We're doing that with the help of 60 specialists in fields of strategy, branding, UI/UX design, web design, content management, photo/video production and IT. Student Depot
Student Depot is a network of private dormitories in Poland offering 2200 rooms in 6 cities. Their main target audience is Millennials. We supported Student Depot with a growth hacking strategy workshop, then we created a glamorous, colorful key visual. Within a constant cooperation, we are responsible for delivery of graphic designs to their website, Social Media and performance marketing campaigns. We managed to commercialize 1600 rooms, which is 72% of all rooms.

STOP COVID - ProteGO Safe
The main goal of STOP COVID - ProteGO Safe is to inform users about the risk of infection as a result of contact with an infected person. We were responsible for prototyping solutions, user research and testing, UX writing, and user flows. UX and UI mockups were designed and implemented in close relationship with both PWA and native developers in an incredibly fast, agile manner. In November 2020, ProteGO Safe App has joined EFGS Federation Gateway, allowing it to work with German, Irish, Spain, Latvian, Danish or Croatian versions of an app, creating an international network of devices used to fight the covid-19 outbreak.

TEDx
TEDx doesn't need an introduction. We are huge fans of their non-profit events focused on technology, entertainment, and design. We are happy to say that we delivered full branding, key visual and graphic design for the TEDx conference in Wrocław.

EonD
EonD is a global network delivering expert insights to business and enterprises clients worldwide. What they needed was a simple but meaningful key visual and smart, C-level business communication for digital channels. Close cooperation between web and graphic teams and a motion design specialist led to the creation of an intercultural, multimedia website.

ASBO
ASBO is an industrial construction business. We provided them with full performance marketing and growth hacking campaigns, starting from strategy workshops, long term 360o strategy, and branding plus key visual design. Recently, ASBO re-launched our website, for which 25wat provided design and development.

Titans24
Titans24 offers a SaaS cybersecurity service of managed hybrid hosting for websites and data. We designed the UI interface for the client's panel in the Titans24 platform. We also prepared a service design of the UX process in the Customer Panel. This project involved a team of UX/UI designers, graphic designers, a project manager, and coaches implementing strategy workshops. In total, it took over 1600 hours, during which we made over 300 sketches and 120 final interface views.

Together with 25wat, we worked on rebranding for the largest Polish developer in the co-living sector. We have developed a new graphic language for communication. In the next stage, 25wat took care of customer service in matters of communication and the sales of our private student dormitories.
What were your goals for this project?
We had very little time to develop the rebranding and communication language. We managed to quickly prepare a new logo, graphics, social media content and a new website.
How did you select 25wat?
We were looking for a creative agency to cooperate with, which would undertake projects that cover a wider range of activities including branding, communication, sales, and more.
Describe the project in detail.
We quickly implemented a series of meetings with the third-party client who had very little time to complete their sales plans. After an intensive workshop, we had a lot of information to design collaterals. We have prepared 2 different graphic lines. 25wat developed and quickly applied the new communication. At the same time, they dealt with the development of the new website, preparation of the video material, and sales for the client.
What was the team composition?
On our part, an art director and graphic designer worked on the project. 25wat team was composed of PM, account, copywriter, sales, art director and graphic designers.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Thanks to efficiently conducted marketing, our third-party client met his sales goals. The workshop and brand rebranding was carried out at a quick pace. The client had two months less than usual to sell places in student hotels. The sales plan was 90% completed even with the additional difficulty of the changing COVID situation.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
25wat showed us many tools for working online and it accelerated and intensified our work. Communication with 25wat was very quick and effective.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
25wat were enthusiasts just like us. They were not afraid of new areas of activity. We were impressed with how quickly they were developing. They were very knowledgeable and very professional. They positively influence others with their energy.

We needed to create a new visual identity that supports our differentiation on the market. It was the first stage of implementation of our branding strategy.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to create a visual identity in line with our value proposition that will differentiate us among players on the market. The whole project was about complete re-branding and changing the image of the company.
How did you select 25wat?
We did our market research and arranged meetings with various agencies but from the first meeting, we liked 25wat approach. They are client-centric, focused on the needs of the client, not on the sales pitch prepared months ago and re-used on the daily basis.
Very quickly we understood that we need someone who not only delivers the project but also help us to achieve our business goals through and cares about the client. After the meeting with management, we decided that we will go with 25wat because it is exactly what we need.

25wat helped us to re-evaluate our thinking about our brand, identity and how we can differentiate on the market, taking into account our values and target group. It was a pleasure to conduct the meeting with 25wat team, it gave us a lot of fresh ideas, and also taught us a lot about our business, market, and clients.
They were constantly suggesting better solutions especially from UX perspective which was extremely important bearing in mind that we are not experts in it.
What was the team composition?
Initially, only Project Lead and Design Lead were engaged in the project but the project was well-structured and in the course of the project we were able to discuss with people working directly on the project - designers, specialists etc.
From our side, I was coordinating the communications and progress of the project, other people engaged with the project on our side entail Communications Manager and Leadership.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
What we had at the end of the project was completely different from what we expected at the beginning, but it's only because we didn't know a lot about design and UX.
A project with 25wat had a great educational value, and thanks to their deep involvement we were able to achieve much better results and surpass expectation when it comes to our branding and UX.

