The Lara System
In the 4th quarter of 2021, we were engaged by Lucerno Dynamics based out of Cary, NC. They design, develop, manufacture, market, and distribute systems to detect the presence of radiolabeled biomarkers. After a series of Discovery Calls finalizing the scope of the project which would include multiple video deliverables showcasing their patented Lara System pre-production took off. Next, with our client's help, we put all the storyboards together for our production day. The boards helped show our crew and post-production team when A/Roll would be shown, e.g. Erin, when B/Roll would enter the scene (Live Action Physician, Technologist, and the Lara System product) & when we would need to bring in motion visuals and some animation sequences. Production Day was a full day. We filmed all our dialogue first with two treatments. First, on Chroma Blue, and the second, we (DP & I) created a vignette look with some of their branding blue for a more textured look. From there, we set out to capture over 100 shots of B/roll which were action scenes with their product, the Lara System as well as medical staff while our client monitored to the side of the production. After we wrapped, we took all our R3D files and triple-backed them up for NLE to begin. We tackled each video separately with a handful of cuts as color grading came in, from final sound mix to the final cut. Overall, the project was a huge success and we are excited to work with Lucerno Dynamic on future projects.

Michigan Power Rodding - Upfront Pricing, every-time!
After previously working together, Michigan Power Rodding owner Gregg Greene contacted us once more to produce two additional commercials. This time, our goal was to position Michigan Power Rodding as a reliable and honest service provider for drain cleaning and restoration services. Unlike its competition, Michigan Power Rodding prioritizes upfront and realistic pricing. In order to complete this mission, we called up our video production team in Charlotte, NC, and brought back Scott Bills to reprise his role as the Shady Plumber. Of course, we also had to call up Beth Felice, who is a joy to work with given her expertise and talent. Despite COVID-19, the set ran smoothly and the talent and crew were kept safe and healthy. This commercial airs on ESPN, ESPN2, Big10 Network, Tiger’s Baseball, MNF, FS1 in the midwest market, and the 2021 AVA Gold Digital Winner for Directing.

Huber USA Brand Film
he CEO of Huber, the temperature control systems industry leader, reached out to our Charlotte video production team to produce a branded video to promote its unparalleled customer service and dedication to product innovation. Seeing stellar growth in the past few years, Huber just moved into a brand new facility boasting a $1MM renovation, and we’re so excited to take a look inside and be a driving force in sharing its story. Just like our 360 Visuals team, Huber is a company of professionals that act like family and love to have fun together. It’ll be hard to forget the laughs shared on set. We’re glad to tell the story of a company that prioritizes its customers and treats its staff as one of their own. Our director won the 2021 AVA Gold Digital Winner for Directing.

AvidxChange Strongroom Case Study
Two Day Shoot in Houston, TX with AvidxChange, we captured a client video featuring KRJ Cares endorsing Strongroom. The morning was fun as we created our set in a model home kitchen and captured dialogue. We wrapped up with some Drone shots and B-Roll of their Fun team.

Lake Norman Chrysler
We had the opportunity to partner with enCOMPASS Agency and their client Lake Norman Chrysler headquartered in Cornelius, North Carolina. We were brought in to produce a brand documentary spot featuring their leadership, staff & clients for Broadcast and Digital Usage.
Capturing their tenured team talking about why they work at Lake Norman Chrysler as well as hearing case studies from their clients really drove home why this dealership won Time Dealer of the Year last year. This dealership, led by Jack Salzman and Robin Smith also give back tremendously in the community and we had the opportunity to hear from Holly’s Hope a non-profit, volunteer organization that builds doghouses for chained dogs without proper shelter. In one day, we were able to produce a featured brand documentary video, nine client testimonial videos, a service video and a culture video. Our team consisted of a Director, DP, Gaffer, Grip, PA and Make-Up Artist.

John Bradford Campaign
The BNR Digital Agency hired us to produce a series of advertisements for Republican John Bradford. In this video, John Bradford is seeking a seat at the House of Representatives for North Carolina’s 98th district in the November 2020 elections, which Bradford has successfully won. Throughout his advertisements, John Bradford’s campaign focuses on the importance of dealing with COVID-19 head-on using the safest and most sensible approach possible. In politics, actions speak louder than words, and John Bradford has carried out his promises through his actions and plans to continue to do so once granted a seat in the House. Even with COVID-19 production protocols in place, our Charlotte-based video production team effectively captured endorsements from prominent figures in education, law enforcement, healthcare, and business. As you can see from watching the commercial, John Bradford is a natural on camera, and he’s even better to work with in person.

