VR TierOne
Projects that give the most satisfaction are those where the product delivered on the market can really help people. That is why work for introducing a new brand in the medical industry was particularly important to us.
We supported VR TierOne in:

Zmorph
As part of my work for Zmorph, I conducted a marketing audit and consultancy aimed at optimizing management processes.
Together with the CEO, we talked about the possibilities related to increasing the organization's process orientation.
We planned to create IT systems that could analyze KPI (Key Performance Indicators) in real time and allow for more efficient organization management.

Ortosoft
For over a year, we have been responsible for marketing at Ortosoft, which creates sports facilities management software.
At the time:
→ +25 publications - We have planned and implemented activities related to content marketing, resulting in the publication of over 25 articles related to the product and sports industry.
→ +50 functionalities - We wrote the product development strategy, which results in the development of the software with several functionalities.
→ +30 customers - During our cooperation, we acquired over 30 sports facilities throughout Poland that use OOS software.
→ Customer Experience - We have created a completely new version of the website, based on an analysis of customer behavior and their experiences related to the OOS brand.

Calio
For over a year, we were responsible for marketing at the American company Calio.
During this time:

→ 3 continents - We studied customer behavior in three languages on three continents.
→ ROI - We have calculated the profitability of the business model, the cost of acquiring the client, we have pivoted and prepared investor presentations.

Deviniti
For nearly three years I worked at Deviniti (formerly InTENSO) as a marketing director. This company sold: IT services (testing, software development, support and others), IT products (17 add-ons for Jira and many others), and was: Atlassian Platinum Partner, Perforce Partner of the Year 2017, and FreshWorks, BDMaestro, Clarive, Google and many others.
I built a marketing department there from scratch - when the company employed 150 people. When I decided to leave the CMO position and found my own marketing agency, 250 people worked in Deviniti. And the marketing department brought together 11 experts (employees and freelancers) - graphic designers, content developers, SEM agencies and many others. Together with the management, we have also created an original way of optimizing marketing processes based on the agile approach and Jira Software.
The company's revenues during this time increased almost four times.
I was responsible for marketing IT products in 64 countries for 5 million users.
The company's clients include: Nasa, Toyota, ebay, airbnb and many others.
In 2017, as a company representative, I participated in the award ceremony: "Forbes Diamond", awarded to the fastest growing companies in Poland.
Every year I was responsible for the marketing of the event: "Jira Day". The largest conference on this subject organized in Central Europe. It brings together nearly 500 people each time.
During this time I participated in all organized Atlassian Summit as an exhibitor. The world's largest Atlassian software conference held in the US and Spain.
At the end of my work for the company, I rebranded - from InTENSO on Deviniti.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
spinbits.io is an IT company. We do software development and custom software for customers in the e-commerce industry and other fields of business. I’m the owner of the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with 0101marketing?
We were looking for a partnership that could help us with marketing. Besides developing custom software for our customers, we have products that we need to market.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We worked together on 2–3 projects, each of them with different scales. At the start, they prepared the whole idea for marketing such as how to reach out to customers and what channels we should use — including Facebook. We were also deciding if we should do it the natural way. As a result, we did workshops with their team and we discussed what we needed to achieve. We also established the projects' budgets.
They also developed graphic materials, copywriting, and more — which were all done for the marketing campaigns. After that, they launched all the campaigns and they reported to us every two weeks. Meanwhile, for one of the projects we had, they provided a monthly report. The projects were mostly done for social media, our website, and public websites. We also did some animation promo clips.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with 0101marketing’s owner who also worked as our project manager. We also had meetings with their copywriter and we collaborated with their designer.
How did you come to work with 0101marketing?
The owner of 0101marketing was recommended to me, and that’s why I reached out to him. I saw them through LinkedIn and we had a call, and he was super likable and professional. It was also important for us to have good communication, especially if the company was not based in the UK or the US. That’s why we liked that their owner had experience working with foreign customers because our markets are not only based in Poland — we also work with Western countries. Above all, they had a good approach to the business.
Their honesty also stood out, especially when we talked about the budget. He explained what were the things we could get if we increased or decreased the budget. From there, we really saw that he didn’t just focus on what their team could earn, but effectively explained how the money would be utilized for the engagement. Lastly, we also did some development for them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $40,000–$50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership ran from March–June 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had more leads, traffic, and revenue because of their work. They were able to effectively target our customers, and they did it perfectly. We really grew thanks to them.
How did 0101marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
They maintained a good level of communication. For example, if a report was set on Friday, a week before that, they would call me to give updates and made sure that everything was going well. They were also proactive in identifying our needs.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They really cared about our business and they were really straightforward with everything.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Since I only worked personally with the owner of the company, I don’t know how others worked. However, I don’t have anything to suggest for areas of improvement.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Customers need to be honest about their real budget. If the budget is smaller than they can pay, 0101marketing will do their best way to give you the most out of that budget. Moreover, be open and understanding when doing business with them — it’s the way to go.

I'm a marketing team leader in a software development company, I'm responsible for lead generation. Our company has about 90 employees and we help companies innovate with software by establishing tech partnerships for AI and web app development.
For what projects/services did your company hire 0101marketing?
We decided to work with 0101marketing to learn how to validate our marketing hypothesis fast - we wanted to run campaigns targetted at specific industries, but we weren't sure which industries we should actually target. We were hoping that 0101marketing could teach us how to validate our ideas fast, before investing time and money in running a long campaign.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal was to learn how to run quick campaigns that would help us validate our assumptions before committing weeks of work into building an inbound campaign.
How did you select this vendor?
Observing the activity of 0101marketing, we noticed that they are doing something similar to what we wanted to do. During the introduction call, we discussed our challenges and possible solutions and we saw a good understanding of our problem.

Initially, we agreed on the marketing audit and consultations - the goal was to implement the process of rapid market experiments. The scope changed, however. After a few meetings, we came to conclusion that our assumption was wrong - with search volumes on the keywords that we wanted to target, it would take months to get any answers. Instead, we received some ideas about what actions we could undertake among our marketing activities. In the meantime, we identified another area where 0101marketing could help us and we started working on our brand communication strategy.
What was the team composition?
We were working directly with the founder of the agency, their PPC specialist was also involved at some point.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project is still ongoing, we are currently rebuilding our website and create content for the campaign we planned together.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very good, they were always very responsive. I really appreciate their honesty and proactive approach - they were sharing a lot of ideas, asking questions, and trying to bring us as much value as possible.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They have extensive knowledge about digital marketing and the IT industry (which is not that common combination). As said before, I really appreciate their honesty and general approach - you can easily tell they really care about their clients and their success. If they didn't see that a planned activity can be profitable for us, they would advise us not to do it - even if it resulted in decreasing the scope of our cooperation. I also appreciate their involvement - they asked a lot of questions, shared many ideas and feedback.
Are there any areas for improvement?
The reports/docs that they shared were a bit chaotic, so they could perhaps work on that a bit.
