Recommendations:

I would recommend that they do their research on the product to be sure it's the right one for their business needs. Kapost's support is excellent, but the product might not 100% match everyone's needs.

Experience:

When I started this position, my company was already using Kapost. I had to learn how they worked and really dig deep to understand how the platform worked and what its strengths were. Kapost operates a little differently than some other companies, so I spent a lot of time getting to know their system. Their primary feature is "Align" which allows you to easily track a projects status and progress with a simple interface. This is where I spend most of my time. I'm able to take a large, global look at all the projects that are in the align system and build my highlevel presentations and topics just by looking quickly at the Kapost client interface. We have really taken advantage of Kapost’s ability to let us see what steps should be progressing and based on that we can determine what we should be doing. That keeps us accountable and allows us to see everything that is going on.

Pros:

We like the reporting Kapost does. They have come up with some really good ways of structuring reports so we can see it from different angles.

Cons:

There are a few cross-platform problems that they need to work out, such as integration with our internal email client. As of right now, when we send projects and links from Kapost to other users, our security system marks the items as [EXTERNAL]. It would be great if we had better options to integrate the email reporting to our own internal exchange servers.

Experience:

We chose this platform because it was the one program I felt that was going to be able to organize our layout the right way and present it to customers in a consistent manner. We use it to analyze, align, and execute our programs. It has continuously performed as expected. It has turned basic programs into something that looks more organized, more complete than anything we have ever used before. The biggest benefit to its use is the presentation. The layout we had was kind of all over the place and looked messy. By using Kapost, our programs now look organized and well designed.

Pros:

I like that it can take our ideas and make them look more organized and fresh. It's a great tool because it can reach more people than we would be able to on our own.

Cons:

It's a complex system to get used to at first and it takes a lot of getting used to the wording. It would be great if there were more online demonstrations that guide you step by step.

My reasons for selecting Kapost is simply because it's one of the best content planners that our company has used. It gives you many tools and channels so you're able to analyze your work very quickly. The only problems my company has faced when using it is that you have to create more content, to be considered relevant. One feature that our company uses is the crowdsourcing form. This helps our company to customize and send ideas in many forms. Another feature I love to use is the Persona and Buying stage grid. It really helps to map out our content to specific purchasers. The final feature our crew loves to use is the Duplicate feature. It allows us to recreate something in a fast and proficient manner, in case we need it in a separate language or more forms. which we tend to need to do quiet often. Kapost had performed very well for us. Not only does it give many web design features, it also makes them understandable so that everything is at your finger tips. Our organization has used Kapost on many different occasions for their bright and visual features. For anything we print out, it's much easier to use Kapost, and gives better results. Just last week we edited a calendar with Kapost and it gave a superb interactive calendar that works a lot better than any other websites. Over all, it has saved our organization a lot of time and effort for being so accessible. It gives us so many features that we use on a daytoday basis.

Pros:

The best things about Kapost is the visibility that it provides. It has many colorful options you can use, and all the tools are easily accessible. This makes it a great tool because our organization can get all we need at our fingertips, and produce our well thought out ideas even more proficiently.

Cons:

The only thing we dislike about Kapost is that unlike other B2B operating systems, this one can lack in the area of producing one final product. It would meet our organizations needs more if we were able to put all we needed into one database, instead of having to create multiple pages and layouts for the data.

We need to map our content to our specific buyers and segment those content by the buyers journey. The Kapost grid allows us to accomplish this very easily.

Pros:
