took sometime to do more research on current market conditions, available solutions in market and what extra benefit they would to this product to make it acceptable for one and all.

While we were largely targeting one segment their team came up with generic solution which we could use for any business that we wishes to.

Once the development process and time line was set up they were ready with marketing plan with Google ads, facebook ads, twitter promotion plans and approximate budgets not just the project was delivered ahead of time,

testing was so thorough at their end that despite trying too hard we could not find bugs which we thought we will be able to find Post delivery, the marketing campaigns started and we were supplied with weekly spend report as well as responses.

We had two main goals, on time product delivery and reaching out to maximum number of users we can. make you satisfied with their final note and then start working so that there is No change once the development is started. while they submit weekly report on development, they offered us a toolkit for training to our staff.

We wanted to make sure that we are always in budget and not crossing our spend limits so we insisted on our spending reports, weekly or on certain limits being crossed .. which they did very well, not only this, their study even saved our money,

their suggestions on where to push when to push, when to halt a bit while the backlog of queries over .. overall it was super excellent. due to GST filings we needed to help of their accounts department too a couple of times for some reports and certificates and they too were very prompt and we never had a chance to escalate any issue.

The ability to read the mind of client, the ability to understand the project with an open mind, to hear a client in full and then treating the project as their own baby and coming up with suggestions is the most unique thing i think that they have.