I am the owner of a company organising stag parties and corporate events. My company is working closely with a few other companies from abroad on B2B basis for international clients. I am organising the whole, complex weekend - accommodation, guide, transportation, day and night activities.

We decided to hire 25wat from many recommendations to make us completely new, complex website with calculator, new logo, promotion on social media and google internationally
What were your goals for this project?
As we were focusing on B2B, I wanted to promote Soltero as a first contact company so basically I wanted clients to contact me directly rather than my partners.
How did you select 25wat?
After careful google reaserch of marketing companies around Poland we chose a few but immediately disqualified half for high prices, rest for poor contact and we chose 25wat.
As well a few friends recommended me them and as I found out later I happened to know a few people from the company personally from other projects and I know they are great in their professions.

Facebook promotion - 2 people were responsible for daily posting and making paid promotion on our facebook profile. We were getting a file with work prepered for the whole week in advance for approval. That was basically funny and catchy short posts.
Google Ads - The aim was to reach English people Logo - we have got 3 projects to choose from and they were all great so the choice was not simple Website - 25wat developed website with calculator so group can choose activities which go directly to the basket and before placing payment I was gettin an email query and I had all necesarry details - number of people, date and so on.
Apart from that I had a training in their office how to use it and adjust later on, a lot of recommendations form stocks of photos and hw lo successfully write a blog
What was the team composition?
I was in close contact with the owner who was patiently explaining us details of their work, discussing our ideas and was always reachable on phone if needed. There were as well one website developer, 2 people from marketing and many other people I didn't meet personally but I know they were working on our project.
25wat as send a photographer who went to one stag party with me to see how it looks like in reality and make pictures which we used later on so I can say they were committed
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Before we started working with 25wat we had no clients directly, just from providors, after their promotion and with catchy website we were slowly getting customers even from Poland.
As expected number of customers raised 100% during 2019 spring-summer season. As well I have to add that working with them gave me extra power and I have learned a lot, later on using this knowledge I made my own (simple but still) website.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Me and my partner had contact with 25wat, we were using a program which name I unfortunately forgot, but it was very intuitive website, we could enclose pictures and there was whole team working on the project so they were easily reachable.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their commitment and need to get to know the business from inside is amazing, 24h contact, transparency and the idea of not just making the job they were hired for but as well educating customer and creating very friendly atmosphere

UniPack has been selling products used in the HoReCa industry (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) for 30 years. It specializes in disposable packaging. During the cooperation with the 25wat agency, I was the Project Manager for the re-branding project.
For what projects/services did your company hire 25wat, and what were your goals?
The main goal of cooperation with the 25wat agency was to refresh the trademark which had been functioning almost unchanged for 30 years. The completely new or refreshed logo was to meet the trends prevailing on the market, and on the other hand, it was to be universal enough to be able to function for the next few years.
How did you select this vendor?
We reached the 25wat company on the basis of a recommendation. A meeting with representatives of 25wat, where we were informed about the company's activities, the approach to the topic (flexibility, openness to the customer) and potential costs allowed us to decide on cooperation.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
The project started with meetings with members of the company's Management Board, during which elements of the mission and vision were developed; stakeholder groups, design challenges.
The next step was a 2-day strategic workshop with the participation of the Management Board and selected people from various UniPack departments. The aim of the workshop was to define business and communication goals; customer segmentation and profiles; identifying the needs and pain of customers; developing key messages.
The next stage was the presentation of the workshop summary and the presentation of the action plan for the next months of cooperation, including the development of a new logo and visual code (key visual) along with proposed messages that should appear in both digital and analog advertisements.
An important point was also the development of target material projects that UniPack was to use after the end of the project: the appearance of a new website; company documents; presentation template; email footers; company gadgets (e.g. notebooks, pens); the appearance of the stand at the HoReCa fair.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In the project, I mainly had contact with the dedicated Project Manager of the 25wat agency - Agnieszka S. However, during this project I had the pleasure to work with many people directly: they were both people who defined the strategy and organization of all activities; persons responsible for the graphic side of the materials; people responsible for creating and planning external and internal communication. I think it was about 10 people.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The rebranding project ended with the creation of a new graphic sign with visual codes (key visual); website update; catalog for the fair; new templates of commercial offers and new company gadgets. Everything in accordance with the time schedule agreed at the beginning of the project.

We had regular contacts. Due to the fact that the agency is located in a different city (over 350 km), contacts were made using video connections (Google Meets), by phone and e-mail. At the peak of the project, these contacts were almost daily, due to the number and dynamics of arrangements for specific activities. Cooperation and arrangements went smoothly - all on time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed with 25wat's commitment and willingness to understand our business. It was especially noticeable during the strategic workshops. Flexibility, very good organization of work and meeting deadlines. Coming up with proposed solutions.

I can not find anything. I wish for myself and others that more such companies on the market had such features as 25wat.