Bath Royale: Durability
This digital comedic ad for luxury bathroom accessory company Bath Royale was inspired by the Original Mac versus PC series. Casting actresses, Erin Dangler (IMDB) & Beth Felice (IMDB) was key after we developed the script and shot list. On production day, we filmed in our beautiful spacious studio with 30 foot by 14 foot by 14 foot by 14 foot high Cyc Wall. Erin & Beth performed really well off each other and with the right foley, sound design, and props we nailed it. Comedic contrast style Ads are easy for the viewer to understand and when you have the right actors & actresses it’s even easier to remember.

Retire Happy Now!
We were retained by FIG Marketing headquartered in Cornelius, North Carolina for a Commercial Broadcast Series starring Tom Hegna. Tom Hegna is an economist, author, and retirement expert. He has been an incredibly popular industry speaker for many years and is considered by many to be THE Retirement Income Expert!.
This was a fast-paced day shooting in a beautiful 8,000 sq. ft home on Lake Norman. The team consisted of four from FIG Marketing, Tom, his publicist and our crew of Director, DP, 1st & 2nd AC, Gaffer, Grip, PA and Make-Up Artist. In just eight hours we produced three TV Ads that were featured on WBTV in the Charlotte market as well as as affiliates in two other major markets. We also produced five radio ads and three digital educational spots.

Family Dollar Holiday Commercial
Family Dollar hired us to produce a series of social media ads for the holiday season. Partnering with agency on record, Catapult Marketing we created a holiday set at the Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County. Working with the staff and kids at the Boys & Girls Club was really special. Capturing their faces as they lit up opening gifts and celebrating made for a fun day. Family Dollar used this series on Television, Social Media, and other digital channels. We covered the reaction shots with two RED Cinema 5K bodies and various Cinema Glass. Post Production involved a lot of Custom Animation combined with a Professional VO Artist out of New York City.

enCOMPASS Agency
We were tasked to produce a new commercial animation for an agency client, enCOMPASS Agency for one of their clients New Look Institute. This was a fun, short spot as we tasked one of our Female Professional Voice Over Artists to deliver the message, and our rockstar animator, Leo brought this spot to life.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Harris Teeter is a regional grocery chain with locations from Florida to Maryland consisting of 250 store and 60 fuel stations. My position : Director of Advertising and Creative.
For what projects/services did your company hire 360 Visuals, and what were your goals?
We hired 360 visuals to plan, shoot / light /sound, edit and deliver final files for a video the company used to educate the public about the job, and recruit the right personalities for the job.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
360 visuals was a referral from a satisfied client. After meeting with Jonathan, the owner, we had confidence in his experience and proof of work by looking at previous that was in-line with what we needed.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We came to this project with a script and story boards. We met with the folks at 360 visuals and review those, expanded on the scope of work needed. Jonathan sent us a couple of quotes that gave us options on cost. We agreed on a quote that was in-line with expectations and affordable.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
My main contact on the shoot was the owner Jonathan. He directed and managed the process. Jonathan and his team visited both shoot site before the shoot days to help reduce set up time and eliminate any location surprises the day of shoot. Any direction or changes I had were acknowledged and addressed.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
This project was done through the Advertising Department and requested by the companies Human Resource. They handled the delivery and measurements and i have no results on that front. The folks who request were very satisfied with the video we produced.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Project management style was confident, flexible and when necessary reactive. Jonathan and 360 visuals step into a situation where our department was very self sufficient and did a lot of work in-house so he had to navigate those dynamics and did it very well. communication tools phone / e-mail / text. We created the timeline and as a team , we made it all work.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Quality driven, Has experience and clear vision on how to film/produce but also listens to clients needs and desires. Easy going personality. Comfortable to work wit. Post was finalized very quickly.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
After every project i have completed, I can look back at what i did and usually find a thing or two I would have done differently, i think thats pretty normal. i have to say on this project there is nothing that stands out to me. We were very satisfied with the final product and the process.

