Jonathan Gessert, the founder of 321, believed the way competitors performed digital marketing could vastly improve, if approached from a technical perspective. The way digital marketing was being performed focused too much on the creative and not enough on the results. It needed to be pushed forward along with the breakthroughs of data analytics.
We have been able to determine key factors attributed to high search rankings, and implement them into our digital marketing strategies. Through strategically coded websites, data driven keyword targeting, and innovative marketing automation system creation, we have been able to establish a new era of digital marketing.
Since we approach digital marketing in a different way, it’s not hard to believe our team background is a bit unorthodox as well. Each one of our team members come from different fields of education and previous employment positions. We began disseminating copy across the web, which discussed and answered questions people were looking for, but did not have the ability to find.

OFP Law
The main focus of OFP Law’s custom digital marketing campaign was to have an SEO-friendly website that would accommodate their brand as well as their large number of attorneys. The firm also wanted to increase their book of clients in all of their practice areas. OFP Law wanted to publish informative content regarding the law services they offer to their website, along with case studies to increase their brand visibility and trust. We started their digital marketing campaign by designing and developing a responsive website to suit their brand. The website features several menus for their law services as well as an attorneys page to display each of their attorneys and the areas they practice in. We have written and researched several pieces of educational law firm content for their site to generate more qualified leads for the firm. The primary goal of Beyond Exteriors' custom digital marketing campaign was to increase their qualified lead generation throughout all four seasons of the year. They requested increased visibility for each of their six primary services, but stressed most of their importance on roofing, since it is the forte of the company. We conducted extensive link-building projects to create backlinks for Beyond Exteriors to rank locally in search engines. After establishing domain authority for their website, we began creating informational content regarding roofing, siding, insulation, and gutters with a heavy focus on the roofing aspect of the company. We developed geolocation pages for each of their six services so that Beyond Exteriors could increase their visibility throughout Virginia and some of Maryland. Previously, we were getting roughly one lead per quarter on our website. However, with 321 Web Marketing’s support, we’re now closing around 20 website leads per month.

They have a great project management workflow; they use Wrike as their project management tool and utilize custom tools to approve content and other things. Then, we communicate with them over phone calls.

SEO is a long-term commitment so you have to set clear metrics before you engage with them. SEO has ups and downs, but you only have to power through the downs to get the most out of the ups.

Contemporary looking, modern functioning website that reflected the size of our organization and the quality of our products and services. One of the websites has a sophisticated backend customer portal for customer servicing and software.
What was the team composition?
Anthony and Jonathan lead the project and were supported by several of their team members.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We frequently get positive feedback on our websites and all of our customers pass through our customer portal. Customers love how simple and intuitive the portal is.
