It isn't the least expensive, so definitely know your budget and goals before using OneSpot. Overall though, it's grown our company and increased brand awareness which were two of our biggest goals. Not to say that it will do that for everyone though, so be prepared for anything. It is definitely worth a shot to grow your business though.

We currently use OneSpot’s Onsite (website) for engagement, ReAct to get the info cycled back into other areas of the internet, Inbox (email) to get users back to our site and increase engagement, and InAd to reach a wider audience and engage new users. OneSpot has helped us increase brand awareness even if a sales goals were not reached. It has helped us spread the word about our brand and the products we offer by targeting audiences and cycling data to increase its presence across all platforms. It has definitely made a positive impact on our company and our sales have increased from it as well. Sharing content with our target market allowed us to reach even more users.
We like that Onespot can be used on multiple platforms. Onespot allows us to reach more people than ever before. It's pretty easy to use and has given us positive outcomes and helped us grow our business.
No real complaints about OneSpot. However, they can improve by individualizing the experience for the particular user. Ads are cycled, but could sometimes use fresher content that draws the user to engage with it, something that's specific to the user.