Commercial Video Production for Religious Organization
“Their project management couldn’t have been better.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the TV and digital media manager of Living Church of God. We have an outreach effort called Tomorrow’s World, and I manage the TV program for that effort. I also manage our website.
What challenge were you trying to address with 360 Visuals?
We needed to make a 60-second TV commercial. We didn’t have in-house equipment and talent for that, so we hired 360 Visuals to help us. We wanted the commercials to look professional, but we couldn’t accomplish that since we’d never done this before.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, we did a couple of interviews with 360 Visuals to help them understand what we wanted and what we were going for. Then, we developed a script and storyboard. We walked them through what the videos would look like, what shots were needed, where to get those shots, and what our budget was. Apart from creating a 60-second TV commercial, 360 Visuals also created a 30-second one that highlighted the Tomorrow’s World magazine.
The videos should be direct-response commercials. After considering various formats and possibilities, we decided to speak directly about the magazine. Our team had some testimonials from subscribers, so we filmed and recorded those people as part of the ad. We scheduled everything in terms of when to get the script, what day to shoot, and when to receive the 60- and 30-second videos.
After that, we went out and did the production. We first scoped locations and found a few places where we could shoot. Then, when we finally identified a place, 360 Visuals did the shoot, built the product for us, and worked everything out.
What is the team composition?
Jonathan (Owner) was our main point of contact during the process. On the day of the shoot, there was a cameraman, while other people worked on camera focus and sounds. Outside of the shoot, we only had to communicate with Jonathan. He had some editors, but he dealt with them for us.
How did you come to work with 360 Visuals?
We searched the web for companies that could do TV commercials and interviewed those that had made several ones before. After identifying 360 Visuals, we decided to move forward with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested around $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from February–March 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We didn’t set any objective metrics prior to the engagement to determine whether we received what we wanted. However, I hope to have those metrics going forward. Once we air the commercials, we’ll have a better understanding of those.
Anecdotally, my senior editor — who I trust very much and who has great judgment — was extremely satisfied with the products that 360 Visuals delivered in terms of their look and feel. I wanted commercials that didn’t look like they were homemade; I wanted videos that were professional — that was exactly what they did. Everybody from our team to the people who’d done ad spots in the past said the commercials were fantastic.
That’s how we feel now, but we’re still waiting on whether the videos will bring the results we’re looking for. That being said, I won’t put all the blame on the 360 Visuals team if we don’t see those results because a lot of work goes into getting direct-response success.
How did 360 Visuals perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management couldn’t have been better. Being organized was one of my better qualities. However, I learned a lot from 360 Visuals and Jonathan in terms of organization, making things happen, and getting things done. I soaked in a lot from watching and working with them. They were absolutely awesome in that regard.
What did you find most impressive about them?
As we went through the project, Jonathan would ask us about our concerns and extract shaky grounds that weren’t discussed yet or exposed. Then, he'd directly address them. He'd either compensate as we moved forward or allay those concerns by discussing them with us.
When we thought things were okay, he pulled hidden issues to the top. Then, he did whatever was needed to accommodate such concerns. He didn’t give any excuses to get around anything.
Are there any areas they could improve?
This may be outside of 360 Visuals’ scope, but a focus group can give us a real sense of how the project will work. We can ask the focus group if they remember what they’ve seen or if they remember Tomorrow’s World after watching the videos. This can help us understand what needs to be tweaked on the commercials and how they’ll work in the real world before we start spending more money.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Do your homework on what you’re going for and have an idea of your endgame. I’m not talking about the final video; I’m talking about the results that you want to get from that video. The 360 Visuals team has a great vision, and they can put together what you want — those are their strengths. Understanding your endgame can help them better put the product together.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They created two new commercials for us from top to bottom. They sourced the actors and secured the location for us too. We filmed both commercials in the same location, just in different areas.
How much have you invested with them?
This time, the total was 19,000. That puts us at 40,000 across four videos.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2018, and we filmed these latest commercials in October 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re super easy to work with. They let me be as involved in the project as I want. I’m not a micromanager, but I like to have some creative feedback, so I appreciate that arrangement.
How did 360 Visuals perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very detail-oriented. There’s so much attention placed on lighting, sounds, and shot placement. It really pays off and I really like the final product.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very easy to work with and they did a great job. We’re just as happy as with the first time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

How did 360 Visuals perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management was one of the best points of our engagement. They were always responsive and able to answer my calls. We used email and phone to keep in touch.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’ve worked with a number of different companies, and they were by far the best at communication.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, anything they could improve on they already have.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to do more than one ad. Getting two ads in is the best way to go from a financial standpoint.

