What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The commercial produced a significant number of responses. It produced a notably lower cost per call than similar products. The response was very high. Backend and other issues unrelated to 212 prevented monetization, which is not uncommon in this industry. In terms of what 212 was hired to do, which was increase phone calls and website visits about the product, they did an excellent job.
The infomercial went beyond what you normally see, and Michael provided something new and different to create a very successful campaign.
How did 212 Degrees Fahrenheit perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very responsive to all of my needs and my client’s needs. Everything was done in a timely manner. I was given full estimates and a calendar (both of which they stuck to throughout the entire process), which incorporated scriptwriting, various production and post-production stages, final editing, and delivery. They went above and beyond for what I contracted them for.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Mike’s honesty was really important to me. He took the time to really understand the product, do his homework and research, and understand the market we were trying to reach out to. He understood our goals and what we were trying to accomplish.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think not. I continue to work with him because he’s a great producer. He really understands how to combine branding with direct marketing and is a pleasure to work with.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Michael will give you the best possible engagement without you having to ask for it. It’s really just a matter of treating people fairly and understanding that they deserve fair compensation.
