I'm the IT Project Manager at Upuro. Our company is focusing on various projects development for private and governmental organizations.

For what projects/services did your company hire 1T2B?

Current project scale was growing, our ASP developer was to busy on the other ongoing tasks, that's why we decided to start looking for business partners for this particular project. In local labor market there is not so many MS Classic ASP professionals, and our project is based exactly on Classic ASP, 1T2B company has a great professional on this field.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our ongoing project is a pretty large scale one, so we were looking for senior professional of Classic ASP, fortunately 1t2b are real professionals on that because they have not only experienced developer but the great management team as well, with whom is pleasure to collaborate.

1t2b professionals work with internal data management system which requires a lot of upgrades regarding clients needs. If any emergency occurs we are confident that 1t2b will be capable to solve it. We pay fee consistently based on hours they spent on our project.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In daily basis I'm working with two specialists from their team, the project manager and the developer, but we had an initial meeting were a few other their team members participated.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ordered functionality is implemented and working fine, upgrades do not requires repetitive revisions so we are continuing our collaboration with this company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are using slack and trello applications to manage our collaboration. Everything works fine, reaction time is good, we were always updated if any problem occur with the task.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are high-skilled professionals with good communications skills.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If this company would be able to offer wider range of services (e.g. php development) that would be great.