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
Lucerno Dynamics is a US-based medical device company focused on developing, manufacturing, and marketing systems to detect and quantify the presence of radiolabeled biomarkers and I am an Operations Director.
For what projects/services did your company hire 360 Visuals, and what were your goals?
Our medical product and the problem is a bit complicated, so our goal was to create a series of videos that can explain the problem and the solution to the broad audience, including medical centers, patients, investors, and regulators. Upon completion, the videos will be posted to our website and social media channels to drive sales and increase awareness of the problem.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We considered about 20 companies initially, and then narrowed it down to about 7 companies before selecting 360 Visuals. Jonathan was very clear about the process and the timeline; he also spent time to understand our company’s product in all details.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
The video production process was divided into three phases: pre-production, filming (production), post-production. During pre-production phase we met with Jonathan to discuss scripts, visuals, creative assets, etc. It was very valuable to get his professional advice and recommendations as well as support through the process of preparing of all the video materials.
Next, we filmed in one day and the team work perfectly. Finally, all during the post-production phase we went through a few cuts and got the result our company more than happy with.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with Jonathan, 360 Visuals primary producer & director. After each cut, our team gave him feedback, and he’d communicate to the animators, sound designers, and the rest of the postproduction team. They shared their work through a private server, which allowed us to comment directly at specific time codes. The process was very organized and structured.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We showed off the new video to multiple stakeholders and got great feedback. We just placed the videos on our social networks and website and are confident we’ll gain more attention to the product.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and he provided frequent updates. He was accessible literally 24/7. Jonathan ensured that all scenes are exactly what was envisioned by Lucerno’s team. We appreciate his flexibility and desire to deliver the best result.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The level of commitment is very impressive. They are professionals, and they strive to deliver the best result.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really. None that I can think of.

The owner's reputation in the recruiting & staffing industry and a referral from a prominent owner in the industry lead us to this group.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
We retained 360 Visuals to produce a brand video. That involved coming up with the storyboards, shot-list and Call sheet. Pre-Production was very helpful as it laid out the process of what we were to expect.
Production was smooth as well as they were able to capture quite a bit of content in a relatively short time. Finally, in Post-Production, we saw the entire project realized with a completed brand film that told our story well.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
They had a team of 5 (Producer, Director, DP, Grip/Gaffer and a Make-Up Artist) film two-days for us capturing our leadership and staff in our element while bringing a very cinematic look to the project that exceeded anything we could have done on our own.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They really helped our brand shine with a high-quality video that had a positive engagement.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Outstanding, the Owner/Producer/Director, Jonathan, is a good communicator that understands our profession. He worked tirelessly to ensure the final product was what would best support our firm and our message.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are unique in that they understand the talent acquisition space and the video production world. So the entire process from start to finish was seamless.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Owner of North Carolina based Physical Therapy & Wellness clinic. We offer weight loss treatment, corporate wellness & Physical Therapy.
For what projects/services did your company hire 360 Visuals?
We engaged 360 Visuals in a variety of video production projects which included a brand video, social media ads & a documentary-style featuring our P.A.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to get our brand out there in a creative, engaging way so we hired the right video production agency. 360 Visuals had a strong portfolio of creativity in a variety of industries. We knew they would hit it out of the park and they did.
How did you select 360 Visuals?
We had built a relationship with their producer over the year and trusted his vision with our video needs. We tend to do business with people we like, trust and know so partnering with Jonathan's agency was an easy decision.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
After each shoot date was established. Their producer would work the timeline with us to handle any scripting, storyboards, logistics, locations & more. Jonathan is an excellent communicator. Fast, Efficient, and Tremendous follow-through. What he says, he does.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
Over the course of the project, we filmed at their studio, our practice, & on-location. Each video project was handled with care. We were prepped and guided each time. Jonathan's team of more than 12 crew are top-notch. They are fun & easy to work with and each time we wrapped a shoot it was a success.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
In a short period, we created a buzz about the clinic. And the online engagement increased. Finally, as an expert in Obesity Medicine, I was able to add physician consulting projects for myself from those parters ability to watch me on camera with my message.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Extremely effective workflow. As a traveling ER Physician and Owner of a Clinic, I don't have much free time. Especially getting bogged down in poor communication or time-consuming meetings. Jonathan's team knows this and did an excellent job looping me in when necessary.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They delivered incredible quality combined with a streamlined, efficient process. It's very obvious that they are Pro's. They have done these types of projects for almost 20 years.
Are there any areas for improvement?
