding and support while working with us.
How did 3Sixty Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?
3Sixty Interactive performs wonderfully. We wouldn’t continue working with them all these years if they hadn’t. Their team maintains their willingness to be creative and hands-on with our organization. Their leadership is directly involved in our success. 3Sixty Interactive is everything we could ask for in a company.
We mainly communicate through email because we have a work-related system in place for requests. Anytime we need them, their team responds. Our departmental leaders, myself included, spend a lot of time on the phone and face-to-face with their team. They are nearby and stop by for meeting whenever we request them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their team listened to what we want to accomplish and then helps us strategize how to get there, even if it isn’t an assigned task and something our team can do ourselves. 3Sixty Interactive is more interested in accomplishing our goals than driving their own business.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There isn’t anything that their team can improve on. If there’s something I wanted 3Sixty Interactive to do more of, I would ask.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be transparent about your objectives and expectations, and their team will be honest with you about the cost and what they can do. Our organization doesn’t have internal communication specialists. We count on 3Sixty Interactive for their expertise on how to tell a story, how to represent our message, and how to attract participants.
